Actually I ordered Volta's AC 4 days back and assured us delivery of your product in 2 days BUT it's been 4 days, till now my product didn't get delivered and no proper response from management team of Bajaj electronics, punjagutta branch.This is so ridiculous and management team should be held responsible for this delay.

    I am Padmini, from Hyderabad. I took on friday 1st April 2022, a cooler which is 21500 rupees cost in jubilee hills branch, Naveen is the Manager for the store. the first time when they brought the cooler it was the default piece and 2nd time again the new product they brought was a default piece. with water leakage and no cooling. I am asking for the refund of the product as i dont like this product to get it repaired or no exchange. Could you please help me out on this issue.

      We paid upfront the whole amount OGENERAL AC on March 22nd. The sales agent told that the AC will be delivered in 3 days.. today it is April 2nd and till now we didn't recieve the product..

      Mr Raja Sekar from Bajaj electronics was communicating false promises since the day we purschased the product and just today as well he promised multiple times saying product will be delivered in next 2 hours and 2 hours after 2 hours the day passed away.

      Deepest concern

      1. Customers are taken for granted.
      2. Taking amount upfront by committing false dates.. after recieving amount fooling customers..
      3. No ethical values..
      4. More focused on false sales than customer satisfaction.

      The company and sales team should focus on core values.

      Customer goes with product quality but not on sales talent.

      Bajaj electronics is screwing up the reputation of some deemed products..

        I have ordered Panasonic 3 start 1.to AC from Bajaj electronics on 28th Mar'22 and they delivered the product on 30th Mar'22 Midnight 12:00 AM.

        Technicians who cam to install was Mohsin and one more guy, They did not use the profession drill, they have left the hole complete open at the back wall, no plastering done, and in the room small hole is showing they inserted a plastic cover.

        Even after my repeated request they said no need of covering anything it will be fine and went away.

        This is not acceptable, unprofessional way of doing it, as any AC which installed no air should be able to pass from outside and should go out from inside the room.

        Please get it fixed ASAP, or it might lead many issues.

        COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF INSTALLING.

          HI TEam,

          i purchased 4 itesm(TV, AC, Fridge, Washing Machine) from Medipally-500098 Store on 26th Mar 2022, I was told they will be delivered in 2 days but i haven't received 2 items still(Fridge, Washing Machine) and whenever i call either they won't pick up the call or say it will arrive tomorrow as there is no stock available.

          Can you please expediate and take some action as it is alreay 5 days and there is no clarity on the items and its deivery for which we paid already.

              I have registered a complaint 4 times even I physically handed over induction to Jammu service centre paloura for 5 times but still it's not resolved .

                We happened to buy an Air Conditioner from Bajaj Electronics, A.S. Rao Nagar Branch. It was billed for Rs.32k. The next day, the executive who showed us the product, called me and asked me to pay Rs.700 extra as the Product charges were hiked( which is what he said) and when I asked why didn't he do it correct the first time, he was saying that "you are going to pay from your pocket, so why the fuzz".
                I would request the concerned persons to take appropriate actions against such executives, or else this might spoil the image of Bajaj Electronics.
                I do have the recording of what that executive spoke, unfortunately I am not able to attach here.

                  Gachibowli Bajaj electronics manager shankar is a 420 and fraud.Sales person will tell a price of product first, when billing this fraud manager shankar will say price updated just 1 hour before and will collect more money.
                  When you ask for complaint book or feedback book he will deny and behave like a rowdy

                      I recently purchased a Wet & Dry NXT Vacuum cleaner from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS, Visakhapatnam.I have enclosed a photocopy of my receipt for your reference. Unfortunately, the item does not function at all, I have sent over product for motor issue in October itself after single use and they informed absence of technician. However due to the unavailability of the technician and me being out of town, it had to be there for a while in November and December.
                      Later I noticed holes in the drum and I raise a complained immediately. After several misguided trips to service center it seems that the Wet & Dry NXT Vacuum cleaner simply is a faulty product.

                        Today I went to SR NAGAR to purchase lenovo laptop. Mr Ibrahim showed me and explained about the product. finally I paid the amount of rs.65000. to my surprise he brought one used laptop fr inside and convinced me that it is a new one .bill also prepared. when I expressed my unhappiness he said sorry and he handed over the duplicate bill and asked me to come tomorrow to collect new one. ur organization opened 100 Branch and i[censored] people sell used products what will happens to the image . cheating a customer is not at all correct. i want explanation regarding this issue. bill no 1252/21/s/-39190 dated 14022022. pl refund my money or else I need to search for an alternative. now even they give me new piece how to believe that. regards [protected]

                              I bought Whirlpool Fridge from Bajaj Electronics Showroom, located near Surabhi Restaurant, Vanasthalipuram on[protected], vide invoice no: 1217/21/s-27461.
                              I requested for delivery of the said product on[protected], i.e. Wednesday. I have been in constant touch with the showroom the whole day and I was told that it will be delivered by 9:30 PM. I waited till that time and when I didn't get delivery of the product, I tried to reach them over the mobile numbers mentioned in the invoice, i.e. [protected] and [protected]. But since yesterday night to till now, the said mobile numbers are not reachable and are switched off.

                              I have not yet received the fridge till now. How do you justify this??

                              Moreover, when I tried to reach the Bajaj Electronics Customer Service on [protected] which was provided on the bajaj electronics website. This customer service REALLY SUCKS. I tried more than 15 times, each time, it is asking for language, problem and saying TO wait and while I was waiting, the CALL SUDDENLY DISCONNECTS. VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                                Hi my name is Maguluri Durga Rani. I have ordered samsung refrigerator at Bajaj showroom, Nandyal.

                                Initially after billing they said it will be delivered in 1 week as it is available in Kurnool.

                                It has been 20 days nearly the month is going to end and they did not deliver it yet.
                                When I call them they said another 1 week and keep on postponing. Even if i have ordered it in online it may have been delivered by now.

                                It's very bad being a reputed company and keep on postponing the order delivery .
                                It only takes 2 hours to ship the product from Kurnool to Nandyal.

                                Not giving correct response when it will be delivered

                                    Greetings Team Bajaj,

                                    With reference to above captioned subject. I purchased Bajaj Caldia 10 Liters Geyser on 13.09.2018. And we got heating issue first time in April 2021 and your service came and changed the heating element and took around 2000 for spare and service. And next time i.e. 14.11.2021 the geyser troubled again and we raised a complaint your service Engineer came he rectified the issue and charhed Rs 413/_ . And from very next day the same issue continued again we approached your customer service and your service engineer visited on 27.11.2021 and he told us there is a issue with thermostat and cutout we purchased them for 900 and he fitted. But from past few days again the Geyser is not working.We have very much trust on your brand and service inspirte of this your service engineer's behavior and the service also not good.This is very embarrassing and time wasing o[censored]s. In this regard why can't I lodge a complaint against you legally in consumer forum?

                                      I have purchased Samsung QLED 50Q60A TV from Punjagutta stores they have finalised bill 67900/- on emi @3350 with down payment 18750
                                      Exchange Samsung TV priced 5000/-
                                      There is no due slip or Acknowledgment for the TV picked up by the Bajaj delivery agent.
                                      No mention about this in bill .
                                      But when bill receipt given it was reflecting 55 inch with 75000/-
                                      On asking for clarification the manager muthyam agreed to change bill
                                      He changed the model number but price is 75000/-
                                      When questioned regarding this he says he will write to head office.
                                      Mr Amit sales person also is involved in this matter
                                      Both are mischievous
                                      I request the head office to take stringent action against such personal and correct my bill.
