Hi BajajElectronics,

We have bought Samsung LED TV in Feb2020, while purchasing TV management mentioned, post 3 months of sucessfull emi payment, we will get a cashback of different categories like (Rs.3000- mobile recharge, Rs.3000-OLA CAB, Rs.3000-DTH recharge etc),
But we didn`t receive that casback amount and after multiple followups with store management, now they are telling that offer had been expired in Aug2020.
Pleazse find the attached bill for purchased product.

Can you please let us know the correct reason for not proving us the cashback offer?

    I bought air conditioner from "voltas Brand shop" panjagutta said to be part of bajaj electronics but the seller is not providing the promised free installation.
    whether the seller is part of bajaj electronics? if not why he is telling he is part of Bajaj electronics ?

    one Mr Srinivas and One Mr Jaweed had been playing this game on me since one week.

      I have purchased a laptop in Bajaj electronics.com online and I have not get the laptop and so many times costmer service support phone ([protected])and they are not respond to the call. They are no tracking information about the product, so pls inform me about product details

        I have purchased AC from bajaj electronics nizampet hyderabad and I have no information on delivery, no tracking and the way they handle customers is pathetic. I have called multiple times and they say please call in half an hour. It has been three days now and they promised delivery in 48 hrs. I have to get serious and file a complaint with the consumer court of India lack of right to information

            I have purchsed the Samsung 55inch Tu8000 led tv from bajaj Sr Nagar, on 28th march, i have been informed i would get the delivery within 48hrs, its been 7 days, i did not even receive the Tv, contacted a lot of time, they keep on extending the dare, when after 6days when visited the store they said will deliver by night, later again contacted they said will take 10more days to get delivered. I need the TV at any cost, The bajaj sr nagar has tested my patience very bad, i am going to file a complain to near police station and going to sign the petition at consumer court aswell.

                  Dear Team, I took Ac from Bajaj Electronics A S Rao Nagar, I got a damaged product, when I asked to technician about the issue they mentioned there is Gas leakage which is happening and we are unable to get coolness.
                  I want it to be replaced and we are not getting response from the branch. Seriously it's not acceptable. I will put a legal complaint against the promoter and branch for selling d damage products.

                    Iam absolutely frustrated, if my ACs are not delivered and installed today, I will not pay any delivery and installation charges. I purchased 2 new Samsung AC @ Bajaj electeonics, Nizampet branch. They said delivery and installation would be done today. I have been trying to follow up since yesterday regrding time of delivery, since iam single working mother, I need to know the time to make arrangements accordingly. They are saying it would be done today, but not giving me any details regarding delivery status..

                        We have purchased a side by side refrigerator from bajaj electronics Rajender Nagar branch near 210 pillar no. At that showroom it's manager named Younus and one more person who handles refrigerator department sells me the refrigerator and they told me that the price includes delivery charges and I need not to pay anything for the delivery. But when the delivery man calls me for the delivery he asks me to pay rs.1000/- delivery charges.Then I told him that delivery was included and you spoke to the manager Younus.After some time he calls and asked me to talk with Younus, and then Younus said that I have to pay delivery charges.When I said him that it's included than he said you have to pay otherwise he won't delivers the product, when I refuses to payand he won't delivers the product.So I request bajaj electronics to deliver my product and take strict action against Younus and his collegue.

                            I have purchase Bajaj Majesty CgX3Eco gas burner on 12september 2019 but since last 6 month I am facing same problem that it was giving high Flame and my UTENSILS base are getting black for this same issue I have complain 5/6 time in the last 6 month but now the Fire isin backside of the gas burner which can get to my Pipe and cylinder and there may be a miss happening in my house let me know who is responsible for any mishappening if there is any in my house because I have complaint continuously since last six months

                            You can see in the videos which I have uploaded with my complain so please sir replace my product instead of fixing it because it is a gas burner not any other electronic item

                              Dear Bajaj Team,

                              I have a very bad experience with your Bajaj Electronics Showroom Nizampet Branch Hyderabad. I have purchased so many Items from Bajaj and I'm very old Customer to this branch recently I have an issue with Kenstar Cooler for this problem, I have visited so many times to your Nizampet Branch but one of Your manager his name is Mr. Ghouse he is not available @Showroom whenever I'm visiting he is not available in Showroom unfortunately I meet him one day but he was drunk on Duty and he is using very vulgar Language and talking like a Rowdy. I was with my Wife and children. He's disrespectful to me and my Wife and I get hurt because of him and this is a very bad Experience and hopefully I will advise my colleague's and family friends not to visit this branch and Bajaj Electronics.

                              Need your attention on this issue otherwise I’m going to book a case against him, because this is not the first time this is the second time I ignore but this time I cannot ignore.

                              Need your response. I'm waiting for your reply.

                                I have purchased symphony I-55 diet cooler on March 6th on the day of delivery I informed to Bajaj gajuwaka team about the non-functioning of cooler option in the cooler but they were very rude to me especially front office female executive. She simply told me that it’s not our headache if you received a damaged product. I was shocked after that response. It’s been a week but I didn’t get any response from Bajaj electronics gajuwaka team. I felt very pathetic after receiving that kind of response from the team.

                                As it’s not fault and I received a damaged product I need Bajaj Team to look into this and replace the damaged product.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased LG washing Machine with loan a/c no. 4000CDGU739291 from Bajaj Electronics Laldarwaza, Hyderabad.

                                  Bajaj Loan Executive is forcefully offering the RBL Credit cards as I have clearly told him that I have 2 credit cards with other bankers and I am not interested in RBL Credit card but still he has selected the option and I am getting the Credit card by courier tomorrow. Anyhow I am not going to accept that docket.

                                  But this is not the way to fool around your customers and while processing our loan we are providing the OTP it doesn't mean that you will do what ever you wish. I am thinking to approach consumer forum with the above issue.

                                  After all this when the product delivered the delivery person is demanding to pay 650/- with no reason when I asked him to take back the product then he took 200 and went away.

                                  I would request you to please take it as a very serious issue and make your employees to respect the customers choice. Otherwise being a consumer we do have other options to buy the things.
                                  where we can have our privacy of OTP and Free delivery option.

                                  Expecting a detailed explanation/Actionable on the above issues. Otherwise you will lost your loyal customers as you can review my loans even in lockdown I have paid all the loans without any break.

                                    I, a customer of Nalgonda, telangana state purchased a cooler in Naman electronics today(11.3.2021) at 5.30 pm. And paid the complete bill. Where they said the cooler will be delivered at the given address in 2 hours. Till 10.30 pm they didn't deliver it, when I called didn't respond for 3 times.4th time carelessly answered. N said shop is closed. I didn't expected such a careless n rude treatment towards customers from bajaj. It's a bad name for u too.. till now we didn't get any response and all are waiting without sleeping for the response. Pl do take the needed action .

                                      I bought Godrej REF RT EON 275B 2-5 HI AQ HL from Bajaj electronics AVR complex opp RTA Office sy no:89, Quthbullapur, kompally
                                      while delivering the refrigerator delivery boy damaged my wall clock which is cost RS 700/- and curtain finial further discussed the same with my sales advisor satish and he said that he cant able to track delivery details and he cant help in this case please suggest me further in this case attached damaged wall clock

                                        When we visited to Bajaj Electronics to purchase Ac the sales person showed us Panasonic AC 1.5Ton 4 star which has features like nanoe-G tech, air purifier, jet stream and wifi.So we have purchased as it has lot of advanced features. After the product delivery and installation there are no features in the Ac and when I've contacted the sales person he doesn't even has any information about the Ac models. I've spoken to the Bajaj trainer and he told me that once the product is installed we cannot exchange it.
