I have purchased a laptop in Bajaj electronics.com online and I have not get the laptop and so many times costmer service support phone ([protected])and they are not respond to the call. They are no tracking information about the product, so pls inform me about product details...

I have purchased AC from bajaj electronics nizampet hyderabad and I have no information on delivery, no tracking and the way they handle customers is pathetic. I have called multiple times and they say please call in half an hour. It has been three days now and they promised delivery in 48 hrs. Dear Team, I took Ac from Bajaj Electronics A S Rao Nagar, I got a damaged product, when I asked to technician about the issue they mentioned there is Gas leakage which is happening and we are unable to get coolness.
