Sir. I bought a smartphone worth 14000 from bajaj finance it gives phone insurance called digital fone safe worth approx 2k I had played all emi but when I come to claim this I have tried all your helpline numbers also on your website claim portal is refused my loan number is401DPF62710195 contact at [protected] m waging around 3 month but no help recieved

      Hi,

      You did not register my mobile or email id as am not receiving otp. I tried calling customer care number, however no representative to help (The ivr is worst and waste of time). My customer id 23723958.
      I sent email @wecare however got delivery failure notification due to mailbox is full. Please reply back asap on kamlesh. [protected]@yahoo.co.in or [protected].

          Bajaj Finserv harassing to pay the EMI. I have already mailed them several times as below but they are telling they are not responsible!!

          Dear Bajaj Finserv Team,

          I have not got any response to my above mails. I am writing a mail to all the bajaj finserv team indicating that I have got a huge loss after buying the furniture via your EMI facility from Bharatham stores_ Chennai

          Until unless my furniture is replaced I am not going to pay a penny also.

          You people are cheating customers by linking such dealers to us and making business.

          Kindly don't call me until unless you replace my furniture.

          I will open a complaint on bajaj finserv if you again and again call me.

            HI ..I am Nagendra prasad from bangalore, i have taken home loan in bajaj finance 1 year back for 17 lakh, i year i have paid the EMI and from last 6 months i do not have job and not able to pay the EMI, i have informed bajaj to take over the home and auction it and sell. worth of property is 1 crore, But Bajaj bacn not doing this they have filed cheque bounce case wanted to drag me to the court and spoil my credit history. i have several mail to them and sent mail to their manager also still they have not taken action.

            I S Nagendra Prasad having home loan 404SHL37177692 in your Bank, As I am not able to Pay My EMI from last 7 months due to lost my JOb and Family issue also Financial issue, I am don’t have any money to pay my EMI.

            Bajaj Bank Manager Mr krishna Iyer, Robert, & Sudheendra Bhatt, Gave me so much pressure to handover the property since March 2018, finally on 25th April 2018 i had vacated the house to surrender the property, But Sudheendra Bhatt bank manager did not give any response, Many time i called him for surrendering the property but he did not respond during that time.

            Sent mail to Bajaj customer care, also sent SMS, WATS message to Sudheendra Bhatt he did not respond.

            On June 28 i received a call from Robert from Bajaj Finance collection department to handover the property. I told him to arrange a meeting in bank, i went to Bank Had a meeting with Krishan Iyer & Robert, they told they have got approval from Pune Bajaj office for surrender and draft is ready and need to sign the document also give the possion of the property.

            On Saturday 21 july 2018, Robert told he will be coming to RR nagar house with Handover copy, I need to sign the copy and handover the Key. I waited In RR Nagar house Till 4 o clock but he did not come, later he called to my mobile to come to Office and handover the key later sign the document, Again from RR Nagar went to Bajaj office in Residential raod, there Sudheender told he required some time and he will call me later, he sent me from the office.

            Worth of property is 1 Crore, but loan amount is only 17 Lakh, I have asked Bajaj to sell or auction the property, remaining transfer he to my account.

            But Bajaj is not doing this they are just sending me the notice also bouncing all the cheque every month, now they have bounced 17 lakh cheque.

            This is causing me more tension, my health is detorting every day. If anything happen to me Bajaj is responsible.

            I really got Frustrated from the Bajaj also fooling me, they made me to run to their office.
            I have told many time to bank that I am not in situation to pay the EMI to bank still they are bouncing the cheque which I have given to them while taking the loan.

            I have express my problems to bank and notified the bank about your current financial condition,

              I have taken a Personal loan from Bajaj Finserv bearing consumer no 410PMT79178368 on 15th of June 2018.The Loan executive(KUNAL Mitra) told me the EMI will start from August 2018 but to my utter surprise I have received a sms that the LOAN amount of Rs 6790 wil be deducted from my account on 2nd of July 2018 which menad after only 15 days Loan EMI will start this is not acceptable now I am in confused that if this being the so called attitude when the LOAN executive is not picking up the call and I am bit confused what to do .
              I will like to draw the attention of the SENIOR of the officer to solve my problem immediatly otherwise i will be bound to foreclose account as early as possible.

              Please help me so that I can clear my EMI on time.

                It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

                Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                  I got a call from your company and they promised to do health insurance of me and my wife at rs.8372. Each having ₹ 10 lac insurance. But your company provided only insurance of rs.5 lac only for me. And send document having premium of rs.4358 on my name only. And no any insurance of my wife. Now the company send message of two loan account having no.515lip78218988and515lip78218517. Emi ₹808 and ₹872. How can you send for two emi when you done a single insurance of ₹4358. Who has given permission to do such insurance. With out my current signature and document how can only by calling your comany is doing insurance. Whrere is my wife insurance. Why your sales team telling lies. How telling lies and mis-using my signature and document. I m going to prosecute your company in consumer forum and a court of of law. If any short of emi is presented. Stop any emi. Cancel your false insurance. I m going to return the false insurance to hdfc life within 3 days. Hdfc will refund your money. My regd.                       My name is D S Shivarudraiah, My EMI Card No. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. Rs. 5000/- for Walnet Card purpose transferred and Vouchers also not dispatched. This is not my good service experience with Bajaj Finance Customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any call.

                          I am getting unsolicited calls from Bajaj Finserve on loans. I am not interested in any loans and I have not requested for any loan from Bajaj Finserve.
                          These calls keep coming through the day and from different numbers so blocking the numbers is also not helping.
                          On attending the call without knowing it is from Bajaj Finserve, the automated message on loans goes on. This is causing a lot of disturbance daily.
                          Could Bajaj Finserve please stop calling my number for any product of theirs?

                              So I am being bothered with phone calls from Bajaj, Bajaj Finance Co Btc, Bajaj Finance, Baja Finserv (Location of call: Chandigarh) daily. Names and location as per Truecaller.
                              On one hand it is impressive how these guys bypass a number block on the other hand it is high time that these organizations should understand that once a call is rejected the person does not require a loan.
                              I am writing to request you to take action against the individual/company using the number : [protected]. (all four using the same number).
                              How many calls can a person tolerate from this Bajaj Finserve
                              10-15 calls a week!!!

                              So annoying and disturbing.

                              Youre really damaging Brand Bajaj.. Thats what i can say.

                                It's been 8months i cleared all my bajaj finserv card loans. On 19th june 2018, i noticed 590/- deducted 4times from my account as cheque bounce charges through my bank account the same day. I approached near by bajaj centre, they asked me to submit bank statement. I submitted it. When i approached bank they said unless etc hit the account that won't happen. Still no response from bajaj people i couldn't understand what is happening. This is a great loss for me as it effects my cibil score too. I request to refund the deducted amount as soon as possible and take necessary action on bajaj finance as this happened to many people the same day whom i noticed in bajaj office and bank.
                                I am being repeatedly pestered by bajaj finance at least 5 to six times a day granting me loans, inspite of my no being in do not disturb list. I want it to be stopped immediately. if anyone wants a loan they will approach you
                                I get minimum 5-6 calls daily asking for loan. I dont need any loan nor any services from Bajaj Finance.

                                Despite informing the operators about this, they keep on calling me time and again. I am really fedup. Need some solution to stop this harrasment.

                                Please stop these Phone calls immediately.
                                Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the calls from baja finance i dont know how they got my number i am keep on getting thei calls and they ask for loan. its distrubing me

On 14th July 2018, i noticed 295/- deducted 2times from my account as cheque bounce charges through my bank account the same day.I approached the Bajaj finance executive he say its the mistake of bank, When i approached bank they said unless and untill the xyz hit the account that won't happen. I request to refund the deducted amount as soon as possible and take necessary action on bajaj finance.

                                  My name is Divya. I taken a weight lose treatment in a place called Shakshi Wellness - T.Nagar. This place also a scam. They cheat people. Shakshi's service was not good and they keep fooling me. They did not even give me the printed or written paper about the treatment or the amount I paid and I have to pay.

                                  Shakshi wellness got sign from me saying that they will get me the signed papers copy in 2 days but they did not. I started having doubt on them and then aftrr 6days I stopped going there.

                                  When I asked shakshi wellness they said that they will give the payment and treatment papers after a week but they did not. I felt they cheating me and also the service was not satisfactory. Hence I called them to cancel the service so that Bajaj finance will stop taking money from me. Shakshi said that they will get me loan without any down payment but later got 5k as advance and For 8months they asked to pay 37k. Later my bank called me to get permission about 40k and I told them to ignore it hence the bajaj could not take money from my account.

                                  I explained this to Bajaja finanve guys and they said they will take care of it but they did not helped me.

                                  In Shakshi, a lady asking me to get someone else if I need to get the cancellation form of the service so that the new person will continue the service. I felt this is not fair. When I feel this is scam and service is too bad, how can i pull some innocent person in this?

                                  Shakshi is not cancelling the service and the Bajaj finance keep sending me messages or giving calls and even visiting my home asking to pay money for which i did not even take a service. I stopped it after 6-8days.A month I visited and that's it. They asking me to pay 8000rs for 2months. But i have stopped the service and Shakshi is playing smart. They are not even ready to show the payment papers or treatment papers/documents they provided.

                                  Bajaj finance asked to put conference call to Shakshi and I did. I can hear both of them but both acting as of they did not hear each other and have network issue. Then bajaj finance guy lied me saying he spoke with Shakshi and they say that they cant refund 40k. I was so shocked. I visited the place only for 6-8days and already paid 9k for that and no use of it. Still they forcing me to pay the balance.

                                  The guy from Bajaj is shouting me saying " i[censored] were a guy I would have behaved so bad to you and you would felt so bad in your area you live in". I literally started crying as he spoke like a rowdy.

                                  I visited Shakshi wellness place today (25th June 2018) in the noon time. None is ready to answer me for the payments I already made. No people to explain me why they not canceling the service and why they are not giving me the printed papers of the service and amounts.

                                  All they say is to get a new person if i am not continuing the service OR to pay the balance.

                                  Last month I called Shakshi wellness to cancel my service after seeing the EMI message from Bajaj. The lady in shakshi asked me to come in person after 2days. When i called her after 2days to confirm the timing, she then said " I cant cancel and refund to Bajaj or to you. You bring someone and make them pay the balance amount and let them take the service". I was really shocked when that lady spoke like that. She behaved like a panchayat head. I even tried to tell her in the other ways to get the cancellation form. I started saying her that I am in bad condition and not happy with service and i cant come from porur to t.nagar often as I work in a rotational shift and I am getting sick often, but still she continued saying the same.

                                  It is me who know what my body accepts. But seriously the place is not good or decent and the people inside it are not at all professional. They just give sona bath and for all 6-8days i paid 9k only for sona bath and one more thing where they will give some vibratory equipments on the body. No use.

                                  This is so wrong. When I am not taking the service and already had a talk about cancellation of service why do shakshi wellness not cancelling it and why bajaj finance didn't attend my call when i called them from shakshi wellness today and later finance guy asked me to go back to t.nagar when I already returned home half way?

                                  I clearly understood that both Shakshi wellness and Bajaj finace are playing with my money.

                                  Please do help me get out of this situation. Please... I beg you.

I felt this is not fair. When I feel this is scam and service is too bad, how can i pull some innocent person in this?

                                  Shakshi is not cancelling the service and the Bajaj finance keep sending me messages or giving calls and even visiting my home asking to pay money for which i did not even take a service. I stopped it after 6-8days.A month I visited and that's it. They asking me to pay 8000rs for 2months. But i have stopped the service and Shakshi is playing smart. They are not even ready to show the payment papers or treatment papers/documents they provided.

                                  Bajaj finance asked to put conference call to Shakshi and I did. I can hear both of them but both acting as of they did not hear each other and have network issue. Then bajaj finance guy lied me saying he spoke with Shakshi and they say that they cant refund 40k. I was so shocked. I visited the place only for 6-8days and already paid 9k for that and no use of it. Still they forcing me to pay the balance.

                                  The guy from Bajaj is shouting me saying " i[censored] were a guy I would have behaved so bad to you and you would felt so bad in your area you live in". I literally started crying as he spoke like a rowdy.

                                  I visited Shakshi wellness place today (25th June 2018) in the noon time. None is ready to answer me for the payments I already made. No people to explain me why they not canceling the service and why they are not giving me the printed papers of the service and amounts.

                                  All they say is to get a new person if i am not continuing the service OR to pay the balance.

                                  Last month I called Shakshi wellness to cancel my service after seeing the EMI message from Bajaj. The lady in shakshi asked me to come in person after 2days. When i called her after 2days to confirm the timing, she then said " I cant cancel and refund to Bajaj or to you. You bring someone and make them pay the balance amount and let them take the service". I was really shocked when that lady spoke like that. She behaved like a panchayat head. I even tried to tell her in the other ways to get the cancellation form. I started saying her that I am in bad condition and not happy with service and i cant come from porur to t.nagar often as I work in a rotational shift and I am getting sick often, but still she continued saying the same.

                                  It is me who know what my body accepts. But seriously the place is not good or decent and the people inside it are not at all professional. They just give sona bath and for all 6-8days i paid 9k only for sona bath and one more thing where they will give some vibratory equipments on the body. No use.

                                  This is so wrong. When I am not taking the service and already had a talk about cancellation of service why do shakshi wellness not cancelling it and why bajaj finance didn't attend my call when i called them from shakshi wellness today and later finance guy asked me to go back to t.nagar when I already returned home half way?

                                  I clearly understood that both Shakshi wellness and Bajaj finace are playing with my money.

                                  Please do help me get out of this situation. Please... I beg you.

                                  Please stop calling daily basis for any loan or over draft facility or any kind of promotions.
                                  I opted once for your loan and i believe that is my biggest mistake that I ever did. Since then daily receiving nonsense calls from your executives during all possible odd hours.

                                    This email is regarding the loan that was approved on date 7th February, 2018. I had received a call last week regarding a Personal loan scheme from Mr. Ravi from your firm. After discussing my financial requirement with him, I had inquired for INR 50, 000 upon which he suggested me of some OD (Overdraft Due) scheme. According to him, there will be INR 5 lakh in a virtual account and I may withdraw money from it as and when needed and I would only need to pay a 15% interest later on, only on the money I have withdrawn. Yesterday, that is 7th February, 2018 I received INR 486, 964 in my bank account.

                                    Firstly, if the money was supposed to be in a “Virtual Account”, and I was supposed to withdraw from it as and when needed, why did I get this amount in my bank account?
                                    Secondly, he had told me about INR 500, 000. And when I asked them about the rest of the money they responded saying that the rest was a processing and insurance fee (which Mr. Ravi or any other personnel from Bajaj Finserv never mentioned about).

                                    Feeling cheated, I called up Ms. Diva Gaikwad (who usually contacted me via WhatsApp) and complained about being cheated and that I don’t want any loan or money. She asked me to transfer a sum of INR 500, 000 to some account.

                                    Therefore, I feel I am being cheated here since when they knew I didn’t ask for anything more than INR 50, 000 and still they put me up through this scheme where the processing and insurance fee was around ~INR 18000. I hope you take a look into this and take necessary actions. I just want to return the money transferred into my account and close this request.

                                      I receive calls from bajaj finance almost daily from their automated customer care number. This has become very frequent oflate that they call me multiple times in a day.

                                      These calls have become a mental torture for me and i started blocking them in my phone but this company has devised a devious plan is harassing it's former customers by calling them from different numbers eachtime. I have blocked close to 10 numbers from them but seems like they have a new line eachtime i block one.

                                      Please take action on this company as this is becoming an harassment as the time they call is during office hours, early mornings, holidays and even during death ceremony or a family function.

                                      I do not intend to be harassed by this company as it's becoming beyond the tolerance limit. Thanks in advance.

                                        Hi, we have requested to change the payment date and each month we pay at 30th. You guys have not changed and harrasing the people. I am a thrid party and some lady is calling me with this number [protected] and harrasing me so badly. I don't know what was her problem and she was no trained at all. Are you guys just hire people and don't ttain them? She was calling me in every two minutes and was repeating the exact same thing. Not ready to give the name. Your customers service number is never rechable. Don't take this for granted. I have been harrassed. If this is not sorted i m going rajeev jain fyi md of bajaj finance becuase this is really not acceptable. I have a respect and gone through such harassment!
