Respected concern persona,

My name is k. Geetha, my registered mobile number is [protected], my emi card no. [protected]. My card is temporary blocked. I request you please activate my card. This is not a good customer service. You people blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is a very disgusting service. This is not my good service experience with bajaj finance customer serving team. You should well trend your team before let them handle any work.

Kindly resolve this issue.

This is regarding personal loan which i have taken on 22nd november 2015, as per loan agreement there wont be any charges for foreclosure but now when i tried to foreclosure the existing personal loan bajaj customer care people are saying that foreclosure charges are applicable which is at 4.5% and saying that the policy of foreclosure has been changed by bajaj, this is completely unacceptable.

As far as i know and as per rbi rules any policy terms and conditions should not be changed once the agreement is signed.

Please register complain against this fraud and let me know further procedure.

There was no due or any such things from my side. I had been to your trivandrum, kerala office and they told me that my card is blocked from the head office and they can't do any thing and they give me the customer care number. I almost tried 20 times with all the options and i was unable to speak/ reach to any customer care officer. This is not a good customer service. You should have informed me the reason for blocking my card and i could have done anything to not to block it. You blocked my card without any prior intimation. I did not receive any prior massage regarding the same. This is the only way to get in touch with you guys i think and thats the reason i am sending this. I request you to do the needful at the earliest and unblock my emi card. I also would like to change my previously linked bank to my current bank in which i have my salary account

Kindly resolve this issue.

Nd my finance is cover in 3 years, til now 4 years running, but my noc is not in my hand,,, till now,, i have gace so many problem... How riddiculious nd erresponsible such your office..

On daily basis i am getting 5-6 spam calls offering loans from different numbers along with 2-3 sms a day from bajaj finserv. Most of the these calls are automated and despite of multiple requests, i am getting this harassment for last 2-3 months even at odd timings of the day.

I haven't took any loan from bajaj finserv or will be interested in taking the same in near future.

Please stop calling me and spamming my numbers.

I have been always polite but still the calls keep coming.

Please do the needful to ensure i do not get any further calls from bajaj finance.

If it does not stop, i will have to take further steps to ensure that i do not get disturbed further.

All loans were taken and closed many yrs back. Plz don't rob me, allow me to live peacefully. Need some money as charity? Then plz ask, i will give and plz stop doing this. Dont remember any loan details.

I went for bajaj finance to buy tv through easy emi and provided my mobile number. Now i am getting automated/manual calls everyday for 4 to 5 times. I got frustrated with these calls. Now onwards i will not go for bajaj finance. Bajaj finance is irritating. I am not interested on any of the loans. There is no timing for these call. How to come out of this bad/irritating call?

In my cibil profile there is a wrong update of details where it was mentioned defaulted the amount how ever i have not applied any loan from bajaj finance.

Due to the wrong update i have been struggling to get the house loan.

But amount credited in to my account 241921.00. How it is calculated nobody respond it please clear my issue remain amount reverse to my account. I am getting continuous marketing automatic calls from bajaj finserv. It is not only frustrating but diminishes the image of the company to very low. Please bear in your mind about the brand and act accordingly.

Hi,

I want to pre close my personal loan with bajaj, i took this loan 2 years back at interest rate of 13.5 and no pre closure charges and nil part payment option. Now i want to pre close this loan and they are not allowing to close with out any charges.

I have a dd for the entire principal but they are not allowing t close, the yask me for a 4.5 % of charges, please guide me how to tackle this issue.

The fact is i never had any interaction with any person from bajaj finance or the comapny itself. How did i became your customer and what have i taken from you. I was applied home loan vide a/c no. Is545 shl39491404 in april, 2017 it was approved for an amount of rs.2000000/- was not disbursed to me - for to pop from hdfc bank in may 2017. But emi of rs.26745.00 and13011 was deduct from bank a/c on 02.06.2017 i was socked how it is possible that emi recovered from my a/c with out payment was disbursed to me. Can i go to court?. Its horrible in the history of banking. This case is belong to dehradun, uttrakhand.
Its my request may kindly paid my money which recovered from hdfc account with panel rate of interest as soon as possible. Other wise i will not paid next emi of home loan which is disbursement in this month. I need my money next two working days any how otherwise i sue.

I am soumya m r i have taken a loan with bajaj finance and i am paying my emi sincerely but the company has manipulated my personal details by creating a wrong account and they are forcing me to pay the emi for the wrong account too and they are talking very rudely with me and i request you to take necessary action on this
