Almost every day i receive one or two annoying calls from bajaj finance regarding personal loans and finance options! Don't you have anyone to communicate internally when a particular customer is not interested?? It is ridiculous that you keep calling and calling endlessly..

Please stop calling my number : [protected]. I don't need any of your personal loan offers or any other offer from bajaj finance!

It has been 15 days till now no executive came for the collection of my kyc documents... Wht type of service they r providing they r just fooling people

I had purchased iPhone and that time price was 43k. And one friend help me to purchase iPhone. So in this case I had gave him 15000 rs down payment and processing fees to Bajaj finance 1500rs. After he gave me IPhone 6s on dated 10 oct 2016. Then I ask him about bill then he told bill will be provide you after completing of Bajaj EMI. Then I was paid 30450rs. Still not gave me bills and Bajaj card. And he took documents from me to creating my Bajaj card but instead he purchased phone on his father’s Bajaj card. So in this case may I know how much is processing fees for creating new Bajaj card? And also I need to know ac statement against my loan number. Loan number is: - 577DPF28954570. Please let me know how much down payment he had paid to Bajaj. Please help us.

Iam receiving too many calls from bajaj finance iam really getting harrased on this even though i kept dnd its comming from number [protected]. I have recording also. Every time its triggering from different number.
Also asking my personal detials which is confidential always calling in the evening and morning hours daily twice. Iam frustated with this calls. Please take a strong action to stop thisl.

Deduction of rs. 99/- from my saving bank account without my consent
Rs.99/- debited from a/c no[protected] of sbi branch of selaiyur, chennai on 26.05.2017, message as below

What the hell? I have not opted for any kind of investment with you. On what grounds my amount was deducted without my consent. You have my a/c no it means in future u can also deduct any amount of money from my account without my consent.

I have not initiated this deduction. Please take necessary action and reimburse the money asap.

Without my consent bajaj has deducted rs 99 on 26/may/2017... Bajaj is doing fraud with their customers
Bajaj have deducted unauthorized rs 99 from my sbi savings account. Bajaj is doing fraud now. Bajaj is no more reliable.. Beware of bajaj...

On may 26, 2017, bajaj has unauthorized deducted rs 99 from my sbi a/c without any reason or towards loan.

This is not expected from bajaj. Bajaja is no more reliable..

I have applied for a home laon transfer in bajaj finserv. They promised roi as 8.5%, and now after submitting and processing the file, they are charging 8.69%.

Tried contacting the marketing executives, their managers and even went to office thrice, but no one are even interested to talk.

They promised something, and giving something else. Please help me to get out this, to close the loan application.

I have been trying to get in touch with bajaj financial services - fixed deposit section. The telephone number mentioned on the certificate issued, is that of the emi section. What's up bajaj what are you shying away from by not providing your direct telephone number???
Your emi executive also would not provide me with the number, however promised to get someone from fixed deposits to call me within 24hrs. It is past 96 hours but no one has bothered to call. If this the kind of service that bajaj treats it's investors with ; investors beware.

Bajaj Finance is charging 4.6% as foreclosure charge now.

I have two personal loan from Bajaj Finance. The loan details are
1. 404SAL10647085,
2. 404SPL2619287

The issue is i am planning to close the above PL. but there is a foreclosure charges has been added. But when i took the loan they said 0% foreclosure charges. I took a loan in 2015 and one more loan in 2016.

Today i visited to the customer care office in Bangalore. They asked me to sent a email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in

This is the reply which i got from the customer care.

Thank you for your association with Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”).

As discussed with you on call [protected] and with reference to your email, we would like to bring to your attention the following:

1. You have availed financial facilities amounting to Rs. [724589 and 911762]/- (Rupees [in words] only) vide the subject mentioned Loan Account(s) from BFL.
2. You have submitted a request to foreclose the said Loan Account(s) vide the above referred letter.

We would like to inform you that BFL has implemented the foreclosure charges effective June 2016 for all its customers. Accordingly, in case you choose to foreclose the aforementioned Loan Accounts, the foreclosure charges are payable basis the loan agreement(s) executed by you with BFL,

The same has been intimated by BFL from time to time through various modes of communications including by way of letters couriered to you as a customer.

We would like to bring to your attention that levy of foreclosure charges to your Loan Account(s) is as per the prevailing Regulatory guidelines and the current market practice.

You guys are annoying and irritating. Though I have mentioned thousands time to your customer service people, not to call, then also I get calls daily 3-5 times. Your customer service people are rude also, I would like to highlight it publically. I don't wanna buy anything from you, if you continue to call like this, I would in fact never prefer you. Thank God I did not buy anything from you.

A girl works in Bajaj finance, whose name is Kalpana Sharma([protected], [protected]). She will get a loan of 5 lakh under the marksheets, for which she first started 1050 rs in (Mohit Sharma account, [protected]) after that she said that you have to pay 10450 rs which is our transfer fee and you get back she said so. Then, on behalf of 25000 rs and towards the name of insurance, you will get your money in your account 1-2 hours after transferring 25000 rs transfers, but they did not come. There is no company in the name of the person who knows the address of his office. The account that I put in money is also not ready to meet and now it is asking for 22450 rs and it says that it is a TDS fee because your loan amount is more than 5 lakh. Please help in this meter and take this against the FIR option.

I got my personal loan sanction on 3 June 2016 with zero foreclosure. IN May 2017 when I approached customer care of Bajaj finance, they asked me to pay outstanding principal amount along with foreclosure charges of 4.6% (inclusive of service tax).
This was first time when I came to know about the foreclosure charges which is breach of mutual contract between us.
My questions are simple that when they started levy of foreclosure from 1st June 2016 why they sanctioned loan on 3rd with 0 foreclosure, which means they just try to exploit the customer at their wish.
Further, if my loan is sanction after the policy change, so exception approval has been take to grant 0 foreclosure loan and I am not liable to pay foreclosure charges but they are not ready to listen any thing.
