Bajaj Finance is charging 4.6% as foreclosure charge now.

I have two personal loan from Bajaj Finance. The loan details are
1. 404SAL10647085,
2. 404SPL2619287

The issue is i am planning to close the above PL. but there is a foreclosure charges has been added. But when i took the loan they said 0% foreclosure charges. I took a loan in 2015 and one more loan in 2016.

Today i visited to the customer care office in Bangalore. They asked me to sent a email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in

This is the reply which i got from the customer care.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your association with Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”).

As discussed with you on call [protected] and with reference to your email, we would like to bring to your attention the following:

1. You have availed financial facilities amounting to Rs. [724589 and 911762]/- (Rupees [in words] only) vide the subject mentioned Loan Account(s) from BFL.
2. You have submitted a request to foreclose the said Loan Account(s) vide the above referred letter.

We would like to inform you that BFL has implemented the foreclosure charges effective June 2016 for all its customers. Accordingly, in case you choose to foreclose the aforementioned Loan Accounts, the foreclosure charges are payable basis the loan agreement(s) executed by you with BFL,

The same has been intimated by BFL from time to time through various modes of communications including by way of letters couriered to you as a customer.

We would like to bring to your attention that levy of foreclosure charges to your Loan Account(s) is as per the prevailing Regulatory guidelines and the current market practice.

            You guys are annoying and irritating. Though I have mentioned thousands time to your customer service people, not to call, then also I get calls daily 3-5 times.               A girl works in Bajaj finance, whose name is Kalpana Sharma([protected], [protected]). She will get a loan of 5 lakh under the marksheets, for which she first started 1050 rs in (Mohit Sharma account, [protected]) after that she said that you have to pay 10450 rs which is our transfer fee and you get back she said so. Then, on behalf of 25000 rs and towards the name of insurance, you will get your money in your account 1-2 hours after transferring 25000 rs transfers, but they did not come. There is no company in the name of the person who knows the address of his office. The account that I put in money is also not ready to meet and now it is asking for 22450 rs and it says that it is a TDS fee because your loan amount is more than 5 lakh. Please help in this meter and take this against the FIR option.

                  I got my personal loan sanction on 3 June 2016 with zero foreclosure. IN May 2017 when I approached customer care of Bajaj finance, they asked me to pay outstanding principal amount along with foreclosure charges of 4.6% (inclusive of service tax).
                  This was first time when I came to know about the foreclosure charges which is breach of mutual contract between us.
                  My questions are simple that when they started levy of foreclosure from 1st June 2016 why they sanctioned loan on 3rd with 0 foreclosure, which means they just try to exploit the customer at their wish.
                  Further, if my loan is sanction after the policy change, so exception approval has been take to grant 0 foreclosure loan and I am not liable to pay foreclosure charges but they are not ready to listen any thing.

                      I am receiving at least daily Five phones from Bajaj Finance with code starting 0140 . I have once taken a loan from this company and after that I am the target of this company for phone harassment. Even at Sundays and Holidays at odd times in the afternoon they are harassing me. I am not going to use any product of this company and marketing to my close friends and relatives not to be contact with this dirty company.

The person processing loan had put wrong bank account which was not in service.I immediately informed local Chandigarh branch about mistake, the local branch advisedcme to depoit the EMI in cash and also resubmit the crossed cheque of correct account. I did it accordingly.Today after about one year i have received an SMS regarding recovery of Rs.350/= form my account.Pl. correct the mistake at your end.

                                I purchase LG Air Conditioner in 2014 at Jalandhar Punjab, I proper deposit installment with Bajaj Insurance Rs 5295/- instead of Rs 5000/-. My EMI completed last 1 year but i did not received any warranty card from Bajaj Insurance company. Please send him my warranty card in my home address.

                                  Sir/Madam,
                                  I am maintaining five loan accounts vide Loan account nos. _4030CD29374154, 4030CD29374168, 4030CD30100560, 403SOL08089542 & 403SOL14340236 with Bajaj Finance Limited. I am paying all my dues for all the loan account through Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) via ECS mode on 2nd day of every month regularly through HDFC bank. Recently due to unforeseen technical issue with my personal bank account the due amount for the month of May of Rs.35, 723.00 for all my loan accounts has not been maintained. Due to which the ECS has been rejected for insufficient funds. But I have made available the required funds for ECS clearance on 5th May, 2017. Further I have escalated the issue with the Bajaj Finance Customer care executive on the same day. During my call I have explained the situation and also informed about the availability of funds for ECS clearance and I was also told that the company will definitely make 2nd attempt to clear the ECS amount from my account. Even after number of follow ups with customer care executive, the amount was not taken for ECS clearance.

                                  On 11th May 2017 I have received a call from Bajaj Collection agent (Mr. Anish - [protected]) asking for default of loan amount for my loan accounts and I have also instructed to issue cheque for the due amount of respective loan accounts. Upon which I have issued a Cheque vide no. 000023 dated 11/05/2017 for an amount of Rs. 7833/- favoring Bajaj Finance Limited for my Loan A/c Nos.. ( 4030CD29374154, , 4030CD29374168, 4030CD30100560 = 1667+3083+3083). The same has been debited from my account on HDFC bank (statement attached herewith for your consideration). Proof of collection of cheque also attached herewith. The same cheque has been cleared and debited on 15/05/2017. (proof attached herewith).

                                  On 13/05/2017 I have also issued a cheque vide no. 000024 dated 13/05/2017 for an amount of Rs.27890/- favoring Bajaj Finance Limited for my Loan A/c Nos. ( 403SOL08089542 & 403SOL14340236= 21302+6588) where I have been maintaining the sufficient balance for the cheque clearance.

                                  On 17/05/2017, the office has debited my bank account of Rs. 3083/- for the loan account number. Since because of this duel debit to my account, the Cheque no. 000024 issued on for the above mentioned loan has been rejected due to insufficient funds and my bank has debited charges of Rs. 402.50/- for the same as eCS return charges. Since because of this my reputation gets spoiled with my banker.

                                  Recently I have undergone a surgery and I am under medication and bed rest now. Since because of their wrong debit of amount and fraudulent practices of recovering loan many of their executives and collection agents calling me every day and asking me pay the amount which they have debited to compensate their mischievous mistake. Because of this I am getting pressured and tortured and my health is getting affected day by day.

                                  Here I am praying the Honourable authority to get me a right and compensation for the defamation, depression and stress due to them and their fraudulent recovery mechanism.

                                    I have taken a loan Rs 35997/- fromDARBAR Traders Pvt ltd and paid down payment of Rs 9709/- on cash. But on the copy of Loan details send by Bajaj Finance is reflecting only 8000/-. There is a difference of Rs 1709/- between the rate of the TV and total amount paid by me on cash and loan sanctioned by Bajaj Finserv. I try to contact Bajaj customer care but I fail. I contact to Darbar Traders Pvt ltd but didnot get proper clarification. Is is also intimate that the processing fee claim by Bajaj Finserv is zero.                                       I got finance from Bajaj for installing modular kitchen in my home which costed 167000...
                                      From that the amount sanctioned to the dealer account is 102000..
                                      And 22000 they told its a (VAT)
                                      And 41000 as pre EMI

                                      So finally the amount sanctioned to the dealer account is 102000

                                      The dealer got extra 10000 from me and finally left the work and not picking the call just by installing The boxes which doesn't worth even 30000

                                      Now I am paying 7300/ month for almost 4 months ...how can I deal with thsi ...I want to cancel this deal and get back my money .
