To whomsoever it may concern,

I have noticed a debit of rs 1000. from my account dated 15th May-2017 paid to bajaj finance against the above ref number. I'm shocked as have no such relation or account with bajaj finance and so i would like immediate action to be taken to refund the money back to my account without any further delay. No further payment should be taken without my knowledge. Please explain on what grounds the payment has been taken from my account. i am apply consumer court with in week time refund the above amount (Rs.1000
My emi card has been blocked inspite paying emi regularly without fail every month. Please call me [protected]

        After receiving​ NOC from Bajaj fin serve end... Stating no dues from my side... Bajaj agent promised to stop further ECS but Now an Extra ECS for Rs.2084 taken from my account. As promised not reverted with unwanted ECS penalty charged & unblocked my EMI card 9424 immediately. So irresponsible, Useless, hopeless & shameful customer service. Since entire mistake is on Bajaj fin serve side.. pay me the penalty for the loss & frustration I have undergone.also want apology letter & shouldn't repeat it for any customers​.

                      I am debasish roy my customer id is 3636590, i bought a sony tv on january 2015 with an extended warranty, my lone account was 4100cd06887800 and 41ewc06887822
                      Through ecs system all emi had been deducted from my icici bank account
                      I don't know how an emi for 41ewc06887822 was missed?
                      Thereafter a huge amount of charges added with this lone amount.
                      Last19/4/2017 i was paid rs 2942.00 on behalf of my lone account 410ewc06887822 with the concern of advt mr r. K. Chauhan through axis bank.
                      Now an ecs started and deduct rs. 778.51 in two transaction from my bank account and it was happen without my concern.
                      For your further perusal attached the counter copy which i paid through axis bank.

                        Is there a way to stop this atrocity from Bajaj?

                        To whomsoever from Bajaj Finance,

                        This kind of repeated calls will make the people totally frustrated, rather than approaching you for loans. Keep this in mind.

                        Stop this non-sense at the earliest, otherwise soon you will have to pay a huge penalty for this kind of frustrating act before court of law.

                        You don't know how people in India are disturbed in their walks of life by this kind of automated system calls.

                              'roy' here had a personal loan about two years ago which i paid off last month. Again this month i received a message saying that i will be charged with 3, 328/- again for installment dishonor charges, i don't know why? Because in between i missed my loans because of financial issue which is normal and that time i have paid off my dues and charges, so why now?

                              My last emi date was 05/04/2017 but they are charging me again on 05/05/2017 whereas my bajaj finance statement says last emi on 05/04/2017 and after that no charges. I am being charged?

                              I am getting calls and messages form bajaj finance regarding personal loans.as i dont want personal loans can you stop them from calling me or messagimg me.
                              I get 2 to 3 calls daily from bajaj finance, It is really irritating to receive the calls even I have informed the person to update their database not to call me. However I'm the existing customer for Bajaj finance.

                              I want this to be stopped immediately.

I have not taken any mobile insurance but if i check my details at Bajaj Finance website onliine that shows EMI of my mobile insurance with total amount of Rs. 2044/- besides the Mobile EMI. Bajaj Finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately. Bijai is cheating the customers, i purchased so many products from bajaj finserv, i never cross checked, but now iam so upset. i checked customer care their they annocing my emi amount is 2315 /- but everymonth my emi going 2572 /- that also 7 months, they said its 0% interest, then why you are making interest, that also very huge amount of interest, if someone tells before buying the product we will not choose this service. your service is very worst, hereafter i never buy from bajaj finserv.
