I have received an call from Bhawana Triptati offering the Personal Loan against the Life insurance policy and asked me to buy the life insurance policy worth of Rs. 50, 000/- for an loan amount of Rs. 10 lacs and i have paid that amount and did not received any policy details or Loan amount and finally understood that this is money trap and the call related to loan.

Please help me on this. I have all the call recordings as well the whatsapp chats related to the same.

My name is deepthi and my brother name is viky...
He has taken loan about 120000 in 2019 and paid 19 emis and my brother losses job and he was unable to pay because he is job less due to pandemic...
From oct 2020 he was unable to pay it...

He left city and went to village to stay there...

As i am reference to his loan they torturing me with continuos cals and abvusive words that i need to pay loan...

Because of this there is a quarelling between me and my husband...

Plz tell them not to cal me and tell them not to come to my home and talk in abvusive words...

Do they have the rights to say abvusive words towards the reference given like me to talk like that...i want to know..and i want to report on them with proofs...

I was taken personal loan from bajaj finance till 1 yrs I have paid my emi regular but due to lockdown I was jobless and at that time I was not able to pay the emi and due to lockdown their was a morentrum from bajaj finance and there after call came from bajaj finance in July that we are offering the another morentrum for 3 months I accepted thier request but after that recovery agent started calling me for emi and they were misbehaving on call using bad langauge coming to home as well on my work place too I was telling them as soon as I manage the amount I will pay the emi but they were not able to understand the situation on which we were going.
Somehow I manage the emi amount and given to recovery agent and then after 10 days they started calling me again and again and at that time no job was there and no bizz I was doing I request to my friends to give some money so I can pay my emi and like this many emi I have given to that recovery agent and after that he stopped calling me and now in last yr June 2021 one othe executive called me for emi I told him the situation what have happen then he also took the emi from me and given the settlement letter and told I will give you settlement letter of 63k on him I trusted and give him a one emi after that he send me settlement letter of 83k I called him and ask about the settlement that he have given me the executive told me that I will reduce the amount at the end of the settlement I said ok and he gave me settlement letter of 5 stroks and after that full and final amount I started paying the settlement amount regular and after five months I asked him for final amount I have to pay you plZ give me the final letter that I have pay and as per discussion you told me that I will reduce the amount but he told me that my maneger is not there and like this he has taken again 6th stroke from me again 7th stroke after that he have taken 15k from me and now I am getting call from office that I have to pay 1.6lakhs amount for account closing and there also they are telling we can't help from here you go and do complain.
And in this complaint I have return all and I have all screen shot and what's app chatting with the executive.
So plzz help me out of this
And I suggest to everyone to be aware of all this kind of things going on market with normal people. Very fraud they are doing with all o[censored]s.
They are coming home using bad langauge.
Telling to our family I will not go till the money gets they don't have any manners how to talk to ladies.
Very irrespective executive they have and there managers also telling go you do what you what to do now you just see who can solve your problem .
Is there anyone to help me out of this.

My bank account that belong to ICICI Bank was emptied out on 31st Dec 2021 with 10 transactions of Rs 590 and one of 427. I am unable to download the detailed statement so i am attaching the screenshot. Please i want my hard earned money back. I have paid all the dues for RBL and also the Bajaj Finance long before I came to Saudi Arabia for work.

I'm fed of recieving calls everyday. I don't want any loan from bajaj finance.. kindly unsubscribe my number at your point... My number is. [protected]

This just ridicules, i have moved to Bajaj finance with my existing loan held in HDFC

since then these guys are just keep calling and never stops about taking the offer, loan etc etc ..

Daily 4-5 Calls Really!!! - I M NOT INTERESTED ABOUT ANY OFFER

this is the final time i am writing here after the this, i am gonna take my loan to other bank and close the bajaj forever

My asset care policy number is 419ETBHT533001, my emi will start from 02-december-22 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

I never purchased any products from Bajaj Finance channel or source, I strongly condemn such malicious mandate that said company has sent to my banker and took Rs. 117 from my account without my knowledge.
I need the amount to be reversed along with additional charges and need assurance from Bajaj Finance to avoid such forged attempt to seek money from my account.

Emi for loan account P6W5PGD3548588 was cut twice this month. I already paid the emi before due date, ie, 31st December 2021 for January 2022. But it cut again from my account on the 3rd of January 2022. Please refund it back and correct your system. It is corrupted. Don't take someone's money if they paying emi on time.

They are keep calling for giving loans and they are using bad words when we say please don’t call again. Somebody talking politely but most of them speaking harshly with bad words

Two executives called for Bharti Axa loan against which they will give personal loan. I received the policy documents but till date no loan disbursal have been made

I am Biju, from Bangalore.
Recently, I have applied for a personal loan and later I received a call from Bajaj company, say your loan is approved and he said i have to pay the TDS amount getting approval of loan.
The TDS amount he asked to pay is Rs. 19, 200/-, So I paid as part payment of two times, first payment was Rs. 9, 260 and second payment was Rs. 3, 000/-
Immediately I got a doubt on this then I checked online what would be the TDS for the loan, then I found it was just 0.75% to 1%. So I asked where the branch of this Bajaj finance company, the person said it is in west bengal.
Then he is repeatedly calling to make the balance payment. But we refused and asked to refund the payment, but he is denying it. Then provide me the Company Managers number, he is refusing to give and also said will not give the amount.
I have a doubt on this person, he might doing this kind of service to others also. I request to capture him and avail justice to us and the person who got cheated.

I have receiving daily 4-5 Calls for Loan Offer from Bajaj Finance, i don't want any loan, every time i blocked said number, but every time they are using new number for calling, please stop this harassment, we have middle class people we using bike for travelling and these types unwanted calls harassed us.

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end with different numbers comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no [protected].

I have taken a personal loan from Bajaj Finance in 2016 and in 1 year by 2017 I repaid the full amount. But there was a foreclosure fees they added which was 56k and I was not communicated this properly. I have not taken the NOC. Then 2017, 2018, 2019 and also 2020 passed. During lockdown and COVID 19 time at end of 2020, they started to call and harass and threaten in various ways. It was bad time and I could pay then. That time they said total outstanding is around 2.86 lacs. Now they are sending me a notice with outstanding amount of 6.86 lacs. Now I am in a situation of heart attack by seeing the outstanding amount of 6.86 lacs and now a days they threaten me like anything.Please help me.

My money 117 Rs deducted in my account. will that be possible to take action on this.

Hi sir/mam
i took bjaje flexi loan section on 24dec2021 . At the time credit vidya fee 4999 was included in my loan saying its mandatory and adjusted in loan so too take loan i agreed for it. But now i came to know its not part of loan but one extra service they sold me indirectly
so i dont want to avail this service.
I mailed to bjaje team they responded it is now part of agreement so cannot be rrefunded

Continuous and irritating calls for loans which I have never applied for
