I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs. 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance without any information on 21 Jan 21. So I request with bajaj team not to make such type of transaction without informing to the customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details.
Please credit the debited amount asap or else will take serious action on bajaj finance.

In 2015, I had purchased a television with Bajaj finance EMI plan. I had cleared all EMI dues within one year from the date of purchase. Now all of a sudden, I see a debit of Rs.117 from my SBI account by Bajaj finance on 21 January, 2022, without my authorisation. I'm also seeing lots of similar complaints from many customers. This is fraudulent behaviour coming from a reputed Finserv company. If Bajaj Finance continues to loot everyone of their money in this manner, then I'd request higher authorities to take strict legal action against the company.

Now I have no deal with bajaj finance company. Before 8 years ago i took an emi loan with this company and closed in 2014 . But they are still debiting ₹117 this month from my sbi account without my permission. They call this unlawful activity as 'CMP MANDATE DEBT'. Who the hell in this world give you permission to debit our savings account without our permission? It’s not the first time and already i had sent an email regarding this to your company customer care few months back. Take immediate steps to prevent this fraud activities in our country

I'd like to make a complaint wrt Bajaj Finance group wrt promotional calls and messages which are multiple in a day, right in the middle of important office work, and don't stop despite mentioning many times that I am not interested, these calls and messages are a big bother. They keep calling despite the fact that i have full DND on. They don't seem to respect that either . My number is [protected]. These calls and messages need to stop immediately.

I would like to inform that on jan-2021 i purchase mobile under 10 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in october-2021 after 10 months of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

On 21st jan 22 morning auto debited 117Rs. From my SBI account and shows me CMP Mandate Bajaj finance Ltd. I don't know why they are charged me like this without any notice and calls and even i don't have any standing loans from there.
They are cheating with people at nominal charges and making crores..
How can i complaint about this?

Surprised at the money deduction from my sbi bank account by bajaj finance of rs 117, saying cmp mandate debit.
I would like to put that in fradulent transaction by bajaj.
I demand an answer, i used bajaj services and i repaid all of them and closed everything 6 months back itself.
I wonder how many times bajaj has debited this amount from my bank.
If no answer, i would like to file a legal complaint

They automatic deduct 117 rupees from my account every year without any information or other details while i am not using any service of bajaj finance.

I purchased a TV on October 2019 using Bajaj finance card.Due to COVID i was unable to repay my dues and informed Bajaj personnel that i need more time to repay But i constantly received phone calls from the nos [protected] and [protected] claiming to be advocate and police officers.they were very rude and abusive.IO was told to go to the local police station and they will remand me for 15 days.I was deeply hurt and mentally tortured by them.
Its very depressing and im ashamed due to this harassment.

i need a resolution for this issue to be sorted and take necessary action against that collection agents who spoke to me on behalf of Bajaj.

Baja has given an unsecured OD loan but due to covid effect I lost my job and not able to repay. Baja has NPA my loan and after that I am getting harassment, abusive and thretan calls on my and my wife's number.
Every day getting 30-40 calls with bad language and drinks puples, using very cheap and roadside language with my wife too.
Even they threads to kidnapp my wife and do very bad with her. She is so afraid to not going out from home and in depration, even she started think to finish herself.
I am not a will full defaulter and shared my problem to NFL many time, same has requested to collection team but I think they only want to finish our lives.

I don't know how bajaj will get there money by this if me or my wife has taken any harsh step against the life.

I have not taken any product for EMI or any loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd. Despite this, today they deducted 1180 Rupees from my SBI saving account.I want know what is this and why you have deducted that amount.

I want complete clarification on this....

I received a call from Bajaj, offering Elite card for 2999/- with benifits like physical card, 30% increase in limit but didnt receive any of these.

Also they told me about vouchers which are useless as they received already expired.

Please refund my money 2999/-, I have already raised a complin and the complain number is : SR67547922

There is deduction of Rs.1323 from my saving account by Bajaj Finance
I don't have any pending EMI towards my loan in Bajaj.

Could you please investigate further and refund my debited amount.

Below is the transation email received from my bank for your reference.

"Dear Customer,

Rs.1323.00 has been debited from HDFC Bank Account Number XXXXXXXXXX7863 towards BAJAJ FINANCE LTD/5760406 with UMRN HDFC[protected] on 12-Jan-2022."

Everyday I'm repeatedly receiving the calls from Bajaj Finance for Loans.
Request you to please stop this nuisance. It completely pisses my day off especially during work day.

Amount 2688/- with Reference 408CDDHE079830

3961/- with reference UPI- DR[protected]

But again 2 emi was deducted

My Brother had taken a loan of 20lacs using my parent's house property documents. He Forgery my signature and my sister signature and put all illegal documents

You guys without proper verification given loan to him

I will go to police station or you guys solve this solution

I am receiving regular phone calls from Bajaj Finance service from various executives regarding to take loan/overdraft. I am not interested to take any such loan . So please stop the same immediately, if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no +[protected].
