I was purchased freez before 2 year and it was also completed my emi before 1 year so why can debit ed from my account without any information it's not right to any buddy or any information. I want to go to add petition in highcourt consumor form if bajaj will not give a explanations and also will not return my money. And in future I want to request you to and suggest to all people plz you should not to make a finance card from any firm.

Hello,

I have been your regular customer since 2014 . I have already purchased more than 10 times with your loan facilities and paid every instalment on time . Last year I purchased a cell phone for my mother . The total loan amount was Rs. 10998, though I paid more than 20, 000 . Due to covid 19 I lost my job last year and was unable to pay EMIs on time but later I paid whole amount with penalties. But you charged ECS penalties of 590 rs, 13 times . So I paid all my EMIs with penalties already but you charged me 10, 000 more which is same as my total loan amount . I paid a visit at my bank today for this and they asked me to contact you for the refund . I am very disappointed with your service and waiting for my refund now .

Yesterday i got sms from bank (Your a/c has a debit by transfer of rs.117/-on 10the Feb 2021.)
In next day when i update my passbook, , passbook entry shows"cmp mandate debit bajaj finance". When i asked that shopkeeper,
He approached that bajaj finance person and he said "this is ecs charges deducted by bank, , bank showing our name."

Actually i purchased phone last year Oct 2019 on loan basis (Bajaj finance), last installment deduced from my account on feb 2020.

How can bajaj finance deducted this amount without informing and why is this amount debited?. Please refund me that debit amt rs.117/- as soon as possbile.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of BAnk Of Maharashtra without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand What kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

Sir myself Swarnava dutta, i hv been cheated from bajaj finance flexi loan Dpt, they hv issued a flexi lone amount 569999 rupee's, by opening a loan account of mine, with out my permission . I hv been paid the issue amount of 553625 rupee's which was disbursed, still they had want 17k more to close it permanently . Sir they have taken my documents by telling me to check the eligibility where as I clearly maintained i didn't want any kind...

Bajaj Finance continues to call me repeatedly with different mobile and landline numbers.
I am already registered for DND with my provider and they do not respect my privacy.
I want to log a formal complaint as Bajaj has been a mental harassment and stress. I requested on every call to take me off their marketing list and not disturb, still they do not care of one's privacy.

On[protected] i made a transaction in bajaj finance regarding a loan amount payment through my UBI card ( Card no - [protected]) by POS machine. my transaction declined in POS machine but the amount deducted from my a/c (amount 28500).

bank want a copy of transaction statement for the same day for evidance that amount not credited in bajaj but they are not giving the same. and also they are not providing any writen documents that they not recevied the amount.

My account was debited with INR 3712/- as CMP Mendate DMI Finance. I have availed several loans for mobiles from Bajaj finance and none of my instalments is bounced or lapsed.
Now they have debited the above mentioned amount without any information to me.
I want Bajaj finance to refund my amount as there is none of the overdue or lapsed installments.

Hi,
I have bought a washing machine through bajaj finance. I have repaid their all loan amount with their bouncing charges with interest. But they debited Rs. 1000 In the yesterday morning and i am not able to contact them. They are deducting any amount they want from my bank account and my other repays are affecting due to this. They have no control of anyone. Can you please resolve the issue. They had already included cheque bouncing charges in emi. I dont know why are they irritating me.

I repaid EMI 6814 which was outstanding on the 3rd February. Even after I've been cut off from my account, you've reaped the wrong EMI again. And When I saw it on Bajaj's portal, there was only one EMI paid.
For this or to return my money that has been wrong deducted or my EMI is treated as two EMI payment.

An amount of rs 7003 - has been deducted from my account Today.
It is not right we are struggling with jobs due to lock down no salaries or may be half salary with which it is not possible to run a family and these people are deducting as they wish without even informing to the customer. Nach mandate given by a customer is not your private property that when you feel you can deduct amount. Please refund the amount back at any cost. Single penny is very important for us at this time.
