I am Akshaya kumar mallick. I complain to bajaj finace .miss Priyanka jain and mr Rohit .
One day call me and spick policy again loan provide to me. And I take a policy Rs 75000.
After then see is not provide loan for me .and again takenRs45000 rupes parsnal Account.no[protected].
This matter after 4 month no benefits.no Refound my amount.
Pls cancel my policy and retuned amount.

Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
Bajaj Finance did not expect that which it has insured for our will without doing this method and it has been deducted from our Bajaj finance Emi card.
The loan was activated on 05-Dec-2020 on telephonic call despite of my rejection, an unauthorised loan was activated without my permission, active Loan account number is -581ETBGM745607 .I want this loan should be cancel any how immediately and refund for the same deducted amount to be credit in the respective account, for this i also processed offline request. I also don't want such types of call on my number regarding any such policy.

I don't want this ecom cpp telebinding.I already tried many times to reach you or raise a request but your site is not permitted to do so.I dont know you people why not cancel my policy. I also contact for this to your customer support but they also not picking up my call for cancel the above mentioned loan. Please I request you to cancel my cpp asset care policy. My loan insurance application no. 5S9ETBG0220018 please cancel. Policy name: ECOM CPP TELEBINDING(ETB).Because your executive calling me for verification and they activate the insurance policy which i dont want.Please cancel the insurance policy pls.Please help please cancel policy i don't want please understand.

Took a loan from Bajaj Finance 2 years ago, and lately I've started receiving spam messages from them. Made numerous calls and emails, but to no avail. They close the request in a few hours with no resolution.

The company is so shady that they even went ahead and approved a credit card without my consent. Have been asking them to delete my data/account but they're refusing to do so.

TRAI seriously needs better guidelines for these companies and force them to have a provision to delete user accounts.

Bajaj Finance — Deduction of Rs 117 from my SBI bank account

Babaj finance has deducted 117 Rs on 16 Nov 2019 & 12 Nov 2020 without my permission which is illegal and I never approve this transaction.Its really not acceptable. Please refund this amount in my bank account Asap.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that emi scheme and its payment is over before 3 year. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-. that is totally illegal. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction again.
My humble request with bajaj finance please keep hopes and faith in you.

As per Your Suggestion (Trail mail), We had made a part payment of Rupees 1, 62, 533 Rs on 21st October 2020 by keeping 100 rupees in the outstanding balance in the loan, Now as Locked in period was over I tried to foreclose the Balance loan amount 100 Rs, when i checked in Experia portal to foreclose as per the recent mail I got from Bajaj Team but it Now shows as 7779.25 rs is out standing balance Loan.
Can You or any of your team Justify How 100 Prncipal amount became 7779.25 Rs ??

And As per RBI instruction for Grant if Ex Gratia Amount of 1500 Rs was suppose to credit to my loan account, Can u please confirm How can I refund it ?

This is with regards to the grievance I want to bring to your notice faced by me due to the pressure and stress created by Bajaj Finance Ltd.

I would like to explain the complete issue in detail in chronological order.

I have taken personal as well as home loan from Bajaj Finance Ltd. and was paying my EMI appropriately till the month of March 2020 until the lockdown was announced....

I noticed that in my sbi account statement Rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance ltd Dt:[protected]. i purchase Refrigerator emi scheme and and i paid last three years and above. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of Rs 117/-with any information. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.
At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also.
My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you.

So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes and please return my debited amount to my Savings account no:[protected]

I am getting 5-6 calls from Bajaj Finance daily. This is sheer nonsense and it’s not stopping. Due to this I will never ever become a Bajaj Finance customer coz I hate this company for torturing me like anything. Plz delete my no. and stop calling me immediately or I will have to complaint to consumer authorities for this.

Bajaj Finance deducted Rs.117 on Dec 18th 2020 from my account without any permission. I need to know why the amount was deducted and who gave the permission.

This is to inform you that i have taken TV loan since 4 year ago but sorry to inform you that still Rs.117/- deduct from my sbi account no.[protected] every year after completing my loan .
This is my humble request to you kindly remove auto debit from my bank account, always on 18th December every year it going to debit.
Please close this with immediate effect otherwise i will go to consumer form for this unwanted debit. my mobile number is registered [protected].

Bajaj Finance — debit cmp mandate debit bajaj finance ltd.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance in last two years. I would like to inform that on I have cleared the loan two years ago and I don't have any debit card of Bajaj finance Ltd. So,
My humble request to Bajaj finance Ltd to remove my account and stop all such debit

Bajan finserv has deducted INR 117 without my approval this is highly unacceptable. I am not interested in any of Bajaj's product since they are a cheat. I had experience in the past and hence I closed my Loan as well and do no want to have any future contacts. Tried a lot contacting the costumer care but of no use. Please suggest me a better way to keep these thieves away. If I this gone money can't be recovered fine but in future these guys should not auto deduct any amount from my account. Please suggest.
