Dear Team, I have not taken any loans from Bajaj Finance but today I got msg from my savings bank account 18/1/2021 its debited 117/- ECS BAJAJ FINANCE LTD 4040CD09786901 ... plz make a refund of this amount I have never signed any loans application on Bajaj finance

I had taken loan from Bajaj Finance in the year 2016 and paid back the loan through EMI in the same year.
This month (jan 2021) after 5 years Rs 117 has been deducted from my account without prior information and for no reason. This is purely an act of breach of security of information provided to the company, deducting money in their whims and fancies.

A proper explanation and action is deemed to be taken.

Noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on december-2018 i purchase Samsung LED Tv and Samsung Friz under 8months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in August 2nd 2019 after 8 months of settling the EMIs and all. All the 8 installments had been completed between 2nd January 2019 to 2nd 2019 Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with out any information on 16jan2021.
So kindly I request you please refund the amount of Rs117 immediately otherwise I will take action against you...

There is Rs 117 amount deduction from my SBI account by Bajaj finance. The message which I got that is “DEBIT CMP MANDATE Bajaj finance ltd”. I am very surprised how bajaj finance company can deduct amount in my amount without any concern even I didn’t take loan from bajaj finance.This is very wrong. Please resolve this concern ASAP and refund my amount. Below is the account number from where amount was deducted.

I have got a message on my mobile on 16th Jan 2021 that an amount of Rs.117 has been deducted from my SBI account against CMP MANDATE DEBIT through BAJAJ FINANCE LTD.
I am very much surprised that after paying all the EMI against loan taken for purchasing a mobile and loan cleared almost 2 years back how any debit can be taken place 2 years later and that is also I have not applied any other loan within that period.
Without any prior intimation if any finance bank can debit any amount from my given bank details then I think it's a very serious issue and proper action should be taken through legal forum.
Finally I would like to draw kind attention to your customer support on the above issue and resolve it at the earliest and ensure that such type of incident does not happen in future and customer like us can feel safe and secure by dealing with you.

Yesterday i got sms from bank (Your a/c has a debit by transfer of rs.117/-on 26the aug 2020.)

Actually i purchased phone last year 2019 on loan basis (Bajaj finance),
How dare to bajaj finance deducted this amount without informing. We can't trust on bajaj finance, , i feel that bajaj finance is also not secure for providing bank details. Refund me that debit amt rs.117/-

Today Rs117 was withdrawn from my account without my consent. I haven't purchased anything recently and I firmly believe that there is no option or permission I have given to Bajaj Finance for withdrawing amount from my account and for sure it's aganist consumer rights and for sure eligible for actions. So I request for an refund as soon as possible

How this amount is debited from.my account, without any prior information.
I already cleared all the amount, which I was purchased through Bajaj Finance.
So, kindly revert the amount to my account as the earliest possible.

Cmp mandate debit of rs 117 from my account without any notice or email nothing. This is stealing money from my account.
I made a big mistake that I bought my phone on emi from bajaj finance and they have my bank details, I have already paid all my emi on time already completed all my payments on 2019 and it has been 2 years now and suddenly toady I got a mgs of 117 deducted from account for cmp mandate bajaj finance.
That is very wrong for what reason they will deduct our money and how can sbi let them deduct our money.
I don’t have any link with bajaj finance, no dues nothing everything is paid...
I think others are also targeted.

I complete my loan 7 months before
Now they are deduct money from my account 1180 rupye without any information
Without my permission.
Its fraud.

Bajaj Finance did not expect that which it has insured for our will without doing this method and it has been deducted from our Bajaj finance Emi card.
The loan was activated on 05-Dec-2020 on telephonic call despite of my rejection, an unauthorised loan was activated without my permission, active Loan account number is -581ETBGM745607 .I want this loan should be cancel any how immediately and refund for the same deducted amount to be credit in the respective account, for this i also processed offline request. I also don't want such types of call on my number regarding any such policy.

I don't want this ecom cpp telebinding.I already tried many times to reach you or raise a request but your site is not permitted to do so.I dont know you people why not cancel my policy. Took a loan from Bajaj Finance 2 years ago, and lately I've started receiving spam messages from them. Made numerous calls and emails, but to no avail. They close the request in a few hours with no resolution.

The company is so shady that they even went ahead and approved a credit card without my consent. Have been asking them to delete my data/account but they're refusing to do so.

TRAI seriously needs better guidelines for these companies and force them to have a provision to delete user accounts.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that emi scheme and its payment is over before 3 year. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-. that is totally illegal. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction again.
My humble request with bajaj finance please keep hopes and faith in you.

As per Your Suggestion (Trail mail), We had made a part payment of Rupees 1, 62, 533 Rs on 21st October 2020 by keeping 100 rupees in the outstanding balance in the loan, Now as Locked in period was over I tried to foreclose the Balance loan amount 100 Rs, when i checked in Experia portal to foreclose as per the recent mail I got from Bajaj Team but it Now shows as 7779.25 rs is out standing balance Loan.
Can You or any of your team Justify How 100 Prncipal amount became 7779.25 Rs ??

And As per RBI instruction for Grant if Ex Gratia Amount of 1500 Rs was suppose to credit to my loan account, Can u please confirm How can I refund it ?
