As i have taken personal loan from bajaj finserv iam paying emi's on time. I have requested many times to change my emi dates no one is updating and harrassing me every month. As actual date is 2nd of every month. I want it to change it on 7th of every month as iam salaried person so according to my salary i request to change dates. So kindly do the needful. Illegal finance fitness charge rs.5500 deducted in my loan amount. Before taking loan the bajaj finance team promised no deduction apart from stamp duty rs.200, emi card charge rs. 450, zero processing fee & after 1emi no charge for partially/pre clouser payment. This is ravi here, nice to know there is a pattern here with Bajaj recovery agents. They have haraased my wife with over 20 calls a day on the day she was giving birth to our child and continued to do so in spite of informing them about our medical emergency and the EMI being paid by the month end.

While purchasing the product, bajaj fin executive commited to provide 13000 coupons in our bajaj fin wallet. But till now we havn't received the amount nor coupons in my wallet. I got some loans on consumer durables & fine with the service, but now a days getting too many calls to my registered mobile number [protected] for personal loan even after denying, nearly 6-8 times am getting calls even after complaining, please stop the calls & allow us to be peaceful. You should have minimum sense to not to disturb everyday. Hope you understood & stop calling with immediate effect....

Hello, i have had a very bad experience from bajaj finserv customer agents who call me from mangalore. The lady from the collection team speaks the dirtiest possible language and tortures me with her words. She uses very abusive language. I have even reported this to the local police station, but she does not talk a word when i hand over the phone to the police. Bajaj executives are completely unprofesional. They have hacked my face book...

I receive a dozen calls every week from bajaj finance even when i had asked them not to call as i am not interested in their services.
