Phone with bajaj finserv. Yesterday i got a mail
Regarding mobile insurance. My bajaj insurance is of 2169 rupess but yesterday extra amount was deducted from my bank account of 2556 rupees. I want to stop the mobile insurance service. Will you help me.. Please help me, can you cancel the mobile insurance

    I am bajaj finserv customer having subjected card.

    Actual limit of card is rs. 50000 but due to low cibil score it has been reduced on rs. 20000/-

    I had personal loan from bajaj which is closed by me without any default.

    I last month i received massage that my card is active.

    But today i try to purchase my mobile that time i received massage that my card is blocked due to lo cibil.

    I want reason why my card has been blocked without informing me by a single massage?.

    And more unprofessional thing is that i never able to touch customer care on[protected] & [protected].

    Why this numbers kept in service by you & same has been displayed on websites?.

    If my card has been activated in last month then i want to know actual cibil status, because there is no any default done by me in any loans or credit cards.

    Treat this mail as an urgent i want to escalate this at higher level.

    If i didn’t received justified revert from you then i will proceed with consumer forum for the same.

    Bajaj team not able to provide justified reason after multiple followups.

    Hope i received better feedback from your side.

        Dec 27 i applied for senior citizen fd for rs. 1l. Not processed till yesterday. Called their customer service number 100 times... Never goes thro... The one time it went thro' the customer service agent asked me to google their customer service number. So lax!
        So wrote an email asking them to cancel/withdraw the application for fd. I also wrote to my bank and put a stop cheque payment to bajaj finserv immediately.
        I applied for fd with mahindra financial and all it took is 15minutes to apply.

          I have purchased LG LED TV 43" through Bajaj Finance and all the EMIs. Now the company has been demanded Rs 117/- on account of annual charge of EMI card and the same has been deducted from my bank account on 21 Dec 2018 (SMS attached). Which is totally wrong deduction as neither I have received any EMI Card and nor applied for further loan except for LED TV which has already been repaid to the company. In view of the above, It is requested to refund the above amount and block my EMI card forthwith.

            Dear Concern,

            This is very sad that there is no ethics of talking to a customer when we get a call from Bajaj Office ..
            I have been harassed to the core, whenever I get a call from you guys . I am also not sure if the calls are from your company because they speak with accent and with poor communication skills.

            The reason of writing to you is that I have been charged twice. First I made a payment of my EMI on 3rd of January (screenshot attached).
            Again it got deducted yesterday. (check the above attachment).
            When your website has an option to make a payment from Paytm and has been done long back...
            I have been getting calls from multiple numbers and asking to make payments everyday and initially keep me on hold for 30 sec...and no response . Last Sunday I gave them the transaction id also and from Sunday they take the details and said that will call back to confirm the status.
            There is no response from there end ...They call from personal number when you call on the number s there is no response ...And they call on Sundays working hours and when you pik up the call there is no response atleast for 30-40secs...

            And your agents asks us not to pay through Paytm . Then why you have activated the option..

              I remya took a personal loan from bajaj finance and this month the cheque was bounced. Today the tvm executive called and shouted in a way that he owns the whole bajaj fin. So please train your employees how to treat their clients. I am very dissatisfied with their dealings. You can reach me at [protected]. The executives should behave properly. We took loan doesn't mean that anyone can shout and say what he wants to say. This shouldn't be allowed. So please look into the matter. I hope you will reply asap.

                I have transferred my home loan from hdfc to bajaj finance and i had terrible procedure and i had lost unwanted amount because of very poor sales procedure.

                My query here is that sales guy never said that insurance will be charged for home loan and after all successful transfer from hdfc to bajaj fin, i have seen in portal that i have been charged for 100000 rs of insurance and for the same i have been debited monthly emi which i never wanted at all. I made a complain in first place on dec14 2018, but till date there is no proper response at all.

                  I'm y. Durgarao. I bought washing machine from bjajaj finance ltd (Sonovision). I want to pay money in installments but they didn't noted my account number correctly nd they blamed me that i didn't paid installments. Last i paid total amount. This time onwards i'll not buy anything from ur finance. I had a great experience with ur services. So many people are getting trouble in this way...in andhra pradesh, west godavari, bhimavaram.
                  So plzzz make sure that first they have to be listen to that customer words. They have to take care about that. Nd again i'll not buy anything
                  I hav completed my emi on sep'18.
                  But stil havnt recived my noc..rather having sms es that i need to pay some more amount as a penalty..though i hav paid evry penalty amount to your agent..
                  Please revart back soon..as its becoming very anyoing to me..

                    I have not accessed any personal loan bt instead mail has came abt it..Want to close that loan..& no branch is here in my city .. No supporting staff, just attract towards & thn leave yur customers hlpless..Moreover, the no.is not likely to connct as well.Overall, how could we will get rid of r prblms..???

                      I want to close my od loan account 4l6hfb84037405 in name of j m craft (Patna).
                      At the time of loan disbursement they not tell me about processing fee of rs.16500. And rate of interest also @19.50%. When i recived the amount in my account that after its come to my knowledge that above mention amount should me pay me. And you employee threat me that i never got the loan from any bank. I save a conversation recording between me and your employee.
                      When i visit the office of patna branch for close my account the are saying that
                      I have to pay 4% rs. 705500 of loan amount. Its means 16500+ 28000=44500/=. I am not use a single paisia of your amount of rs.688965/=.
                      Now its humble request to please web off my 4% closing amount.
                      Your employee whom i took this loan ranjeet kumar (Sales manager)
                      His boos ramesh jha whom i request for web off my 4% closing amount.
                      And prushottam is the witness of all conversation regarding threat giving by ranjit kumar.

                      And one thing also to request you

I received mail form bajajsmesupport and they given me link and account detail for payment and when i done payment rs.16500/- on dated 13/09/2018 and after payment your executive said that you done payment in wrong account, so i request you to please resolve my payment issue and find the attachment of account statement of payment.
                      I keep receiving promo calls that I did not want no matter how many times I tell the agents remove [protected] from your database you insufferable lot!!!

                        This is to inform you that recently i purchase mobile of rs.13000 from my bajaj finserv emi card.1st month emi was deducted correctly.. And suddenly 2nd month they have deducted extra 380. When i enquired in bajaj officethey told insurance of rs.2000 was activated against mobile.. For which i never gave confirmation.. Neither iam aware of it.. It was activated without my knowledge and never i have received any info abt this insurance. Now i told them to cancel it and went 5 times to bajaj office they r telling freelook period is over and cannot be cancelled and harrasing me unecessarily to pay for insurance of rs.2000 for rs.13000 mobile. I will not pay any insured amount because i m not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my insurance as soon as possible and send me the confirmation of cancellation of insurance immediately. Neither i have given any telephonic confirmation and neither while booking the mobile for activation of any insurance.. This was all done without my knowledge.

                                I had issued for A Loan of sum amount 1, 50, 000 for a tenure of 4years, and the Bajaj Finance Agent Mr.Manish from Wakdewadi who came home and took all information and assured the loan will be processed correctly.
                                Next day with all information that he processes he issued a loan for 165000 which was not teh amount I had finalized.Also the tenure he chose was 3years.As soon as I received messages from Bajaj Finance stating all these information in the form of messages I called him straight away complaining of the same he also assured this will be corrected in sometime which never happened and a loan amount for 165000 was credited to my bank account which I cannot use because this is not my requirement.I still called mr.Manish again he again assured me saying this will be done in next working day...but this never happened and nore does he pick my call now..
                                Iwant this to resolved as soon possible.
                                Or else I will ask my bank to bar the Emi to be processed

                                Also your customer care facility is very pathetic where you don't get to talk to customers when they need to talk to you instead there are only options to get information.Very bad experience with Bajaj Finance

                                    Once I got a call that I will receive the card for free. Second time during processing they said 1000rs.annual charges will be applied. I denied to take and cancelled the card.again a man called that I will be getting it for free and he assured that there will be no charge for anything for 1st year. I agreed and receive the card.now suddenly I am seeing they have added 900+rs.extra to my bill.

                                    I am frustrated by the customer service. No one picks call and no options to talk to human in customer care number. They have added nearly 900 rs.and the reason is still unknown. I tried calling them but in vain. Please help or I have to take next step for redressal.

                                      Today I have received a call from Delhi police and he said he got a file against me for 420 and he say's he can hold my file and he give me a no. Mr. Advt. R.K. Sharma.
                                      When I call to R.K. Sharma he told me I have not pay my installment but when i contact Bajaj finance office i get confirmation total 2 EM due .
                                      and my EMI amount is 1734 Rs . but R.K Sharma is asking 23000/ Rs .

                                      He is harassing me now I am going to die because I don't have 23k .I can pay only my outstanding amount.

                                      This is very rediculous that bajaj finance employees are calling me in every 7 minute. I did not put any query or give my number to any of your employee regarding any service of you then why these many frequent calls. Please stop calling me otherwise I'll complaint on consumer court.Take this is on serious note.
                                      My extended warranty policy is cancelled but yet to receive refund I am just getting different ivr no no one come on phone and where they comes on phone they don't have the details

                                      Just sucking by giving different toll free no?

                                        I have politely requested at least 20 callers to delete my number from your registry.
                                        Am going to launch official complaint of harrassment against you as at no point in past have i ever reached out to you for any loan requirement.
                                        Am recieving 3-4 calls daily. This is nothing but harrassment and breach of privacy.
