I had purchased a ifb washing machine fully automatic & an a/c lg in august 2018 from bismi home appliances - kaloor. Sir i had been paying emi amount against a/c no. 4150 cd84621909 rs. 2667/- & cd84631175 rs.1665/- of rs.4332/ for both the products. Last december i had recieved a message from your side that my monthly emi has been reduced by 46.87% and that i have to pay only rs. 2302/- instead of rs.4332/-. Sorry to inform this is the second month since i recieved this message but still i have not got the benifit of the new tarrif. Last month when my emi was payed they had taken rs.4332/ and i had called on a land no [protected] & [protected] in december what i recieved message from that person who attended the call was it will take 1 month for processing. Today my january emi was taken but i did not find any changes in my payment and i had called in the same no. And informed the person who had attended the call regarding my payment but i did not get a favourable reply from him, so i was forced to send you this message. I hope you will look into this matter seriously, and i'm awaiting a favourable reply from you.

I am getting irritates as that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers.

My mobile number is [protected]. Iam receiving unwanted loan calls from baja finance. I was an old customer but i closed the loan with them and asked them to remove my number from their call list. But they keep calling me from different numbers. I don't want loan. Kindly block the calls from baja finance. Iam not at all interested in getting any kind of loan from bajaj finance

Bajaj has approved my unwanted loan of rs. 18586 against my approval and made emi of rs. 3098 rs per month. I did not get any phone from bajaj side but one of their executive misguided the lead and approved the loan. My two ecs has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. Bajaj is totally fraud company nobody can help you from fraud matter and even customer care is also very careless and lacking of knowledge.

Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan. So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no.[protected]. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible or else i will have to escalate this mail to higher offical. I'm sick of bajaj calls

I requested them not to contact me for personal loan and if i have any requirement i will call you people.
However they continue to call me and its frustrating now to receive their calls and deny the loan, i have blocked so many numbers but they every time call from a new number.
Please help me to resolve this.

I have already conveyed so many times that i am not at all interested for personal loan and if i need any i will contact you people still they are calling me every day and its irritating and frustrating.

As i filed the complaint 2 days ago still no response from bajaj finserv. As i would request you to look into the matter. It is really disheartening such a brand give wrong commitment and misleading information. No one is replying on mail not even toll free no is getting connected.
As i am using bajaj finserv emi card your representative called me sent me an e mail to upgrade it to elite card. And even mobikwik sent me message on app to update it that's why i paid with my debit card 4999 rs to get the elite card.
Please look into the matter.

I have made the payment recently before 7 days and the Principle outstanding is 158 rs only still EMI of 5382 got deducted from my account, for forclosure still executive is saying i need to pay 3280 rs extra, may i know on which basis the EMI got deducted from my account? and why such hidden charges are getting applied? Please let me the answers to my query ASAP. so that based on the justification will launch another complaint for same in consumer court.

I took one product in emi and i asked to pay 2156 for 8month but they have deducted on 2/1/2019 they have deducted 2156 amount and again they have deducted on 3/01/2019 rs 236for service charges so plz do check and refund my money sir plz do the needfull sir and refund my amount sir and plz check it this sir and resolve it sir please resolve the problem sir and plz refund my money sir

One call had come to me and told me that he is from bajaj finserve and ask for finishing one of my loan by providing him remaining 7210 rupees. His mobile number is [protected] and took amount on upid [protected]. And after that he is not pick my call. And instead of that your bajaj company present ecs to my bank continuously (12times) approximately 3100 rupees was deducted from my bank account due to failed ecs.

My loan no 404sce78255912 i have purchased solar for 8 months emi scheme, the emi amount is rs.2901/-, i have paid already 7 emi and i have to pay only one emi on 02/02/2019 at that day 2 emi was debited from vijaya bank account, so verity and refund be back one emi as early as possible,
It is very bad experieence for me, sure i will not to do any business with your company in future

My name is balvinder singh, i applied for bajaj elite card on 1 feb as one of your representative contacted me and later sent an email to pay 4999 one time fee for bajaj elite card which i paid from my debit card online. Reference no. Phmp[protected]. Please look into the matter as i have not received any conformation. Moreover when i am calling on toll free no provided there not getting connected. It's really bad that a big name luke bajaj finance is providing this kind of service.

I am receiving unwanted calls from bajaj finance tele callers every day to my number [protected]. I have requested them numerous times to remove my number from their list. I am getting calls at least once a day since more than 2 years. It is so annoying to get calls from different numbers when we are busy. It is really frustrating. I have registered for dnd, but it didn't help.
I hope registering a complaint here would help me.

I have a personal loan with bajaj finance and i have missed a payment spoke to one of the executive informed them that this is the first time i missed the emi however after few request the person reduced the bounce charge from 1200 rupees to 780 rupees i made the payment but still bajaj finance again charged me 1200 rupees i have sent several emails and spoke to many customer care representatives still have not received any refund from them and they do not have any feelings for customers they are only behind money they do not understand any situation they are just waiting to know how to grab the money from the customers and this is one of the pathetic financial institution that i have seen.

Daily getting calls from bajaj finance. I am not interested in taking any loans. Moreover the customer care executives are highly unprofessional and lack any maturity. They speak in hindi despite knowing whether the other person understands it or not.

I recently got a call from an executive saying that he is already in a bad mood when i said that i am not interested in taking the loans/over draft.

Please stop this nuisance.

Hi, I am Balaji from tirunelveli, , why add me this Bajaj fone safe service, , how dare, why add to me this scheme, are you cheating with people, , , every emi I have extra 385 rupees paid, but the poorvika - town said I am not the response, no application signed from dealer side, then how to add this scheme, nobody explain to me, now why I am paid for extra money? I took a product on emi and i was asked to pay 2900 per month for 8 months.
On 3rd dec they charged me 3529 instead of 2900, on 15th dec they charged me 118 for some maintenance charges and now again they charged me 3698 instead of 2900 again.
Plz refund the extra money they charged from me and look into this matter as early as possible.

This is inform you that has been charges deduct by bank as per bajaj finance request for ecs mandate charges. When i bought this mobile that time told me we give 0% and no any hidden charges we deduct from account but suddenly got message amount debit 118 rs by upon request by bajaj so please reverse
Amount asap other wise go with legal step.
