Deduction of rs 1862/_ without any information on 25th september, 2018, rs 1862 has been debited from my sbi account (Transiction number is - p[protected]tr) for ddr bajaj auto without any information, it is very painful to see that company like bajaj finance are deducting money from savings account without any kind of information or any consent. They have deducted 1862/- rupees from my savings account for nothing. I dont want any service from you

    I beena singh designated as nursing officer in safdarjung hospital. An agent of bajaj finance has called me and on a call conversation he financed me a loan for hdfc life insurance without my permission and without any of my relevant document which are mandatory for assigning life insurance, after sometime the emi started auto debiting from my bank account.
    I would humble request you to please stop this unwanted transaction of emi from my bank account and please return my money.

    One day a call was from bajaj finance against policy at bharti AXA, I paid 65000, but I they don't gave any policy number and didn't any loan,
    Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved concern with respect to his/her HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed.

          This is for your attention that arush, he claimed that he is from bajajfinace but might be he is from your channel partner group. He has committed to give me remaining amount (The amount deducted from actual loan amount) from his pocket after dispersal of the loan. It's almost 2 months, and from last 10 days i am trying to reach him but he is not picking my phone. Post this incident i tried calling and sending mail to [protected]@bajajfinserve.in and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in several times. But no body is bothering to address my queries in proper manner.in fact they are not bothering about their reputation. I am highly dissatisfied. Disappointed that bajajfinserve like company do such kind of cheating.

            Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds in between in one or two months.. Every month my EMI amount use to debit from my bank account on 5th day. But in between it happened twice that Emi was deducted a day prior only like 2nd and due to insufficient funds on 2nd my ecs bounced. Though on every 5th the money was there.. Due to insufficient funds i was over charged and my bank has charged bounced charges. The bank hit the ecs on 2nd which was suppose to be hit on 5th, then where am I at fault. Due to this only my emi got bounced twice. But as a deligent citizen I went online and paid the emi's directly through the bajaj portal.

              I have given my mobile under insurance claim before 3 months ago on 18 november 2018 and that day they said it will take 28 days to settle your claim but when i have call them after 28 days they told me that after one week your claim will be settle down and again after one week when i call them they said it will take one more week and from then i am weekly calling them they said next week your claim will be passed but today is 7/2/19 no answer is given from insurance company so i want to say last time that if you don't settle my claim this week i will file a case of harrassment against you

                  With reference to above subject I would like to draw your attention that I have been charged wrong penalty. Please go through this letter and kindly solve my complain.
                  We used your finance services in many products since longtime, this time we have purchase Lenovo laptop IdeaPad 330S model from Vijay Sales, Ashram Road branch, Ahmedabad and on that day we have submitted blank cheques of bank of baroda and other related proofs to your representatives on the same day. but before a month or so after taking print out of passbook we came to know about penalty from SBI bank than we contacted SBI and I have been informed that penalty levied due to insufficient balance in my account. But I have submitted BOB cheques with sufficient balance for the payment of product purchase by me. However, this process has not been updated in your system so please update your data and waive off my penalty and refund all penalty in my account immediately. Kindly do consider BOB account for the further payment of laptop.

                  My case is like we purchase one mobile before 2 years ago and at that time we gave cheques of state bank of india and this detail feed in your data but now at the time of purchase of laptop we gave cheques of bank of baroda, but from your side you continue to deduct installments from SBI where there is no balance in that account. As we have submitted cheques of BOB only than also. And in this case from your side penalty of Rs.495/- or so and from SBI they continuously deduct Rs 294/- every month, its approx Rs 2000/- loss as we opt your services for 0% finance but in this case we suffer a loss from yourside and we did complain to Baja Finance H.O at Panchvati, Ahmedabad and than also this kind of continuously deduct from my SBI account.
                  It is clearly irresponsible behavior from your staff, so we want my penalties refund by your side as its clearly mistake from your staff member. we approach to your company and we found your staff and mohit naik whose behavior very rude and arrogant and not give proper answer.

                    I purchased microwave invoice date is 04.11.2018 & 05th nov is dhanteras. When i go to purchase the product from electocraft, jamshedpur on 31st oct 18 that time team (Bajaj finance) convience me that on this product we get one emi cash back then after i do all the formalities on 31st oct 18 & due to dhanteras my billing date is 04.11.2018.

                    This time clear mentioned on dealer point that this product have one emi cash back from bajaj finance (Bajaj finance team also tell)

                    My question is when and which time bajaj finance disburse the amount to dealer that is his internal part. Customer is not involve on that issue.

                    After see bajaj team mail answer that scheme is valid upto 15.11.18 that is also his internal issue and no body knows this. I do all formalities with bajaj finance team on 31st oct18 & invoice generate on 04.11.18 (Pls find attachment of down payment cheque scan copy & invoice copy)

                    In this case it is clear seen that bajaj finance team cheat with me...

                      I had purchased a ifb washing machine fully automatic & an a/c lg in august 2018 from bismi home appliances - kaloor. Sir i had been paying emi amount against a/c no. 4150 cd84621909 rs. 2667/- & cd84631175 rs.1665/- of rs.4332/ for both the products. Last december i had recieved a message from your side that my monthly emi has been reduced by 46.87% and that i have to pay only rs. 2302/- instead of rs.4332/-. Sorry to inform this is the second month since i recieved this message but still i have not got the benifit of the new tarrif. Last month when my emi was payed they had taken rs.4332/ and i had called on a land no [protected] & [protected] in december what i recieved message from that person who attended the call was it will take 1 month for processing. Today my january emi was taken but i did not find any changes in my payment and i had called in the same no. And informed the person who had attended the call regarding my payment but i did not get a favourable reply from him, so i was forced to send you this message. I hope you will look into this matter seriously, and i'm awaiting a favourable reply from you.

                        Hello bajaj finserv,

                        I am getting irritates as that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

                        Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers.
                        Pls delete my mobile number (+91 [protected]) from your system
                        Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from bajaj finserve end [protected] comes regarding to take loan. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court.

I was an old customer but i closed the loan with them and asked them to remove my number from their call list. But they keep calling me from different numbers. I don't want loan. Kindly block the calls from baja finance. Iam not at all interested in getting any kind of loan from bajaj finance

                            Bajaj has approved my unwanted loan of rs. 18586 against my approval and made emi of rs. 3098 rs per month. I did not get any phone from bajaj side but one of their executive misguided the lead and approved the loan. My two ecs has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. Bajaj is totally fraud company nobody can help you from fraud matter and even customer care is also very careless and lacking of knowledge.

                                I requested them not to contact me for personal loan and if i have any requirement i will call you people.
                                However they continue to call me and its frustrating now to receive their calls and deny the loan, i have blocked so many numbers but they every time call from a new number.
                                Please help me to resolve this.

                                  My mobile number is [protected] and we are getting company calls daily more than 3-4 calls and it is very uncomfortable for business workers so please don't call me.

                                  I have already conveyed so many times that i am not at all interested for personal loan and if i need any i will contact you people still they are calling me every day and its irritating and frustrating.

                                    As i filed the complaint 2 days ago still no response from bajaj finserv. As i would request you to look into the matter. It is really disheartening such a brand give wrong commitment and misleading information. No one is replying on mail not even toll free no is getting connected.
                                    As i am using bajaj finserv emi card your representative called me sent me an e mail to upgrade it to elite card. And even mobikwik sent me message on app to update it that's why i paid with my debit card 4999 rs to get the elite card.
                                    Please look into the matter.

                                      I have made the payment recently before 7 days and the Principle outstanding is 158 rs only still EMI of 5382 got deducted from my account, for forclosure still executive is saying i need to pay 3280 rs extra, may i know on which basis the EMI got deducted from my account? and why such hidden charges are getting applied? Please let me the answers to my query ASAP. so that based on the justification will launch another complaint for same in consumer court.

                                        I took one product in emi and i asked to pay 2156 for 8month but they have deducted on 2/1/2019 they have deducted 2156 amount and again they have deducted on 3/01/2019 rs 236for service charges so plz do check and refund my money sir plz do the needfull sir and refund my amount sir and plz check it this sir and resolve it sir please resolve the problem sir and plz refund my money sir
