With reference to above subject I would like to draw your attention that I have been charged wrong penalty. Please go through this letter and kindly solve my complain.
We used your finance services in many products since longtime, this time we have purchase Lenovo laptop IdeaPad 330S model from Vijay Sales, Ashram Road branch, Ahmedabad and on that day we have submitted blank cheques of bank of baroda and other related proofs to your representatives on the same day. but before a month or so after taking print out of passbook we came to know about penalty from SBI bank than we contacted SBI and I have been informed that penalty levied due to insufficient balance in my account. But I have submitted BOB cheques with sufficient balance for the payment of product purchase by me. However, this process has not been updated in your system so please update your data and waive off my penalty and refund all penalty in my account immediately. Kindly do consider BOB account for the further payment of laptop.
My case is like we purchase one mobile before 2 years ago and at that time we gave cheques of state bank of india and this detail feed in your data but now at the time of purchase of laptop we gave cheques of bank of baroda, but from your side you continue to deduct installments from SBI where there is no balance in that account. As we have submitted cheques of BOB only than also. And in this case from your side penalty of Rs.495/- or so and from SBI they continuously deduct Rs 294/- every month, its approx Rs 2000/- loss as we opt your services for 0% finance but in this case we suffer a loss from yourside and we did complain to Baja Finance H.O at Panchvati, Ahmedabad and than also this kind of continuously deduct from my SBI account.
It is clearly irresponsible behavior from your staff, so we want my penalties refund by your side as its clearly mistake from your staff member. we approach to your company and we found your staff and mohit naik whose behavior very rude and arrogant and not give proper answer.
