Bajaj Finance — calls regarding loan offers really annoying even on saturday & sundays

It's really annoying and irritated to receive 3 to 4 calls every day with different numbers, which includes saturday & sunday also. Even you guys are sending lot of promotional messages more than 3 to 4 per day, which is really irritating. You guys don't even offer with opt out messages also. If this is going to continue you guys need to face legal action from me or customer who is irritated like me.

I am getting recorded call from frequently from Bajaj Finance from 011 series numbers for personal loan for which I am not at all interested I want to file complaint against this, kindly help me to file case against this.
I have already informed them to stop calling me but its of no use.
