I receive around 5 calls everyday. All of these are from bajaj finance and listed under spam category (As mentioned by true caller)

Irrespective of answering / disconnecting / ignoring these calls, they repeat every day.

I want my number to be removed from there directory, so that i don't ever receive these calls.

The numbers usually start from '1409', followed by 6 digits.

I am getting multiple calls everyday regarding the personal loan promotion, i have made several request both to marketing caller and [protected]@bajajfinserv.in requesting to remove my number.
My number is already there in telecom service dnd list for such promotions.

Today i have sent another email from my gmail id.
Kindly reply in this forum and i can pm you my details.

An amount of rs. 216 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of hdfc without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.

I am sachin sanjay chavan, file no - af9001, i insurance against loan has application date 30/11/2016, but it did not answer anything yet. Contact no [protected]. They are not taking the socio debt by phone, coming off. Please request this action as soon as i have something to give loans.

I puchase mobile 1st time with of rs 15000 then i paid extra 2700 for new card charges...2nd purchase samsung mobile.. Of rs 48900... I think 0 % emi but this was my fault to trust on compony... My ammount is now rs 51900... Why i pay 3000 extra... Is that your 0% card...
Show hidden thing to customer before they use ur finance service... I have no need o[censored]r insurance... Take only the amount what they have...

After applying and getting the card by paying 3999 no body is even replying to get the line of credit.

Kindly let me know how to apply line of credit

While selling digital lounge they said that a dedicated manager will be assigned and you ll get line of credit and pre approved offers and loans

Have taken Consumer loan for my A/c and paying my Emi. Now my problem from you is, am getting Very Regular Frequent calls, almost 4-5 Automated / Manual calls on every day including holidays irrespective of time.
Would be greatful to stop calling me since am not at all interested to go for any loans. These calls are much Disturbing me and many times irritating a lot.

I have purchased lg -washing machine from bajaj finserv loan.but without my knowledge they give me cpp asset care loan .i dont want to take this membership please cancell my loan of cpp asset care otherwise i will stop payment of my washing machine loan to bajaj finserv or go to consumer forum court.

I have emi's which are getting deducted from hdfc bank on monthly basis on 2nd of every month. I have my sufficient balance for deduction, but i got the message to my number saying this month my emi was not deducted.
1. Kindly look into this issue and let me why it was not deducted.
2. How do i pay my amount to for this august month.

Every day i get at least 5 spam calls from these suckers.

Today i got call from this number: [protected] and asked if i need loan,

When i told them that before i sign loan documents, i need loan details in written as to how much interest and principle amount will be deducted every month via emi, the guy over phone in very rude voice said we cannot give that information unless you sign the loan agreement. After loan disbursement only you'll get how much principle and interest will be deducted every month from your loan amount.

I found that very funny. That simply means i am supposed to sign the loan documents without knowing loan repayment structure.in other words, they are free to restructure loan the way they want after loan disbursement.

Bajaj please stop fooling people.

I have been giving my instalment timely but due to some technical issue last instalment was not deducted timely, and i was ready to pay the cash. But you people have deteriorated my cibil.
You have pathetic service, pathetic customer satisfaction. I 'll not pay further instalments if my cibil will not be improved.

Hi i applied for a credit card and got a message saying that the card is approved and will receive in 5 working days but till now did not receive my credit card and just want to know how to trtack my credit card dispatch status so that i can track my delivery schedule. I updated my address for the bajar account but still it is showing the old address please resolve the issues asap

Please take a note that bajaj finserv have offered me salaried online personal loan with the below benefits:

1) nil foreclosure charges. Any time, post clearance of your first emi

2) part prepayment post clearance of the 1st emi, the customer is allowed to pay up to 6 times in a calendar year (Minimum amount per part payment is = emi x 3 and no limit on the maximum amount per prepay transaction)

Today i called up the customer care to check on the outstanding principal amount and the procedures to foreclose the said loan account. To my surprise and shock, i was informed that 4.8% of the principal amount will be charged as foreclosure charges. Whereas while availing the loan in jul 2015, the loan was informed that salaried online personal loan does not attract any foreclosure charges.

I was also informed that, after 1st of june'16 they have decided to levy 4% foreclosure charges hence violating the loan agreement. No prior communication was sent to us before 01 jun 2016.

Customer care has been responding with the above standard reply.

Please look into it and provide me with a resolution.
