Unauthorized CMP mandate

Sir,
I have purchased a HP Laptop with Loan Agreement No. 456DTB[protected] Dated 31/12/2018 . I have paid all EMIs in due time every month and received No Dues Certificate on 28/10/2019. (copy attached her)
After issue NO DUES CERTIFICATE it is not fair and very regretful that you have debit Rs. 217/- on 16/01/2020 and Rs. 217/- on 16/01/2021.
I have contact my Bank to solve but they tell that to ask you for intimate...

ECS debit paid to Bajaj Finserv after 3 years of completed the loan

Hi,

I see that there was a ecs debit from my citi account on 19th of Jan 2021.
19/01/2021 intercity ecs paid paid to bajaj c4040cd2647:1000009:tech process refno:[ 4040cd2647] - keb hana bank Rs. 117.0

I believe this payment of the ecs was completed by June 2017. However, not sure why and for what reason this amount was debited from my account.
Can some one please respond and give me an explanation....

Tp ACH charges debit from my account by Bajaj Finserv

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of Bank of Maharashtra without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company.
I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card -customer ID: 31621049 that was.

Bank entry detail as follows:
Rs. 117.00 on 18-JAN-2021 by ACH TP ACH BAJAJFIN[protected].

Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117...

Request to cancel loan due to hidden charges not notified prior

I requested branch officials to cancel loan as the charges were not notified and excess fees were being charged. Despite repeated phone calls, manager confirmed that loan has been disbursed even though it did not happen and intentionally did not pick calls nor respond until loan is disbursed. (Though amount is not credited) now am forced and liable to pay their charges. Where is RBI monitoring these institutions?...
