Money has been debited twice on 20.02.2021 at around 1am. Which reflects in the statement. How come cmp debit mandate is done ?

There is no such emi amount due in my loan account.
Rs. 1875 and rs. 1893 twice it has been debited.

Earning 15000 per month and i have been framed by bajaj. Every penny of mine is precious. Please return my money.

      I have blocked my card and closed my account also because I am so frustrated with their calls. They still call me almost every day. I have blocked all the numbers yet I get call from new number every time.

              My health insurance plan was activated on phone call by bajaj finserve agent. The agent give me wrong information about the EMI of health insurance. He told me that I have to pay only 4 EMI of the insurance and the remaining will be paid by the Bajaj Finserve. I have complaints about the fraud on the BAJAJ FINSERVE APP but no response was given by them.

                First time i could see an ECS debit happened from my account for no reason. My relationship with Bajaj finserve did not continue for long; so am surprised to see an ECS debit. I wanted to understand the valid reason and reverse the payment

                    I have received an SMS from bank that Bajaj FINEMI-BF has debited my account for Rs. 117/-, I don't have any ongoing loans with Bajaj, but this comes as a surprise and serious action has to be taken against them.

                    i did not authorise for any ECS for this transaction. How do we take this forward and avoid such illegal transaction and safety of our hard earned money.

                      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of Maharashtra bank on 10/2/2021 without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i don't taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.
                      EVEN i DO NOT REMEMBER NUMBER MENTIONED IN PAYMENT MESSAGE[protected].
                      The loan I have taken has been cleared almost two year back. I totally don't understand after 2 year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                      Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest. You can contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

                          I paid my emis and they charged bounce charges 450 for each loan I have 2 active loans, also cmp mandadate debit 301/-rs I submitted my bank statement also there is no problem in account.

                              Hi bajaj,

                              How are you, are you and your family is, ok? How is going the business. I heard lot of complaints that you are deducting money from customers without proof in the name of NACH_AD_RTG_CHRG_BAJAJFIN. which is cutting innocent customers hard earned money and transferring to your fraud company. Customers money is not to enjoy and put in your purse for personal sets.

                              As per complaints you are only bothered about your EMI and not at all interested in solving customers problems. How do you think the customers will loose their money without any clear information.

                              Here one more thing, I am also one of the customer grieving this situation there is no help from your part. Clear my problems i clear your money. My account deducted same charges, i want refund the money with interest Rs.3000/- approx from 2019 DEC.

                              ICICI bank also involved in this fraud activities.

                              there is no resolution there, only message as it resolved. No mail or no call nothing from them. Can you please anyone help on this this Bajaj cheating 100's of costumers if we ask the reason of deducting, scolding very bady. i have all the records the way how they behave with me. I need immediate action for this.
                              We have 73 people of whatsapp group all are having proofs. Need immediate action on this.

                                        I am not using for this card for last few year and I am sure that I will use this card in future anymore. So I would like to cancel this card to avoid annual charges. It is very difficult to get the procedure to cancellation process on bajaj finserv website. Also there is no customer support available for that. I raised request via Experia portal as well but I received very poor answer to my request which not related to my query.                                         So Please cancel my Bajaj Finserv EMI card without any delay.
