I have purchased a product worth Rs.19500 using Bajaj Finserv. when I discussed with the agent and Seller they have informed me that ROI will be 8% and I agreed to that.

Then the agent forced me to buy wallet care worth Rs.599 to get approval for my above-mentioned loan. unfortunately, I had to do this.

When I received a Receipt from Bajaj Finserv there ROI is 0%. They have added 8% of the amount in Captial Amount Rs.19500. In Recepit it is showing 21000 is the loan amount.

When I called that seller and discussed it, he is said it's a commission. Why should I pay commission?
This is a complete SCAM.

    I called the seller and asked about this he is saying this is the commission for bajaj finserv. and one more thing is they are forcing us to buy wallet care to approve this loan.

      I have been told that about Overdraft Loan, agents told me about only one statement no need to pay anything until I utilize the amount. But they haven't mentioned about deduction charges.
      During disbursement, they have deducted 24000 rupees as deductions.
      Literally Bajaj Finserv guys has cheated me. Being a common man I am unable to fight with them. Feeling lot stress and depressed and as I was cheated.
      Chandni, Anand, Vikas these are the Bajaj Finserv agents reporting to Nandan and Mohit.
      These guys has cheated me. I am about to die because of these guys. NEVER EVER TRUST

        I bought a mobile through their card and they added a product named as CPP LIV ASSIST TB URBAN dated on 20/11/2020. I have never authorized this transaction. this product cost is ₹2999 which is deducted along the EMI of a mobile which i purchased. Now when I am trying to reach their costumer care no one is responding towards this. I have also seen that I am not the only victim of this kind of fraud there are many others with same issue. Please take some strict action against this fraud.
        Kindly do the needful and return my money as soon as possible.

            Have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

            I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

            Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

              I placed an order on 22nd March 2021. As there was an issue on the address, I called the customer service within 24 hours to cancel the order.

              The agent I spoke to confirmed that the order has been cancelled now and that I would receive a confirmation within 48 hours. (I have the entire call recording to proof).

              I did not receive any confirmation, then I emailed them several time but all I received is automated responses. Then yesterday I received a confirmation that My order have been confirmed and will be processed. I call the customer service again and to my surprise when I asked if the order have been cancelled or not, they said there is no cancellation request placed.(again I have the entire call recording)

              She gave me the bajaj estore customer care number and said they would cancel it, I called the number the agent gave, but it is promting that the number doesnt exist. I tried searching that number in the entire website but no where the number can be found.

              This is a complete harrasment and the balance from my emi card has also been deducted.

                Bajaj Finserv Team,

                I am literally not being informed about the hidden charges of credit Vidya Fees of Rs.4999/- while applied overdraft loan.Similarly Rs.4999/- Flexi loan charges this is also not being told by any representative of Bajaj Finserv.
                This is not appreciable at all.Dont cheat anybody like this.Cancellation of my Loan appl no [protected].

                Either wave of my charges of Credit Vidya Fees of Rs.4999/- and Flexi loan Rs.4999/-which I am unaware.

                    I have taken A person loan from Bajaj Finserv. But they deducted Rs. 2999 for CPP Liv Assist And 844 for Max Bupa Health Insurance.

                    I don't need any Insurance. So, request you to please cancel all insurance.

                      Hello,

                      I would like to bring to your notice that even though I didn't required any loan but due to the continuous calls from sales team of BajaFinserv I was compelled to take an OD loan saying that I will not have to pay anything and that this money will stay in some other account and whenever I need I can take it out. But now that the money was transferred to my bank account I can see I have been charged some 21k amount which I was not told about just the processing fees was told to be 1% and that too when I take the money out, Plus now some 11k has been shown as Insurance which was never mentioned and also the ROI was told to me as 14% which is there but the EMI payment was not explained to me, Now that I can see first 24 months I will only be paying interest and after 24 months the principle will be deducted. So all these policies are not acceptable to me, So Kindly cancel the loan no. P404DHP2440091. I have already reversed the amount that was deposited in my bank account using the part payment flexi hybrid option in bajajfinserv portal.
                      I approached bajajfinserv the same day they deposited the amount in my account and they are continuously denying to cancel this loan.

                        Sir, I have taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv, that is 7200 Rupees . There is there 3 EMI and I have cleared my all due payments but still they are charging 177 or 295 Trf charge from my account. please sir help me.

                            The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.

                                  I used to get phone calls daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

                                        Sub: 595CTBGR605991- CPP TELE BINDING

                                        As I was purchased two Air Condition through Bajaj EMI card with 8 month EMI, but at the time of purchase I clearly mention that do not need of extended warranty, and after few days when I checked the Bajaj app I saw loan of Air Condition and its details and NOT found any extended warranty loan now when I looked it today there is showing an extended warranty loan is added to my account without asking me or authority, It is not possible to add a loan with 7 month EMI to my account without my written consent.

                                        Kindly do the needful to cancel the extended warranty loan with immediate effect, since you have already deducted first EMI of INR 580.00 on 05/03/2021 as well as refund already taken amount to my bank account. I don't need that extended warranty and its loan I cannot bear it as stated.

                                        It needs to be removed from my account
