I have taken A person loan from Bajaj Finserv. But they deducted Rs. 2999 for CPP Liv Assist And 844 for Max Bupa Health Insurance.

I don't need any Insurance. So, request you to please cancel all insurance.

I would like to bring to your notice that even though I didn't required any loan but due to the continuous calls from sales team of BajaFinserv I was compelled to take an OD loan saying that I will not have to pay anything and that this money will stay in some other account and whenever I need I can take it out. But now that the money was transferred to my bank account I can see I have been charged some 21k amount which I was not told about just the processing fees was told to be 1% and that too when I take the money out, Plus now some 11k has been shown as Insurance which was never mentioned and also the ROI was told to me as 14% which is there but the EMI payment was not explained to me, Now that I can see first 24 months I will only be paying interest and after 24 months the principle will be deducted. So all these policies are not acceptable to me, So Kindly cancel the loan no. P404DHP2440091. I have already reversed the amount that was deposited in my bank account using the part payment flexi hybrid option in bajajfinserv portal.
I approached bajajfinserv the same day they deposited the amount in my account and they are continuously denying to cancel this loan.

Sir, I have taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv, that is 7200 Rupees . There is there 3 EMI and I have cleared my all due payments but still they are charging 177 or 295 Trf charge from my account. please sir help me.

The ecs charges has been deducted from my citibank account with below details which i have never requested from bajaj. This is looking like a fraud done by either bajaj or keb hana bank. Can you please investigate and make sure the amount refunded to me back.

vivo s1 pro kaa installment chalu he mera. taarikh 07/03/2021 ko meine jaha se emi card banvaya hei vaha se call karke aapka emi baki hei batake 2600 rupiye byaj samet ka payment karvaya tha aur dusre din tarikh 08/03/2021 ko 2110 jo ki mera real installment hei wo mere bank account se kat liya gaya hei to jald se jald mera 2600 ka payment refund karo.
2600 rupiye ka payment ujval chaudhari [protected] ke no par karvaya gaya tha.

An amount of Rs. 117 was deducted from my bank account without any prior intimation. I don't have any pending dues or payment. It's a fraudulent activity Bajaj finserv is doing. Need to get my amount refunded.

I used to get phone calls daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number

CMP mandate amount of Rs. 600/- was debit from my account with out any intimation to customer.

As I was purchased two Air Condition through Bajaj EMI card with 8 month EMI, but at the time of purchase I clearly mention that do not need of extended warranty, and after few days when I checked the Bajaj app I saw loan of Air Condition and its details and NOT found any extended warranty loan now when I looked it today there is showing an extended warranty loan is added to my account without asking me or authority, It is not possible to add a loan with 7 month EMI to my account without my written consent.

Kindly do the needful to cancel the extended warranty loan with immediate effect, since you have already deducted first EMI of INR 580.00 on 05/03/2021 as well as refund already taken amount to my bank account. I don't need that extended warranty and its loan I cannot bear it as stated.

It needs to be removed from my account

Dear sir/ madam please cancel ecom cpp telebinding rural this insurance my bajaj number [protected] loan account number: 472ETRGT138995 total loan amount: rs. 1, 699 1st emi 213 .Please pass my emi amount refund i purchased a phone from amazon using bajaj finserv emi option with loan id 472ERFGR446186 without my permission bajaj started cpp tele binding which i dont want and are charging me 1699 with loan id 472ERFGR446186 dont want it.
My loan date is 2 march 2020 pls stop it within 2 days so that i can pay the original amount due not the amount with cpp telebinding.

I have purchased a laptop on EMI from Bajaj finance, my EMI was 3755/-
But now My first EMI deducted from bank is Rs. 4496, after that I checked my loan details the Digital CPP TELEBINDING ( Rs.588 per EMI) Activated without my permission.

It's totally fraud, I’m not capable to pay this CPP charges. So please cancel it as soon as possible & kindly help us to get the refund of the same.

I am Suryamani Dixit purchased an Ac of Hitachi through bajaj finserv finance. As per EMI my loan tenure is of 15 months, but they have scheduled it into 23 months.my monthly EMI was Rs.2752. But after 7 months it suddenly came onto Rs.1766. When I asked about why this you did to company.they said due to corona pandemic situation it was happen, but I said I am not said to reduced my EMI. Now they saying nothing can they do.

Please say what to do because without my permission how can they reduced my EMI.
