I placed an order on 22nd March 2021. As there was an issue on the address, I called the customer service within 24 hours to cancel the order.
The agent I spoke to confirmed that the order has been cancelled now and that I would receive a confirmation within 48 hours. (I have the entire call recording to proof).
I did not receive any confirmation, then I emailed them several time but all I received is automated responses. Then yesterday I received a confirmation that My order have been confirmed and will be processed. I call the customer service again and to my surprise when I asked if the order have been cancelled or not, they said there is no cancellation request placed.(again I have the entire call recording)
She gave me the bajaj estore customer care number and said they would cancel it, I called the number the agent gave, but it is promting that the number doesnt exist. I tried searching that number in the entire website but no where the number can be found.
This is a complete harrasment and the balance from my emi card has also been deducted.
Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
