They have charged me for credit card where intially it was told to me that it is free of cost. And now when I am trying to reach Bajaj Finserv no one is responding. They do hang up calls while I am explaining the complaint.

    Rs8150 EMI of Loan account 410TPLGT209552 has been deducted from my SBI Account TWO TIMES ON 02.04.2021 through ECS.
    Please refund my Excess paid EMI to my bank account.

      I, Ujjwal Kumar Bhattacharyya, Customer Id[protected], Registered mobile number [protected], and registered email id is swastik.[protected]@gmail.com. I have taken a consumer loan (Buying Wrist Watch) from Bajaj Finserv, Kharagpur Branch, Loan Account Number- 487REPES906121, Amount Rupees 8395/=. Checking the statement I shocked seeing the debited amounts towards emi as excess. But product cost was 8395/= rupees. Collection executives from collection department (Mr. Bivash Samanta, Prince and another two persons) have taken emi amount from me. I request you kindly take a legal action against the company executives from collection department or company. I got a reply from Bajaj Finserv through email on dated 26.02.2021 that I will get the excess amount within 4 working days, but amount not credited to my bank account till now. I have attached statement of account and email which i have got from Bajaj Finserv Company. Kindly refund my excess amount.

        Bajaj Finserv — Cancellation of CPP Tele Binding account

        I have recently purchased an Air conditioner and a cpp tele binding was activated for my account without my knowledge before authentication.
        The cpp telebinding loan account is 456CTBGV045981.
        My linked account is 4560CDGU442911
        I want to cancel this cpp telebinding account.
        Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have taken a consumer loan (Buying Mobile) from Bajaj Finserv, Kharagpur Branch, Loan Account Number- 487DPFEM905895, Amount Rupees 18490/=. Checking the statement I shocked seeing the debited amounts towards emi as excess (12 times×3082 = 36984/=). But product cost was 18490/= rupees. 4 to 5 executives of collection department collected emi amount from me rupees 3082 many times. Company executives names are Mr. Bivash Samanta, Prince and another one person I don't know his name who are working at Bajaj Finserv in collection department. Kindly check the statement which I collected from Bajaj Finserv company. I have mailed again and again to company but problem not resolved. I request you kindly take any legal action against the company or Company executives for taken excess amount from me. I have attached statement of account which I have got from Bajaj Finserv Company.

                The above transactions were made without any prior notice to me which are as Un-authorized / Fraud transactions. Bajaj Finserv is only authorized to collect the EMI amount directly from my bank account and nothing else.
                So please, Refund all the amount back or else I will reach out to Consumer Court. To Flag this issue.

                  Bajaj finserv is not refducing interest rate on my personal loan since last year and charging continually i requsted various staf of bajaj finserve but all disconnect phone and insist for new loan only so kindly file complain against this and sort the same

                  My name is sonika aggarwal and i have taken personal loan from bajaj finserv and requested to reduce the interest rate as per government notified for covid but they didnt reduce and charge the same

                    My name is Dr Madhu C, customer of bajaj xperia personal doctors loan, my number is [protected].
                    I am a valuable customer of your company, check my loan and repayments history of the past.
                    This is the second time I had applied for the loan and got the loan in 10 to 15 days, the manager who spoke to me was Mr Chinaswamy, and the executive allotted to me was Mr Milind,
                    Both are useless in their own way, they had told me that they will waive off the insurance amount which was 13k, I took the loan in November 2020, so far they couldn't do it.
                    On repeated call and request, they literally ignoring it, purposefully.
                    I have sent a mail also to Milind regarding this and called to Mr mchinswamy several times, but they are not responding to me at all.
                    What should I do now?
                    Never thought bajaj would keep employees like this, kindly do the needful.

                        I have purchased a product worth Rs.19500 using Bajaj Finserv. when I discussed with the agent and Seller they have informed me that ROI will be 8% and I agreed to that.

                        Then the agent forced me to buy wallet care worth Rs.599 to get approval for my above-mentioned loan. unfortunately, I had to do this.

                        When I received a Receipt from Bajaj Finserv there ROI is 0%. They have added 8% of the amount in Captial Amount Rs.19500. In Recepit it is showing 21000 is the loan amount.

                        When I called that seller and discussed it, he is said it's a commission. Why should I pay commission?
                        This is a complete SCAM.

                          I called the seller and asked about this he is saying this is the commission for bajaj finserv. and one more thing is they are forcing us to buy wallet care to approve this loan.

                            I have been told that about Overdraft Loan, agents told me about only one statement no need to pay anything until I utilize the amount. But they haven't mentioned about deduction charges.
                            During disbursement, they have deducted 24000 rupees as deductions.
                            Literally Bajaj Finserv guys has cheated me. Being a common man I am unable to fight with them. Feeling lot stress and depressed and as I was cheated.
                            Chandni, Anand, Vikas these are the Bajaj Finserv agents reporting to Nandan and Mohit.
                            These guys has cheated me. I am about to die because of these guys. NEVER EVER TRUST

                              I bought a mobile through their card and they added a product named as CPP LIV ASSIST TB URBAN dated on 20/11/2020. I have never authorized this transaction. this product cost is ₹2999 which is deducted along the EMI of a mobile which i purchased. Now when I am trying to reach their costumer care no one is responding towards this. I have also seen that I am not the only victim of this kind of fraud there are many others with same issue. Please take some strict action against this fraud.
                              Kindly do the needful and return my money as soon as possible.

                                    I placed an order on 22nd March 2021. As there was an issue on the address, I called the customer service within 24 hours to cancel the order.

                                    The agent I spoke to confirmed that the order has been cancelled now and that I would receive a confirmation within 48 hours. (I have the entire call recording to proof).

                                    I did not receive any confirmation, then I emailed them several time but all I received is automated responses. Then yesterday I received a confirmation that My order have been confirmed and will be processed. I call the customer service again and to my surprise when I asked if the order have been cancelled or not, they said there is no cancellation request placed.(again I have the entire call recording)

                                    She gave me the bajaj estore customer care number and said they would cancel it, I called the number the agent gave, but it is promting that the number doesnt exist. I tried searching that number in the entire website but no where the number can be found.

                                    This is a complete harrasment and the balance from my emi card has also been deducted.

                                      I am literally not being informed about the hidden charges of credit Vidya Fees of Rs.4999/- while applied overdraft loan.Similarly Rs.4999/- Flexi loan charges this is also not being told by any representative of Bajaj Finserv.
                                      This is not appreciable at all.Dont cheat anybody like this.Cancellation of my Loan appl no [protected].

                                      Either wave of my charges of Credit Vidya Fees of Rs.4999/- and Flexi loan Rs.4999/-which I am unaware.
