I am a valuable customer of your company, check my loan and repayments history of the past.
This is the second time I had applied for the loan and got the loan in 10 to 15 days, the manager who spoke to me was Mr Chinaswamy, and the executive allotted to me was Mr Milind,
Both are useless in their own way, they had told me that they will waive off the insurance amount which was 13k, I took the loan in November 2020, so far they couldn't do it.
On repeated call and request, they literally ignoring it, purposefully.
I have sent a mail also to Milind regarding this and called to Mr mchinswamy several times, but they are not responding to me at all.
What should I do now?
Never thought bajaj would keep employees like this, kindly do the needful.
