I requested branch officials to cancel loan as the charges were not notified and excess fees were being charged. Despite repeated phone calls, manager confirmed that loan has been disbursed even though it did not happen and intentionally did not pick calls nor respond until loan is disbursed. (Though amount is not credited) now am forced and liable to pay their charges. Where is RBI monitoring these institutions?

        I want to cancel my cpp liv assist and refund my money

        I have purchased samsung galaxy m31 on emi from bajaj finance on 07/August 2020.Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy as it was issued without my permission and my 3 emi's are already deducted i have seen now after checking my bank statement

        My asset care policy loan account number is 401ULAGG997922 and policy number is IL1420397 my emi will start from 02-11-20, so do it fast before the next emi...

        My name is pradeep pandey
        I had purchased a mobile phone through bajaj finance in 2018 in 10 months emi.

        Emi ended in 2019 and in January 2021 they deducted rs 117 from my account as mandate.
        What is this nonsense?
        If they are not refunding the same amount in my account in a week then i will lodge an fir in police station pressing fraud charges against bajaj finserv.

          I had made a purchase of T.V. using Bajaj Finserv EMI in 2018 for 12 months. All EMI's were debited on time. After two years on 16th Jan 2021, I had a debit of 117/- from my SBI bank account without my permission. Reason for this debit is unclear.

            I have recently got a call from one of your employees NIsha and she explained about the OD facility of bajaj finserv. As per them there was an offer and there will be only .5% deduction as processing fee and after completing all the processing i got to know that they changed the processing fee to 1%. And Yesterday the loan got sanctioned and the amount was 10, 04, 999 and I got only 9, 81, 499 ie, 23499 deduction. Now i contacted Nisha and she is saying everything will be there and much more like maintenance charge .3%, Force closure charge 4% and interest for the initial deduction a lot more. I can't accept this at any cost and cancel all the things. Your employees forced me to accept all the agreements by disturbing me everyday. And this is purely cheating as per me. So I am requesting you to cancel everything.

              Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

              My self Syed Md Ali and my registered mobile number is [protected] with bajaj finance, I have bought Redmi K20 PRO through EMI from bajaj finance on 24.10.2020 from Flipkart, but i have not bought ECOM CPP TELEBINDING (Linked Agreement No.401ECFGI566584) with that, So why you start this ECOM CPP TELEBINDING without my permission, I want to cancel the ECOM CPP TELEBINDING (Linked Agreement No.401ECFGI566584). How can you start any policy without my permission. An amount of Rs.385/- has also deducted in the month of January, 2021 from my account from your end.

              In view of above, it is requested to cancel the ECOM CPP TELEBINDING (Linked Agreement No.401ECFGI566584) before next EMI deduction i.e. on 02.02.2021. The amount as deducted from my account i.e. Rs.385/- may also be refunded as soon as possible. Kindly acknowledge the receipt on my registered mobile no.

                A debit of rupees 117 was done from my account without any information. I want my money to be credited back asap. this clearly implies how the companies policy is towards the customers. this is really bad. please process the request on urgent basis because I am worried that they can deduct our money anytime any amount how do we know our money is safe or not. banks should not allow such transaction.

                  without my confirmation this scheme activate by bajaj finserv. This scheme is totaly useless and cheat to customers by bajaj finserv.

                    Rs 7000 has been auto-debited from my account under the loan for General insurance phonebinding without giving us any documents for the same. We did not sign any document and not authorized bajaj finance services for deducting the amount. This has been going on for last four month (started from 02/10/2019). We tried to contact bajaj finance services to complain but no one is giving us proper information on how to stop this.

                      I paid my loan Emi amount through Google pay and shared the customer care executive transaction number. Even, I received a phone call from the Bajaj call center. Today only I have received 20 calls, each calls customer care executive asked me you paid the amount, and this just a confirmation call like that. Even Sunday also received the calls. I am now totally frustrated.

                      Please Bajaj finance, don't tourcher the customers and don't accumulate more interest amount if any late charges. This month only one day delay regarding my bank issue and my EMI is bounced, and bajaj finance charged me extra 600 rupees. Even if i changed the bank account number you guys taking 30 days' time. why your softwares all so late and why customer need to pay extra interest amounts??

                            प्रिए सर, मेरा नाम विकास तिवारी है, मै अपना बजाज कार्ड में मोबाइल नंबर बदलने के लिए कितनी बार आपके ऑफिस गया फॉर्म भी भरकर जमा किया, पर मेरा काम अभी तक नहीं हुआ है और मुझे लगता है कि होगा भी नहीं सायद, कृपया करके आप मेरा मोबाइल नंबर मेरे card जो 1903 से खत्म होता है उसमे रजिस्टर करने की कृपा करे, इस कार्ड से ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग नहीं कर पा रहा हूं मै जब भी इस कार्ड से शॉपिंग करना चाहता हूं तो otp किसी दूसरे के मोबाइल नंबर पे जाता है, कृपया करके जल्दी से मेरा न्यू मोबाइल नंबर इस कार्ड में रजिस्टर कर दे, इसके लिए मै सदा आपका आभारी रहूंगा.

                              We had ordered an mobile through EMI against ID 411ECFGG894474 we received and EMI also started but without our consent CPP had started CPP id: 411ETBGJ264398 and because of it whenever we used to credit the money in our bank the CPP money is getting debited so we want this CPP to be cancelled and because it everytime our cheque is getting bounced we want this to be resolved as soon as possible and please to it before 2 February 2021 because our next EMI is on 2nd

                                    I have recently purchased a Laptop and a CPP Telebinding was activated for my account without my authorization. The CPP Telebinding, loan account no is:- 410DTBGJ379484

                                    Though I had cancelled the CPP Telebinding & got the official confirmation, they charged me the CPP EMI ( Rs 667 ) with my actual EMI amount ( Rs 5000 ).

                                    Now, when I am mailing them to refund the amount, they are not even responding.

                                    Its been 30 days, I am dealing with the issue. Please help.
