    Sir,
    I have purchased a HP Laptop with Loan Agreement No. 456DTB[protected] Dated 31/12/2018 . I have paid all EMIs in due time every month and received No Dues Certificate on 28/10/2019. (copy attached her)
    After issue NO DUES CERTIFICATE it is not fair and very regretful that you have debit Rs. 217/- on 16/01/2020 and Rs. 217/- on 16/01/2021.
    I have contact my Bank to solve but they tell that to ask you for intimate to Bank for stop ECS.
    So pl. take needful action accly. and refund my total amount Rs. 234/- with interest at earliest.

      Hi,

      I see that there was a ecs debit from my citi account on 19th of Jan 2021.
      19/01/2021 intercity ecs paid paid to bajaj c4040cd2647:1000009:tech process refno:[ 4040cd2647] - keb hana bank Rs. 117.0

      I believe this payment of the ecs was completed by June 2017. However, not sure why and for what reason this amount was debited from my account.
      Can some one please respond and give me an explanation.

          I have RBL super bajaj credit card, without my knowledge, your bank put the shield insurance:- health insurance Rs.15000/ card protection plan Rs. 600 /- on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI . I did not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy. I am not paying the insurance amount please cancel this insurance and refund my amount to my card .for further details call me.

          This is absolutely ridiculous I need an explanation. And I am not going to pay for the amount. Rs.15000 debited without my and knowledge and cant even contact any person. Is this the way to scam people's money? I need a refund and even a cancellation of the bajaj finserv card. And please make the support person to talk in English properly or Tamil. I don't need a person talking in Hindi when they call. kindly resolve the issue asap.

            Dear Bajaj,

            I MEHNAZ KHATOON

            My customer ID[protected]

            At present nothing any relationship with bajaj finance.
            My bank account has been debited for Rupees 1446.9

            Date 019/01/2021 debited Rs.590.00
            Date 019/01/2021 debited Rs. 458.78
            Date 019/01/2021 debited Rs. 398.12
            Total Rs. 1446.9 in 3 times for some
            "Dirdb" charges.
            May I know what charge is this?
            I have paid my full emi's previous loan.
            I have received No objection Certificate from bajaj. Still this 1446.9 amount debited.

            Still nothing any loan relationship with bajaj finance. because my card had been blocked months ago

            I have attached my Bank statement as well.

            Will you please help me resolve this ?
            and refund back my money

              An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of Bank of Maharashtra without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company.
              I dont know the reason for the deduction, the bajaj finserv card -customer ID: 31621049 that was.

              Bank entry detail as follows:
              Rs. 117.00 on 18-JAN-2021 by ACH TP ACH BAJAJFIN[protected].

              Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 at the earliest. You can contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

                I oder a Redmi Note 9 Pro Max 128 GB Aurora Blue (6 GB RAM) on 17th January, 2021 at 11:17 pm and today is 19th January.

                I want to cancel my order because still after 2 days of wait i didn't get the conformation call from the seller and i don't want to wait now So, kindly cancel my order please cancel it as soon as possible because i want to purchase from my card so please revive the limit of my bajajfinserv emi card. My limit is after placing order of ₹17, 999, is ₹22, 001 so please rebuilt the limit i am cancelling the order.

                  I have purchased a HP make Laptop in Dec. 2018. I have make all EMIs in due time i.e. 6 months and recieved NO DUES CERTIFICATE from Bajaj Finserve. (attached here) But the company debit amount of Rs. 117/- in January 16, 2020 and again January 16, 2021. This is not fair and unprofessional after issue of No Dues Certificate that without information debit amount.
                  So you are requested that take necessary action and refund my said amount i.e. 234/- at earliest.

                    I have recently got a call from one of your employees NIsha and she explained about the OD facility of bajaj finserv. As per them there was an offer and there will be only .5% deduction as processing fee and after completing all the processing i got to know that they changed the processing fee to 1%. And Yesterday the loan got sanctioned and the amount was 10, 04, 999 and I got only 9, 81, 499 ie, 23499 deduction. Now i contacted Nisha and she is saying everything will be there and much more like maintenance charge .3%, Force closure charge 4% and interest for the initial deduction a lot more. I can't accept this at any cost and cancel all the things. Your employees forced me to accept all the agreements by disturbing me everyday. And this is purely cheating as per me. So I am requesting you to cancel everything.

                      I requested branch officials to cancel loan as the charges were not notified and excess fees were being charged. Despite repeated phone calls, manager confirmed that loan has been disbursed even though it did not happen and intentionally did not pick calls nor respond until loan is disbursed. (Though amount is not credited) now am forced and liable to pay their charges. Where is RBI monitoring these institutions?

                            I have purchased samsung galaxy m31 on emi from bajaj finance on 07/August 2020.Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy as it was issued without my permission and my 3 emi's are already deducted i have seen now after checking my bank statement

                            My asset care policy loan account number is 401ULAGG997922 and policy number is IL1420397 my emi will start from 02-11-20, so do it fast before the next emi date and refund my deducted amount.Please cancel cpp asset care policy.
                            I have also tried to contact customer care many times but there is no response and raised a query but they closed the query without giving any resolution

                            Also i tried to update my email id through bajaj finance customer login but not able to update at my end so please update it as

                              My name is pradeep pandey
                              I had purchased a mobile phone through bajaj finance in 2018 in 10 months emi.

                              Emi ended in 2019 and in January 2021 they deducted rs 117 from my account as mandate.
                              What is this nonsense?
                              If they are not refunding the same amount in my account in a week then i will lodge an fir in police station pressing fraud charges against bajaj finserv.

                                I had made a purchase of T.V. using Bajaj Finserv EMI in 2018 for 12 months. All EMI's were debited on time. After two years on 16th Jan 2021, I had a debit of 117/- from my SBI bank account without my permission. Reason for this debit is unclear.

                                    My self Syed Md Ali and my registered mobile number is [protected] with bajaj finance, I have bought Redmi K20 PRO through EMI from bajaj finance on 24.10.2020 from Flipkart, but i have not bought ECOM CPP TELEBINDING (Linked Agreement No.401ECFGI566584) with that, So why you start this ECOM CPP TELEBINDING without my permission, I want to cancel the ECOM CPP TELEBINDING (Linked Agreement No.401ECFGI566584). How can you start any policy without my permission. An amount of Rs.385/- has also deducted in the month of January, 2021 from my account from your end.

                                    In view of above, it is requested to cancel the ECOM CPP TELEBINDING (Linked Agreement No.401ECFGI566584) before next EMI deduction i.e. on 02.02.2021. The amount as deducted from my account i.e. Rs.385/- may also be refunded as soon as possible. Kindly acknowledge the receipt on my registered mobile no.

                                      A debit of rupees 117 was done from my account without any information. I want my money to be credited back asap. this clearly implies how the companies policy is towards the customers. this is really bad. please process the request on urgent basis because I am worried that they can deduct our money anytime any amount how do we know our money is safe or not. banks should not allow such transaction.

                                        without my confirmation this scheme activate by bajaj finserv. This scheme is totaly useless and cheat to customers by bajaj finserv.
