I went to bandhan bank ifsc code bdbl0001456 for depositing 100000rs. 25thousand in 10&20rs note. But branch manager denied to receive this. I have evidence also in video. Its a illegal thing that he denied to receive 10and20 notes. I am a buisnessman so we have to deal in small notes also. He also said to bring large notes from home printing by myself.

I need justice.

Today i call you salt branch no[protected] to check about ongoing fd rates for senior citizens. The call was attended by the receptionist. Extension no 9. She kept on suffling the call between different desks and i was made to hold on for long period. Ultimately it was transferred to another lady. Since it is not a toll free no, i was a little irritated and asked her why was i kept on hold for so long. To this she replied rudely do you know how many calls i have to attend in a day. I did not get any reply to my original query of senior citizens fd rates.
If this the sate of you service, i am afraid i will never have any dealing with your bank. Additionally i hold an fd with your rashbehari branch. I would withdraw the same immediately.
Next i called the same no, the phone was put down abruptly.

My mother subasini pahal and my wife Tarunyata Pahal are very old customer. Same time two loan running, but unfortunately my father surendra pahal died due to heart attack after that my mother gave all documents as required by branch. Till now 9 months gone but there is no particular date given by dhusuri branch, bradrak district odisa state which date death claim amount will be given. Please take this complaint very seriously otherwise I will take legal action.Please try to understand our situation.

Bandhan bank lake gardens marketing executive, palas naskar collected form 15 h from my residence in may 17, but did not deposit it their office and hence tds was unnecesessarily deducted. Branch manager lake gardens branch said the option was to claim tds refund.

This is the reason bandhan bank charges penalty for premature withidrwal to cover their lapses.

Someone open a join bank account in my name. I am not signed any document of bank, the signature in bank account is totally fake. I want to know without my concern how anyone open an account.
When i contact with branch mannager he given me a from to close that account, & i siggned it. He also take my aadhar card xerox on that day (04/08/2017).
I want to know how all are responsible to open this fake account & how come bank is not be able to found the fake signature.

If lome is cansild. Branch manezer not canseld letter to me. Plice help me problem solve.

Sir my account no [protected] from which date was online shopping on jabang dot com on 31.12.2016, but Rs. 8332.80 was withdrawn from the bank without the OTP mile network problem, which has been contacted by me several times by bank, but by Savang Recipt has been comfirmed. Whereas no obligation has been given regarding the withdrawal of funds from Bandhan Bank for the last 4 months. The matter is related to online shopping, only when the order has been confirmed by the online shopping, no order has been received.
Now the money spent by the bandhan bank is being tampered to return. please solve it.

I the undersigned had been to bandhan bank's thane-majiwada branch for opening of current account

Firstly i was not provided proper details regarding the same and later when we agreed upon the docs required for registration i had everything except a company stamp.

I got the stamp created and visited bank to show the stamp and which was verified by the employee mrs. Shriti and later when i came to the bank on next day with a cheque of 18k for opening the a/c mrs. Shriti asked me for a new stamp which she could have informed me when i was there to get the stamp verified.

I tried all my efforts to make a win win situation but mrs. Shriti nor the branch manager tried any efforts to help me for the same

In this era of competitive banking how can this employee help the newly emerging bank grow.

As we clear are loan of 35000/- we got next time and we need this time above 35000/- to expand the business in women group but your officer are not co oprate with us and says that if you want this so take it otherwise we will cancel your name and miss miss behave with us sir i hope ful write this complant in navsari gujrat circle area bank so do need ful this branch will given loa so many people whoes record was not so good bt we have a own house and are record are clear bt they were not expand loan money this time and recuring officer was miss behave with us kindly do needful

My self Chetan, I apply for women group loan in my mother name on 27 April, coordinator had taken all the document and opened my account in bandan bank, but when my loan is just approving, they ignored by saying that my father age is more than requirement, I did not understand becoz many women had their husband age more than 55 years why this is happen to us only .and when I argue with coordinator they said rule is just changed .please help me in this issue . regards Chetan mob. While withdrawing cash from ATM(484334-SBI BAN) on 23.05.17 at 12:18:17 PM, the power went out and the machine shut down. Neither 'Money' nor any 'Mini-Statement' came out yet my balance got deducted. When the power came back, the machine resumed as it was.
'Lodged a complaint (No.4195974) but no further help I received. I feel very helpless now.

Iam nafisha parween i have taken group loans 3 times from bandhan group and 3 loans already clear. Now iam apply for another loan before 4 week every week the bm and his coordinator saying that next week you will gate the loan but till 4th week they are not given lastly in 4 the week they are telling that you are not alligiable... Bm is not coming in group, bm name is deepak mandal...

I am having current account in paithan branch a/c no:[protected]. When i went to branch for depositing cash, cashier not accepting rs 10/- bundles. I had demanded reason for not accepting he was not giving in writing. I have also complain to branch manager he is also not giving reason in writing & accepting cash. I am closing my current account.

My Name -Aditya Kumar Singh .I have the acoount in bandhan bank my account no -[protected] is detected by Rs-2000 dated -16/04/2017 while i was using the paytm add money in wallet .
As per paytm he has refund this amount to bank in 3 days but bank has not refund me still date .Already 1 Month passed they have not giving me the proper response when i will get my money back and also not providing me the complain No

so pls help me to short out my problem

This is to inform you that we have a SHG in sotai jorhat Assam. We take sum amount from Bandhan bank. Jagduwar branch.jorhat. assam.(Through lahdoi garah sub branch ) as a loan and we have to returned in 1emi in 15days with interest . But they praserise to us that for the month of april 2017. to pay two emi as advance .
We are taking loan from Bandhan bank and for that we pay with interest . How can we pay in advance emi.

Hi this is Jai Sagar Thapa.. .got a call from Naukri. Com... .by Devika Singh... Got a Job as a cashier at Bandhan Bank asked to pay 2500 for form fill up.. Then again 4500 for verification.. .then again rajan nanda called to pay 11500 for file dispatch... Again George Steven called to pay 14700...in total I payed around 82500...amount... They called me that we will have an interview on 3rd of March 2017...but never got a call for interview..hr manager as Lalit Sharma.. .plis do punish the culprit

I am omprakash balla (Emp - 112174) post of dbo, belong indore division (Mp), it is infrom you that job to bandhan bank, and told that after registration on date -8 feb 2016 but he does not arranged full and final settlement amount and pf process. So i told him return my amount, but he is not given proper response and not return my amount upto till date.

This is to inform you that Bandhan Bank, Bhandarkar Road branch, Pune is accepting and allowing its customers to keep black money in their lockers and the worst part is the senior authorities of the Bank like CH are aware of the same. Also, the customer service is very very poor as most of the employees do not understand English and not aware of basic banking processes. A number of accounts can be found wherein a huge cash transactions 25lac had happened since the inception of the branch. This is a serious concern needs to be addressed asap.

Today ibma going to Bandhan bank kalakji branch new Delhi yesterday I am clear the check 4000/-, Today I am going to clear cash 4000 again but cashiar was saying yesterday clear your cash today not clear your check.
RBi rules is 24000/- par week amount give.

With due, respect, i lay before you few lines for your kind and sympathetic consideration, it is a matter of shame and regret that our neighbour (1) saraswati saha; w/ o–joy gopal saha, (2) subhojit saha, s/ o – joy gopal saha; mouja – ruppur; plot no - 1110; kh no-2884, 2883 have have rented their residential building (Ground floor) for setting a bandhan bank, c. Kandi d. S. C. Which is also the boarding place for their young employees.In the day time, varieties types of people are gathered into our surroundings with all their belongings. Vehicles are scattered here and there. We have to go through this lane with a great fear to avoid from the incoming accident which may be taken place at every moment. We can`t able to protect our family members from the rapture of modesty. Because ruffians in the disguise of customer indulge in eve teasing while ladies have to attend their daily work. Women and children have to face an awkward environment at every moment to avoid the loafer’s eyesight.In the early night at least 10.00 o`clock we can`t take a rest by the slang amusements with jokes and a roar of laughter with drunken youngster of the firms employee. We have to close our window frame to prevent their evil work. The firm`s deals with their customer from the eastern sided openings. Natural fresh air is a day dream for us.In a word our daily life are turned into a derailing condition. My family members can’t take a peaceful rest throughout twenty four hours. Because at the midday, huge roar of dealings with the customer snatched away any type of silence. Little learner can`t completed their lesion,
W e are not able to recover ourselves for the lac of essential rest. This is not the commercial zone at all. We choose this area as a peaceful residential place with narrow lane. There is no enough space for setting this type of firm. Only for their (Owner) whimsical, obstinate and skeptic attitude with personal profit can take this types of abnormal decision in exchange of neighbor’s mental and physical health. You can going on your business and do everything as an indoor game only after maintained the criterion of allocating guarantees `not to disturb anybody else.’’ i repeatedly protest against the matter. The owner said, ” we have rented our house. It is not yours’ don`t bother me next time, ” the manager also answered with the same tune. This type of activities are totally unbearable for us. But as a civilized resident of this area i place the matter under your nose.
In this circumstances, i fervently pray to you to take necessary action to curve down our problems being taken the proper measures.
