My sister applied for open a A/C through Chiner Park Branch, by sub channel - Airport Italgacha office to avail a group loan on 11th May 2018 but today she came to know that her file didnot forward to branch yet. Why this kind of delay. Rather than they have behaved rudly with my sister. Why this things happen with my sister. i want reply form Bhandan bank management. I want legal step from consumer forum also.

As per Bandhan group loan there's a provision to fill up loan form at 40weeks but in my case even on 45 weeks the staff beuti Roy didn't even bother to do the same on the contrary she came up with a false allegation that I had asked her to arrange money for me whereas the truth is totally different..she plotted the whole matter in such a way that the whole group members went against me and insulted me at their extreme level. To add to the incident she forced me to collect signature from 20 members whereas in others only one member sign is enough. I am supposed to get my loan this Friday but I don't think this lady will let the process possible. My request to please look into this matter urgently and help me to get the loan this Friday. Today the 14th september also i didnt get my loan when i went to the office and spoke to the branch manager he also said that i have to follow what ms beauti roy says.. And this lady she says as because i was late on the 38week for giving money so this the way of punishment.. My request that i am not a defaulter my only mistake that even after 45 weeks when i didnt got the loan i protested which hurt the ego of mrs.roy so she says that i am not at all elligible to get the loan.. Please help
Sir i have tried to re-open my acount that is closed in ur bank .but no senior officers are interested to help me .i have submitted my documents for so many times but in vain no results

Today my sister went to your office at Airport office, near Italgacha - PO, bylane of Maharaja Hotel. She has been rudely behaved by your staff. It is not at all expected from your organization people. they should literate how to speak with a women, the concern people deny to disclose his name and did not provide me any solution.
Please look into the matter.
