Subject: No Drinking Water from Past 02 Years. We the Residents of 7th Cross, 3rd Main Viveknagar, Bangalore would like to Bring to Your notice that since 02 years We are not Supplied Drinking Water to our Street 7Th Cross, Where as the other Street From 1st to 5th Cross Residents are supplied good amount of water and they have no water Crisis. We Like to Highlight Following Points for your clear understanding and Action. 1. Drinking water Supplied from Viveknagar 1st Cross to 8th Cross is same Pipe Line. 2. New Water pipe line changed from 1st to 05th Cross (Old Pipe 30Years old). 3 Water pipe line not changed for 07th Cross, Old pipe is More than 30years old. 4. Pipe Got Corroded (5’’ Pipe being reduced to 03” No flow of Water). 5. We are requesting them to replace the Water pipe but no response or action taken. 6. We Have complaining from past 02 years to the Ward(Ward No 71 Viveknagar) Corporator, JE, AEE &EE and no Action has been taken, They are least Bothered to inspect or find why the water is not supplied to 7th Cross whereas same water being supplied to 01 to 05th cross . 7. Monthly Water Bill from BWSSB stopped Issuing due to no water Supply, to the Residents of 7th Cross, Viveknagar. (Revenue Loss to BWSSB) 8. We are buying water from Private water Tankers and suffering huge Burden on our expenses. 9. We the Residents cannot live a normal life always thinking of Water, which leads to Health Hazards. 10. There are 02 Multi Storey Buildings (03 Floors) EWS Quarters, to this Quarters water is supplied and resident of the EWS quarters sucking the water with High Pr pump/motor up to the 03rd Floor and more over They are not paying any water charges, BWSSB Officials are also aware. (Revenue Loss to the BWSSB.) Hence, We the Residents of 7th Cross, 3rd main, Viveknagar Bangalore, kindly Request you to Good Use of your office and Take necessary Action to resolve this water problem and help us to provide drinking water so that we can lead a Healthy and normal Life. awaiting positive response from the concerned dept officials.     Sir, I am residing in Vagdevi layout, munnekolalu. we have taken water connection in the month of Feb 2013. But till today I have not received a single drop of water. In fact, the whole of our layout has not received a single drop of water. Several times we have called your engineer Mr Somasekar from BEML Layout office in Kundalahalli by phone and complained, but there is a dismal response from his side. All our layout residents had gone to BWSSB office in Kundalahalli and complained to Mr Somasekar, on 13th of jun 2014 and he assured us that he will come on monday and check all the connections. But till today he has not come this side. And irony is that he is not even picking up the phone calls from our residents.We are really feeling let down by BWSSB. Even though we have paid all the charges and taken the connection we are not getting water. There are so many illegal connections in munnekolalu taken by the local residents but no action is being taken on them. For promptly paying the charges we are being penalised.       Respected sirs We from NIANP, [A premier Govt of India Research Institute], next to NDRI lashkar -hosur road, bring to your kind notice that since one week we are NOT receiving the BWSSB water supply as per your schedule of Alternate day supply in the Night from 10-00pm to 6-00AM. This is causing us lot of inconvenience to the 63 nos staff families residing in the NIANP campus and to our regular Laboratory research activities. On enquiring with your service center in Johnson MKT, the concerned authorities were saying that there is no regular VALVE MAN/Operator to open and close BWSSB pipeline Valves. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to supply water regularly as per Schedule. Thanking you sir, NIANP staff

          This is really unfair and ridicule's services of BWSSB, Water bill person come without seeing the meter he has increase 44000units in it and bill got upto 3500/- which is unfair when i spoke to that person he tells will decrease it later and its been 7months till now i have paid 600/- arrears on that but still its not cleared. Please help us we get monthly bill for 300/- or 350/- its been 5000/- now .

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I, Manjunath U V, resident of 1st main road Nargunda college road, near 4th cross, Dattatreyanagar, hosakerehalli, Bengaluru-560085.
              I bring to your kind notice that the BWSSB workers come to our area, once or twice a month and clean the manholes and keep the debris/waste from the manhole, on the ROAD itself and they are not clearing the debris.This is a recurrent problem that is happening in our road. When we enquire with them, the BWSSB staff say that the cleaning of the debris from the road is not their duty. It is the same with the BBMP staff, they say it is not their duty to clean it from the road. Then who is responsible to clear the debris of the manholes kept on the road? Is it the citizen who resides in the area's job to clean it from the road?
              It is very difficult to live with the stench coming from the manhole waste that is kept on the road. We live with the fear of incoming diseases with these waste. Repeated calls and requests to the Corporator has gone UNHEARD.
              I request you Sir/madam kindly take up this matter with the BBMP and BWSSB officials concerned and look to it that any one of them take responsibility of this menace so that we citizens who have voted should not suffer due to the IRRESPONSIBILTY of BWSSB and BBMP.
              I hope sir/madam, you will do the needful in this matter and help us from this recurrent problem.

                Respected sir/madam Im a residentnof banashankari second stage, #1500, 25 th main bsk second stage bangalore 70. I would like to bring to your notice that from the past month and a half the garbage from houses in our road is not being collected. Although it is being collected from other roads nearby nobody is collecting it from 25th main. We have made several complaints yo the local supervisor but he doesnt seemed to be bothered. Now being rainy season it is very important that garbage is collected properly and disposed off else it can cause deadly infections. We keep the garbage bags outside and wait all day long for it be collected. Sometimes it get saked in rain amd entre plce stinks or else some stray dogs rip it apart and we have to clean it.it was being collected by a lady beforeven though she came late she atleast did her job.. All these gàrbage collectors have soo much attitude, they speak very rudely and also demand extra money!!!kindly make sure that the garbage collection services start in our road as soon as possible and do the needful.                   We are not getting proper water and see water man is not doing his job We have 2 lines in same road one line gets water twice a week and for us once in 10 days. When asked water man says ther is no water in borewell. When one line Gets water twice a week why cant he Give same water to us. Water man is doing favourism and not doing his job. Please can you bring this To notice to concerned person and help...

                  Dear Sir, We are living in Lakshmi Layout Arekere, Bangalore from the past 10 years. Since there was no corporation water in this area, We have been using borewell water for our domestic purposes. We had a good supply of water from our borewell all these years. Recently one of the neighbouring people who have dug borewell in their premises have started selling borewell water in tankers. We see a large number of trucks carrying water from their place everyday. Since then, the borewell in our residence has begun to dry up. Is it not illegal to sell borewell water in such manner? Underground water is not anybody's personal property that can be sold like this. Hence we want to complain about this matter to you so that suitable action may be taken on this issue. The address where this activity is carried out is: No.318, 5th Main Road, Lakshmi Layout, Arekere, Bangalore. I request you to kindly take action against the people who are doing this and oblige.                         I was a made a BWSSB payment through your ATP machine on 28/05/2014 @7-30PM Rs-500X4=2, 000/- Ulsore BWSSB but payment was not successful my cash was jammed into the machine today i was visited your Ulsore BWSSB ATP office one lady is there she was told no excess payment received my request is kindly check your ATP machine properly otherwise i was taken farther action for this mater.

He comes close to due date and hence we cannot pay bill on time. This month in the arrears last months amount was reflecting when i had already paid the bill.                               Dear sir on behalf of the residents of gururaja layout layout, 1st A main, Doddanekkundi I am forwarding this complaint to you sir. We have installed the water meter 2 years back. Insufficient quantity of water is being supplied irregularly. Water was supplied on the parliament election day and after a gap of one month, again on the vote counting day it was supplied. Generally once in ten days supply is seen. Unfortunately, in our main line, one valve has been introduced off late. If this valve is kept open, then only we get water; but unfortunately most of the time it is closed. There is no necessity to have a valve there. There is a bore well back up connection also prevailing but we don't get it also. With all these agonies, we are still depending (frequently) on water tankers only( @Rs400). I request the authority to look in to this seriously and enable everybody to get the water. Ragothma

                                Dear Sir, Location : 37th B Cross, H No. 321/45, Jayanagar 9th Block (E), Bangalore - 560 069. Mob: [protected] Sub: Drain water seeping into well Would like to bring to your notice that the NEWLY laid drain work is faulty and all water moving in the storm water drain gets into our well. After the rains day before our well water got contaminated and today we took up cleaning of our well. While cleaning the well this fault was discovered. Water is very essential. This is a very small repair work. Request you to kindly instruct concerned department to look into the matter on high priority and do the needful.                                   To The Chairman BWSSB Dear Sir, 1. For the past six months, since the water bills have started pouring, not a single water bill is without an error. Despite having taken the matter in writing and in verbal with AEE, Sahakara Nagar, no action has been taken to update the system and set right the defective software. Every month the consumers have to bee line the BWSSB office at Sahakara Nagar to get the bills corrected. The exercise is cumbersome, time consuming and speaks of inefficiency. 2. Secondly, the one time charges paid, are being levied in the every monthly bill to show Rs 250/- and the answer by the AEE is only ' the matter pending with HQ at Chairman's level.' 3. Thirdly, the supply of Cauvery water is erratic. Not a single drop has been supplied for the past week and this trend is continual for the past 6-7 months.                                     Iam Resident of Chinnappanahalli (6th Cross), we are not getting cauvery water .From last 15th Days there is no water supplied to my cross.I request to maintain a schedule either weekly once or twice.But other crosses 5th cross & 3rd cross, etc, water is supplied and water supply man is not maintaining any supply chart, as he wish water is Opened for any cross on demand by the residents.There is no Disciplined proper supply to all cross .Request to regulate this and Provide Water to all cross in scheduled order .Even on repeated attempts to call the water supply man, there are no response .Thanks Resident of 6th Cross ( anitha k)

                                      There is no Cauvery connection in VV Nagar Subramanyapura Bangalore - 5600061. Domestic water supply is from borewell and this area comes under BBMP. On top of this, a dirty politics played by water supplier such as a. Providing non-domestic water supply for construction purposes b. Collecting bribe from the people promising more water supply to their houses c. Two water connections to a single house (these houses have highly political influence) & continues water supply to these houses. d. People who are not giving him bribe are affected by water shortage - such houses get 1 hour water supply in 3 days with no water force in that one hour. This person named as Sami Ulla (Mob -[protected]). I hope your team verifies this and take action.
