Dear Sir / Madam,

I'm a resident of Domlur of the above said postal address. I would like to bring to your notice that, in front our house there is an open gutter which has resulted in water logging from past 1 month and this has been brought to the notice of the BWSSB office, Domlur. Due to this water logging, there is accumalation of other waste materials and mosquito. Also there is bad smell arising from the gutter, which has resulted in falling sick of our family members often.

I'm herewith attaching the pics of the open gutter (which is self-explanatory).

I request the concerned authority to take up immediate action and do the needful.

Dear sir,
Our Ward No 88 new No 26 Our area is called Ex-serviceman Colony Abbaiah Reddy layout Banaswadi.Near Mariyam Nilayam convent school, facing lot of water problem,weekly on Sunday 2 to 3 Hours water is coming with low pressure, We are unable fill the1/4 sump for remaining days water requirement.We have to force to buy water from outside, which they are charging Rs 800 to Rs 1000 and we have to wait for 1 or 2 days.Our neighbours area lke Kalyan Nagar ,Maruthi Seva Nagar, Kasturi Nagar, Jai Bharat Nagar are getting water every alternative days with high pressure for 4 to 6 Hours Why we have deprived water in this connection we have reported several times but no action has been taken.
I deeply regret this type of pathetic response.

Water being a basic necessity has to be provided, if not fully
at least the bare minimum.

Hope the problem will be resolved immediately.

There is Road Digging Due to BWSSB Work near Bhuvaneshwarinagar Park & Blocked the Road Ahead Connecting to MK Ahmed Mart. There are Many Vehicles Plying on this Road but Due to this Road Work & Blocked, Residents have to take Deviations again, Again the Road near Hebbal - Kempapura has been Dug Up & Made into a Muddy Road Badly Damaged.
Another Major Complaint Regarding Potholes Not Filled Properly on Hebbal - Kempapura Road the Road after Sterling Apartments, There are Big Potholes but This has not yet been Filled Properly and Tarred here from Couple of Years. Last time the Potholes were Filled, Incomplete Careless Work was Done & Few Big Potholes Left not Filled & Tarred.

THIRD COMPLAINT IS REGARDING BADLY DAMAGED POTHOLE FILLED ROADS FROM ESTEEM MALL TILL THE CHURCH WHICH HAS BEEN COMPLETELY NEGLECTED & BADLY DAMAGED ROADS NOT REPAIRED NEITHER TARRED PROPERLY, NOR POTHOLES FILLED PROPERLY. A COMPLETE NEGLECT.

No 2647, 26th Main, 36th A cross, 9th T block, Jayanagar, Bangalore -69. For the last 60 days, the cauvery water supply stopped and no other arrangement done by your dept. We need to get PVT water tanker on alternatedays which costs Rs. 750, this is happening from 2 months. we have take up the matter with the local authorities and there is no response. The mail sent to the chairman of the BWSSB also does not get any response.

when i contacted a Line man no use asked me to contact private plumber , then i contacted private plumber, i was informed that this pipe line has to be rectified by bwssb authorities only.

I would request my complaint to be taken up and action taken at the earliest.

Sir,
Would like to bring to your notice,Most of the localities are using water pumps due to which taps are going dry.frequent complaints to BWSSB has gone waste.Each time i call up to say my woe im directed to other number which either will not be working or not responding....We are suffering from past 1yr.Please help us...

The rain drain running in front of our house at 23rd Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore (near Venkateshwara Kalyana Mantapa) has turned into a sewerage gutter and a garbage dump choking the drain. Pictures taken today are enclosed. It has become a serious health hazard and the stench is unbearable. Mosquitoes menace also has increased.

The stone slabs that we had fixed over the drain were removed 2 years ago when the pavements and drains were cemented. After that they never were replaced and now all the slabs have vanished. It has become an unbearable sight near the gate and smells horrible. In addition to becoming a foul smelling sewage gutter the rain water drain has turned into a public urinal.

Complaints to the Corporator Smt Jyothishree Reddy and concerned BWSSB office have not yielded any results. A complaint was also lodged with the BWSSB customer care number on 3rd April 2012 (Complaint with ID S13967). No action has been taken so far. It is a long standing issue. Past one month we have been forced to buy borewell water (Rs. 500/- per load) from outside as most of the neighbours are using motors pumps and forcibly extracting the water when it is released to reach all the houses, due to which people who do not have the motors to pull the water from the public distribution common line are...

Dear Mr.Chairman,
BWSSB -

I want to complain about water supply to my house in RAJARAJESHWARI NAGAR - BEML layout. Myself and couple of other houses in our road have not gone for borewells just because we are concerned about the sustainability and ecological balance.
And we face maximum problem from the BWSSB not releasing the water.

IDEAL homes and BEML 3rd stage gets water regularly and the wallveman Mr.Rangappa and Mr,Jai Asst. Engineer are the most inefficient and arrogant resources who doesnot respond and arrogant in thier approach and illogical with their answares.

LAST 15 days we have not been provided with water even though you claim that in Bangalore you are releasing water every two to three days. I need an answer for this and situation corrected. This is a final steps I have taken to write to you after following up continuously with local officers.

Sub:- Requesting you to give me the permission to FIT ELECTRIC MOTOR TO PULL THE WATER from cauvery connection.

Sir i would like to inform you that many people surrounding my area have done some kind of brilliant work to improve there needs. and this is hurting my needs, i don't want to be such kind of a person...

The water supply to our residence in site no. 4, 4th Cross, 4th Main, A.E.C.S. Layout, Stage 1, Geddalahalli, Ashwath Nagar, Bangalore - 94 is highly inadequate since about last couple of weeks primarily due to unauthorized connections. The problem is aggrevated since one Mr. Venugopal took an unauthorized connection downstream the main line by digging the road opposite site no. 3 & 4 about a week back. I'm a resident of BTM first stage in Bangalore.We are really annoyed and frustrated that there hasn't been any cauvery water supply for the past 1 week in the area where i'm staying. We would some how manage for 1 or 2 days, but not for one whole week. Water is a basic necessity and we are deprived of that basic necessity in the core part of such major city. Water supply has always been a problem here.

So, could you please do the needful and help us in getting sufficient amount of water supply. Below are the details of the area where i stay:

Hello BWSSB Members.

Water is a basic necessity that is required for survival and which the government needs to provide for which taxes are being paid. There has been no water supply in areas of Lingrajpuram/Oil Mill Road from more than a week.

Now water is also being controlled by the tankers and they charge Rs 400 at the minimum during this time and asking for waiting for more than 2 days. Earlier there are quite a number of CMC bores. These have now dried up as it is being taken away by these tankers. I do not know how many of them are legal.

What is the government doing to stop this tankers which are eating the ground water and supplying at these high rates. Soon if BWSSB does not do anything, then i guess BWSSB can close down soon and people would have to get used to the tankers supplying water and return to the mercy of some people who control these things.

We are being provided with insuffficent water since many months despite the fact that there is huge stock point for water in the near vicinity. The exact location is 9th 'A' Main, HRBR Layout, I Block, Kalyannagar, Bangalore-560042. The concerened engineer is succesfully avoiding direct answers for the short supply.

Dear Sir,

We are not getting Cauvery water. Please help. Our address is 1194, 1st Main AMbedkar Layout, Kavalbyrasandra, Bangalore 560032. Why is this area neglected- no proper garbage collection, water problem, Why is it only certain areas have privileges. Atleast once in 2 or 3 days we need Cauvery Water to be supplied to our area. Tankers used to cost Rs 350 now are cgarging Rs 1200, just day before yesterday we had to buy for Rs 1200 again other areas maximum is Rs 500. Why is there a discrimination, we pay taxes and bills too.

The whole karnataka is crying for water! However, since several months a builder by name City View, leftside of HMT Bhavan,59, Bellary Road, Bangalore-32 is pumping water from the building site to the drain all the 24 hours . Like a river canal, enormous pure water is drained out. Anybody can see this in frontside drain of HMT Bhavan. How a builder is allwed to exploit a natural source like water and waste it. Atleast this water can be filled into tankers and supply to city areas where water is not at all available. This criminal waste practice is going on since several months. Several complaints to bwssb over phone went in vain. ATLEAST, NOW WE REQUEST THE CHAIRMAN OF BWSSB TO INTERVENE IN THIS MATTER TO DIRECT THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO CHECK THIS PROBLEM AND PUT A HALT TO THIS EXPLOITATION OF GROUND WATER RESOURCES. SIMULTANIOUSLY PENALISE THE BUILDER FOR THIS CRIMINAQL ACT!!!!!!!!

This to infrom you that there is no water supply in our area that is B'Block BDA layout in 11th,12th,13th and 14th crosses of New lingarajapuram.Nearly 3years are yet to complete,still we have'nt seen water coming from the taps. Many complaints were made but no action were taken so this is the kind request to solve the issue as there is lot of problems to the citizens who are residing there.

I am the resident of HBR Layout #1002,14th cross ,16th main,1st stage ,5th block,Bangalore-560045 (near sri sai hospital). The manhole (without lid) infront of my home . The manhole was blocked and the sewerage water not flowing from one chamber to another chamber since more than 20 days.Due to bad smell coming from the man hole we are not able to stay in the home peacefully. Please take necessary action and solve the problem immediately.


Please take it as a high priority.

Dear sir,

The water supply in Defence Layout, Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore has been extremely erratic and irregular. In spite of repeated complaints to BWSSB, no action has been taken. It has been heard that the waterman is hand-in-glove with commercial water suppliers and as a result, he refuses to leave water regularly. Please look into it as a urgent matter.

It is really surprising that I have not received any reply to my earlier mails. These are the latest photos for you to see the inconvenience we are put through. I had to hire labour to close the pit in front of my gate to enable to move out vehicles. Really pity situation through out Hanumanthnagar.

Be kind enough to reply or take some action.

bill dated 05/03/2012 has been issued wrongly for higher amount.Previous meter reading is shown as 735000 instead of 748000(ref:bill dated 05/02/2012).Because of this wrong recording of meter,bill is issued for higher charges.Do the needful as soon as possible,so that we can pay the right amount.
