There is a sewage/pipe leak and flow on New temple road - Nallurhalli near to where the road meets the borewell road near "Brigade IRV center". Please survey and fix. This is not only a health concern, but is corroding whatever is left in the name of roads

This is regarding STP located in address Celebrity classic apartments and layout, Neeladri road to hosa road, Electronic city, Bengaluru. STP is not operated for more than 3 years and apartment is sending the wastes directly outside to BWSSB connection. As waste water is not treated properly this is causing nuisance to nearby residents and and high chance of getting infected with hazardous diseases. Many requests are made with managing committee but there is no improvements. Requesting for BWSSB intervention to have periodic inspections to comply with standards on operations of STP.

Some BWSSB, workers had damaged the kaveri pipeline a few days back. Now to fix the same, they have plugged the leak and kaveri water is no more supplied to the home with the following address:

After yesterday’s rain manhole is over flowing please help us in solving it

We are residing in the J P Nagar 9th Phase 7th Block Near H M World City Apartment in 60 feet road. Last night due to heavy rain in that area, water was not moving in the Raja Kaluve due to not cleaning the Kaluve in behind the Nandi Gardens BDA flats and unauthorised occupied by the Builder behind Nandi Gardens apartments.

Kindly clean the Raja Kaluve and do the needful

for J P Nagar 9th Phase 7th Block Owners association.

We are getting high water bill almost every month around 3000 even though we have only 2 houses in our building. Please resolve the issue.

Chandrakant, resident of No: 4, 1st Main, Sector B, Ramaiah Reddy Colony, Basavanagar-560037. Thursday and Saturdays we receive Kaveri water. But when there is heavy rain during previous days, Kaveri water that we get is highly muddy, not fit for consumption at all in terms of bathing, cleaning utensils etc. Residents of this area are heavily reliant on Kaveri water consumption.

Request to check if there is any leakage in the Kaveri water pipeline which might be causing this. Request to make a note of it and do the needful

Our house was constructed in the year 1991. For the first time in 2018 rainy season sewerage water came into our house because of reverse flow. We have make on line complaint a year back, followed up by letters and personal visit to local BWSSB office, but the result is zero. This week also we faced the problem.
When it rains moderately also reverse flow happens and it will recede 10 or 15 minutes after rain stops. We feel that the problem is due to the reason that most of the old and new houses in our road have allowed the terrace water to flow into the sewerage line, when it rains the pipe line is not able to take the load.
Concerned authorities kindly take necessary steps to resolve the issue which is pending for almost more than three years.

Hi, My neighborhood apartment Lotus leaf has built a illegal pit on the common road and sending untreated sewage waste into it and once it's full, it is getting overflowed into our road. Please do something. It smells and road is messed up and not even our water tanker is ready to come.

Kaveri water is not released for past one week when enquired about the issue with this area pump guy named sudeer he speaks aggressively, so please consider my request and take necessary action

Every month we use to get the nearly 900rs per month. But this june month 3403rs, we need proper reason for that.

Due to rains last night as well as whenever it rains, the drainage system takes a beating and the sewage water comes out of a manhole wreaking havoc right in front of a hospital - Jyothsna Hospital, TC Palaya. This is a common factor here and is a big health issue as well. Plz do the needful asap.

UCD cover broken and blocked

I've paid the water bill online, but I've not received any acknowledgment after the paymet. It's still showing as it is yet to be paid. The amount is deducted from my bank account. My RR number is S-202580.

From Past 2 days we are not getting the water

Lid of drainage on the road is open and people are dumping garbage into it. This will block our drainage line. This needs immediate attention please.

I paid May 2022 bill in June 2022 online, bank got debited with the bill amount, but no receipt for payment and BWSSB portal still showing it as unpaid....

To sanction
1/4" dia temporary domestic WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION and 4" dia SANITARY CONNECTION to Sai Paradise premises no 70, BBMP khata no 2876/ old khata no. 117, Ashraya layout, Doddanekundi Industrial area, Bangalore 560037, prorata charges Rs 689145 was deposited vide D.D. no 706052 dated 19/08/2020 of Allahabad Bank, K R Puram, received on 26/08/2020. More than one year has elapsed but nothing has been done as yet landing residents in acute problem while laying of sanitary pipe line and domestic water supply pipe line was already made Reason for delay is not understandable. Complaint no 20017427 has also been registered on BWSSB GRIEVANCES ON NAMMA BENGALURU APP but no response from the concerned department has been received.

Year 2021 : BWSSB workmen told house pipe damaged & Velu took Rs 22, 000 + Bribe to repair the same
May 2022 : Chamber blocked due to irrrsponsible work of BESSB & we had to shell out Rs 4000. Electrical cable was also cut by BESSB
May 2022 : BWSSB opening chamber without our knowledge.

Unable to spend money for BWSSB carelessness & greed. Kindly instruct people to work sincerely.

We will be forced to act legally if BWSSB harass residents like this.
