E[protected]. In our street, all are multi housing with bore facility. Majority of them u are not charging for bore well. Since, you are not supplying water on schedule, we are forced to have bore well (which is also not sufficient). Since 2017 we were paying 300/- towards bore well charges. From this month it is changed to 600/-. Please look into this anomaly. Those were not charged for bore well u have exempted....

The sewage chamber near my house has been clogged and leaking causing an unpleasant smell and may lead to diseases can you send someone to clean it....

We like to bring notice regarding a issue which we are frequently facing in our area where our Volve Man(Avinash) is not realising water properly and not responding when we call him. We are facing water shortage. Kindly look into the issue, we hope this issue will sort soon. Kindly do the full.

We are getting very less water, we got 10000 litres of water . Multi housing type. It's getting very difficult to manage with less water ....

Past 1 Month Cauvery Water supply is stopped on Regular basis, There is no Time frame and which day we get. sometimes it comes and very Less compared to previous month. This has been a Big issue on our street. Other streets water is over flowing which is very painful to see.

As we received the bwssb water bill last month rs.4380/- and present month Rs.2202/- Both included total amount is rs. 6582/-. In a building there are 3 houses, In 3 houses 2 houses family members were out of station for one month. And If rain comes kaveri water meter starts automatically reading full faster without kaveri water comes also meter will start ready. kindly I request you to take this a serious issue...

This is to bring to your notice that the entire drainage line in H. Siddaiah road, 3rd cross is blocked and causing a nuisance to all the residents in the lane. The drainage water is overflowing in the house and is inhabitable. We have made multiple calls to the AE but none have been answered....

It has come to our notice that from past two months, there is an increase of 60-70% in the water bill. On an average the bill was 1200 to 1500 but it has increased may be due to the defect in water metre to 4500 to 4800.
Kindly check the metre and resolve....

Dear Sir, Madam,

Monthly blockage of Sewage / Manhole / Drain on 9th E Main, Ward # 124, Hosahalli, Vijayanagar, Bangalore 560040 is happening from last 2 years. We the residents have given many complaints / letters to BWSSB officials but till date issue has not been resolved.

In 2020 blockage was on 9 Mar, 13 Apr, 17 July, 5 Oct, 31 Dec.

In 2021 blockage was on 23 Feb, 2 Mar, 6 Mar, 9 Mar,...

My RR no E-138524, sir my meter reading is incorrect, in just 1 month usage the amount is coming up to 4800 and the liters consumed is more than 1 lakh which is not correct at all. I would like to get the problem rectified at the earliest....

I am staying in LB sastri Nagar and number E-338236 we are getting water mix with drainage please solve the issue as soon as possible...

I located at koramangala ST Bed, there is a complaint which need to be addressed like few weeks back BWSSB, meter reading person pressuring us to change the meter, though the meter is in good condition and running, please take action at the earliest and do the needful...

Called the engineer of that particular unit, & also messaged several times unfortunately our problem is not solved. I request the concernd authority to look into this matter & help the public by supplying water as quickly as possible
