Respected sir,

As we received the bwssb water bill last month rs.4380/- and present month Rs.2202/- Both included total amount is rs. 6582/-. In a building there are 3 houses, In 3 houses 2 houses family members were out of station for one month. And If rain comes kaveri water meter starts automatically reading full faster without kaveri water comes also meter will start ready. kindly I request you to take this a serious issue and consider this has a first priority and help us to sort this issue as earlier as possible.

This is to bring to your notice that the entire drainage line in H. Siddaiah road, 3rd cross is blocked and causing a nuisance to all the residents in the lane. The drainage water is overflowing in the house and is inhabitable. We have made multiple calls to the AE but none have been answered.

It has come to our notice that from past two months, there is an increase of 60-70% in the water bill. On an average the bill was 1200 to 1500 but it has increased may be due to the defect in water metre to 4500 to 4800.
Kindly check the metre and resolve.

Dear Sir, Madam,

Monthly blockage of Sewage / Manhole / Drain on 9th E Main, Ward # 124, Hosahalli, Vijayanagar, Bangalore 560040 is happening from last 2 years. We the residents have given many complaints / letters to BWSSB officials but till date issue has not been resolved.

In 2020 blockage was on 9 Mar, 13 Apr, 17 July, 5 Oct, 31 Dec.

In 2021 blockage was on 23 Feb, 2 Mar, 6 Mar, 9 Mar, 7 April, 22 Apr, 4 Nov, 23 Dec.

In 2022 (till date) blockage was on 10 Jan, 15 Feb, 14 Mar, 23 Apr, 4 May, 7 Jun.

On all above dates we have entered the complaint in BWSSB register (Vijayanagar / Hosahalli Service station).

Requesting concerned officials to resolve this long pending issue on priority.

Bengaluru, The residents over here is suffering with out water supply from bwssb since a month..
Called the engineer of that particular unit, & also messaged several times unfortunately our problem is not solved. I request the concernd authority to look into this matter & help the public by supplying water as quickly as possible

Sanitary water from neighbouring building. Despite complaining several times, they have done nothing, this is unhygienic and affecting our health. Children and elderly people are in the neighborhood, this might lead to serious health problems if left unattended, causing dengue, malaria etc.
Also this comes under Swatch Bharat issues. Request BWSSB to get this fixed by our neighbours, asap

Dear Sir, This is with regard to the blockage of external UGD line on 4th Main, SBM Colony, Anand Nagar, Hebbal, Bengaluru-560024, whenever it rains. Even a slight drizzle will cause the chambers to be full and backflow into the toilets of the houses located along the above addresses occur. This is a regaular feature and repeated complaints to the office at BWSSB has fallen on deaf ears.

In our area, we are facing shortage of kavery water supply due to no water supply for one month. Sometimes if there is there, it is very slow.
We heard that there is some technical issue. Kindly address the issue as most of the people in our area struggling for drinking water. It is really sad of no proper water supply even we are in the center of the city and krs is almost full. As a responsible citizen, we have been paying the tax on time, but no proper service from bwssb.

Kindly address this issue at the earliest as it is the basic need.
