Chamrajpet Pin no - S - 486419 drinking water is getting mixed with sewage water .We filed a complaint about it, but no action has been taken since it was filed 10 days before . Kindly do the needful .

Water supply for 2 hours in our street from last 2 months
When complaint is raised they close \saying pipe issue and then water supply situation is same
Pls change the lineman or the concerned authority for our area and resolve this at earliest

No proper water supply

I have been incorrectly charged for INR 5728 whereas the bill provided including late fee by BWSSB is INR 5073.

The incorrect amount difference should be refunded to my account, and send an acknowledgement of the same.

Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Broken cauvery water line and water logging due to this
The cauvery water line is broken and the drinking water is leaking into the storm water drain on the road side. We reached out to the BWSSB and the AE (Ravishankara Residency, 4th Cross, Kodigehalli Main Road,
Sanjeevini Nagar, Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore - 560092
) but nothing has been done for 1 and half week. There were heavy rains in Bangalore on 18th May 2022 due to the blockage of storm water drain the water from the drain has leaked into road and may soon enter the nearby houses I am attaching photos and videos with this complaint. On the same day all the surrounding houses were also affected with no drinking water. The other issue that is causing the storm water drain to overflood is that the drain has been blocked with rocks due to a nearby site's construction work which is overflodding the storm water drain and causing it to overflow

Raising this complaint hoping action would be taken to fix this issue!

Despite several reminders, personal requests and complaints from the residents of KHB main road, 6th cross, opp GVR plaza road, KB new extension, the water crisis problem is unheard and unsolved.

Everytime a new excuse by the linemen, only 40 to 50 minutes water supply at a very low pressure to this particular 6th cross. We tried to contact AE, JE, and also shared videos of empty sump tanks n low water flow, but of no use.

Writing here for the first time, hoping the problem gets resolved at the best n earliest.

Discrimination in Billing- Unacceptable

I live in 3rd Main Munireddy Layout, ( off Horamavu Main Road ), comprising of individual houses and multistoried buildings having totally approximately 70/80 households. All are connected to sanitary services but not all connected to water supply,
Out of the above, 7 to 8 independent houses including mine have been connected to BWSSB water connection for the past one and half years. The houses near main road get some water on Saturdays and some houses towards the end like mine have not been getting water at all due to the slope.
All the while we 7/8 people have been getting minimum bill for water for Rs86/-
From last month I got a bill for Rs100/ - not for water but for Sanitary charges
On enquiry I found the discrimination in billing from BWSSB.
There are 3 types
1) Some (3 to 4) having BWSSB water connection – getting a bill for Rs86/- for water. They are not charged for Sanitary charges ( a sample bill in May2022 of my neighbour is attached)
2) Some ( including mine) connected to BWSSB water supply, are not charged for water( as we do not get water), from Apl2022 but charged for sanitary charges as Rs100 from April 2022. ( My bill for May2022 is attached)
3) All other house- holds use sanitary services, but not charged sanitary charges
A) While 7/8 are connected to water supply, 2 types different type of billing is done by BWSSB, Why this discrimination?
B) While all the units in the street are connected to sanitation facility, why only 3 or 4 are charged Rs 100 towards sanitation charges. Why this discrimination?
Till all are treated equally and fairly you should not charge a few only sanitation charges
You will also return my Rs 100/ paid in April 2022 made by me in good faith on the assumption all the houses are charged the same.
Please ensure the corrective action is taken remove the anomaly in billing .

The sewage line is broken and the sewage water is leaking into the storm water drain on the road side. We reached out to the BWSSB and the AE (VIdyaranyapura, Bangalore - 560097) but nothing has been done for the last 2 and half weeks. There was heavy rains in Bangalore on 18th May 2022 due to the improper sewage line management the water from the drain has leaked into the basement of the house and flooded it completely. Due to this two cars and two two wheelers were submerged and have been rendered useless. We have lost both the cars due to water damage. I am attaching photos and videos with this complaint. On the same day all the surrounding houses were also affected. The other issue that is also a cause to the sewage line is the water from other roads are being diverted into the road where my house is located and the water from 12 inch pipes are being sent into 6 inch pipes which is overloading the drainage pipe and causing it to overflow and also causing back flow into the house drainage chamber. There is also a block in the 6 inch sewage pipe which is not allowing the water to flow out. We have checked our house sewage line and there are no blocks, the cleaners have mentioned that the block is in the main BWSSB sewage line. The sewage water has mixed with our drinking water and my family members have fallen sick .

Solution is to replace the 6 inch pipe with 12 inch pipe as in other parts of the road as it is in the begining of the road.

Raising this complaint hoping action would be taken to fix this issue!

Sanitary pit height is exceeding above road level of 2 feet, which is making uneasy to move around due to which vehicle's cannot be taken across due to poor work from BWSSB, plants grown all around the road and no response from authorities inspite of regular visit and reminders, they play blame game on BBMP for non repairing of road and sanitary pit, its been more than 1 year and no action has been taken or any process happening regarding. Please Resolve this issue as soon as possible on priority. And loop in senior Engineer for the betterment.

Dear sir our home drainage is full and it's overflowing in our chamber please check the problem in our house drainage is not going in pipe but the water is overflowing in road

I had complaint once before 15 days but the pit is still leaking and the people of the community are fasing lot of trouble. So i request to clean the chamber . It is leaking from last 15 days.

I dono how government does work but for poverty people life will not be same as everyday . n this guy who provide water supply to our area as been torturing us to put water meter . yes we have agreed to put when we get salary they vll come no where of the month ask us pay or we will cut pipe line . that guy came at the starting of the month without our permission he just cutted water pipe line atleast he should CONTACTed on of the house hold members n now today on 23rd may morning he again came i took permission to pay in evening but he refused it again he was trying to cut in another pipe line . he was shouting at a women . n he changed his tone while talking to my neighbourhood man . I'm asking y shouting at women but not to men. this is how government works i guess . a big shot favourism . he dint take action for them then n now .. so i tot i should hv poured money his mouth. that's how ### works . Indian constitution says ... for the people to the people but. government does not concerned about the people . I believe in Karma . what goes around comes around .

I have received exorbitant BESSB Bill amount of 7285/- for the month of May 2022. My bill no. W[protected] dt. 11th May 2022. We are located in 62/1 BHEL Layout 2nd phase, Pattanagere North, RR Nagar, Bangalore 98. we are only two persons at home and our water usage is very minimal and optimum. We have never got such a huge bill in the past. Always well within Rs.400. Surprised and shocked to see the bill. We have updated this to our RR Nagar BWSSB office, Kindly help and check and find out the reason, Looks faulty meter. We are are very honest and do not misuse any of the goverment services provided to us. please sort this out at the earliest.

Dear sir,
sanitary line is blocked and over flowing to the road K H Road from last 4 days ( next to karnataka bank, starting of flyover). The sanitary waste is flowing on the road several phone calls to the department was made but nobody has come to resolve the issue.

Hi, yesterday, some people came and removed the water reading meter and causing great inconvenience to senior citizens living in that house.

There is no reason provided for this. Can you provide a resolution asap and fix back the water meter reader.
