In our area, we are facing shortage of kavery water supply due to no water supply for one month. Sometimes if there is there, it is very slow.
We heard that there is some technical issue. Kindly address the issue as most of the people in our area struggling for drinking water. It is really sad of no proper water supply even we are in the center of the city and krs is almost full. As a responsible citizen, we have been paying the tax on time, but no proper service from bwssb.

Kindly address this issue at the earliest as it is the basic need.

      Please supply water as no cmc water is received in this locality since 2 years.Borewell charges are paid every month in the water bill.

        RR NO. S-438244

        I paid my April Bill amount Rs. 3688 through Gpay on[protected].

        And, I paid my May Bill amount Rs. 4940 (it includes Apirl arrears also) on[protected].

        I paid twice the April Bill i.e. Rs. 3688.

        So, please kindly adjust the amount in the coming bills.

          Your personal have dug up the drainage pipe for some repair in Gover Road, Cox Town near Cox Town flyover, while digging the drain the water pipe line to our house number No 27:Gover Road is probably broken and we are not gi water since last 4 days. Please repair the broken water connection and restore water supply to our house at the earliest

            Resident of 3rd cross sr block dj halli bangalore 560045 .

            Many of famous areas in bangalore like jayanagar, rajajinagar, jp nagar, malleshwaram they all get 24 hours water supply .

            Note in our area we get 2 hours of water that to only twice a week and if there is no power then that is also gone, do you think how we are living without water .

            If some one takes immidiate affect it would be great help

                  From since past 2 months, people of malleshwaram pipeline road are facing lots of issue since bwssb is stopping the water supply atleast twice in a week, it's a recurring problem and since water is an most essential need we are not getting it, there are people who wants to go to their work, kids should go to school, if this happens regularly how can they go, we are paying the water bill on correct time, nobody cares about it.

                  I am writing this complaint, so bwssb will resolve this issue and find a permanent solution for it so that this thing never repeat.

                        Sir,
                        The monthly bill which we get for our house, is huge.
                        we get water only once for a week, even though we need to use more, the water would come only once in a week. so usage is limited to the week accumulation. and our tank capacity is not that much.
                        required your at most help in resolving high bill.
                        We used to get penalty charges for not having rain water harvesting, even after implementing and submitting the evidence of the installation, still we get penalty charges.
                        can this be looked into and resolved please?

                                Hello Sir/ma'am, I'm Vincent Immanuel here. I raised this complaint because of the inappropriate behaviour of BWSS employees to me. There is sewage block that happens regularly infront of our bakery. Once it happened, they cleared it, and i gave a empty sack to put the waste into it. They also did like that. After that, they asked me to bribe them, not with money but with commodities. I refused and they went. Now again, same thing happened. But for this time, they purposefully dumped the waste infront of our bakery neglecting my instructions to put that in the sack. We run a bakery here, hygiene plays the most important role in this business. People now refusing to enter our bakery only, because of this dumped waste infront of our bakery.

                                Kindly check into it and take severe action against the employees

                                    There is always a irregular supply of water in our area that is jayanagar 8 block 1st B main, how come the issue is only in our road whereas in other roads there is regular supply of water.
                                    Every 10 days we are forced to get tankers
                                    I request authority to take the matter very seriously as we the common men are affected very badly.
                                    Today we had called the BWSSB bsk 2nd stage stage and inform them they said they will be leaving water by 8:00 p.m. tonight but till now there is no sign of water, We are having aged parents and patients at home

                                      Sir, our water bill normally around ₹ 800 to 1000. But in March 2022 the bill amount was 5484. When we enquire in office they said as per audit some older bill ₹4816 not paid. We verified our record and founded the bwssb receipt for having paid an amount ₹ 4438 and we showed in office. They said give a copy of the receipt along with a letter. We did it but so for no action has been taken and the bill always show arrears. This months bill has come at ₹ 7057. With a arrears. Please help us to set right the bill.
