With reference to the above subject am residing @ 3rd cross, madduramma badavane, Hegganahalli Cross, Bengaluru-560091.

In the 3rd cross of madduramma badavane one of the building owner is purposefully turned the sewage water and waste to drainage system due to this more no of mosquitoes are generated and spreading fever to this area not only fever we are all facing bad smell we are not able to take breath in front of our house.

Am kindly requesting to higher officials please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

In in year 2017, I bought apartment the above flat (a006) with SBI Home Loan from

M/S.M.V.Builders and Developers,

At the time of buying flat, Builder (T. Eshwar) has collected Rs.2, 00, 000- towards BWSSB and BECSOM.

Now, our sewage is getting blocked by BWSSB stating that the connection to apartment is un-authorized. They has given us a notice in the name of "M.V. Builders", dated[protected].

Out apartment consists of 48 flats and all the flat owners are suffering because of this blockage even after paying the amount to Builder. When we contact building about it, builder is telling us due to negligence of his staff, the amount was NOT paid to BWSSB, now he is asking us to pay around Rs.20, 00, 000 (Twenty lakhs) to settle this issue.

When ever connection gets blocked sewage water over flows which creates bad smell and hazardous to health.

Please help us in solving this issue by forcing the building to pay the amount to BWSSB to regularize our BWSSB connection.

I have on 16.09.2021 recd a bill for Rs.6866.00 which is not correct.
During Aug 2020, I had raised an objection with Mr Kanaka Kumar ([protected]) then AE of our area that the actual reading on the meter and the corresponding bill do not tally(bill & photo of the meter of 25.08.2020 were attached). Upon repeated messages he did visit my house and agreed to escalate the matter to your accounts Deptt and set right the same. But despite several pleas it was not set right. However the meter reader was recording the consumption of 1000 litres pm and was hitherto issuing bill for Rs.150.00 pm.
My bills were paid through ECS till Feb 2021 but the same is found to be not debited since March 2021.
Due to Corona attack we had temporarily shifted our house in Nov 2020 and we have returned last week. We are not using BWSSB water as we are having bore well supply as well. Moreover the house was kept locked for the past 10 months
Further ECS debits are not happening since March 2021 and bills of Rs.150 each from March to August i.e. Rs 900 is not shown as arrears.
Hence your billing system, meter, accounting, are all not correct. I am attaching the bills of last years and the photo of the meter reading as on 25.08.2020 for your kind persusal.
Kindly verify your recirds. All these years I was issued with bills for minimum only. I have never used 146000 litres i.e.5000 litres per day! My sump van hardly hold 6000 litres and you are supplying water twice a week only and during last month there were short supply in entire Sanhaynagar area.
Please give me an appointment to meet you to explain the factual figures. You nay also ask your meter reader who may confirm that the house was vacant during last 10 months.

The water supply in our area has been erratic for the past few weeks. Today on Sep 27, there was no water supply and there is no water even for the basic needs.

Can the authorities take a look at the water supply in our area?

Hi Team, I am resident of MV Rachana Apartment by MV builder located at 2nd Main Road Shirdi Sai Layout Bangalore 560049 and we are facing sewage blockage issue for past few months.BWSSB officials are coming to our apartment and blocking the sewage...we are facing lot of issue due to this.At the time of purchase of flat we have duly paid our share for Bescom and BWSSB to the builder however it seems that MV builders have not made the payment to BWSSB in full. We are trying to approach the builder and he is not giving clear picture and illegally asking to pay rs 50000 per flat, total 48 flats.we want to know what payment has been made to BWSSB till date by the MV builder and why is our sewage blocked for no fault of residents of flats...we have recieved OC as well from BBMP and we are shocked to find that there is still pending outstanding from BWSSB from the builder side...also is STP applicable for our apartment as we are less than 50 flats..we need a clear picture : 1. what amount has been paid by MV builders to BWSSB? 2. Is any notice being sent to MV Builders directly for making payment to them? 3. why is MV Rachana apartment s sewage is blocked for no fault of residents staying in MV Rachana Apartment? 4. How OC was issued by BBMP wherein a huge amount is still pending from MV builder to BWSSB? 5. Builder is claiming that he has to pay close to 80lac to BWSSB for clearing the outstanding and he is also asking each flat owner to pay rs 50000? Is this amount actually outstanding from MV builder? what is the total outstanding from MV builder towards BWSSB? 6. Each flat owner has paid rs 200000 at the time of purchase of flat towards Bescom and BWSSB ..why are we being asked to pay additional rs 50000? 7. Is STP applicable towards MV Rachana apartment as we are total of 48 flats i.e. less than 50 flats?

This in regards to no water supply at singapura muniswamappa layout.

Its been more than a month now and there is no proper supply of water. People have been suffering. Multiple complaints have been raises but no action.

Wall man complains about pipes being damaged always.

Dear Sir,
I would like to draw to your kind attention the serious and severe sanitary conditions of our locality. The drains are completely blocked from the past 3 years and there is no provision for the dirty water to flow out. The stagnate water is being filled in the septic tanks and the sewage water from the septic tanks started overflowing on the road and it is now entering our house corridor.
It is hard to walk or ride through since the dirty sewage water is entering our house corridor. The stagnant dirty and septic water has become the breeding ground for the mosquitoes and other germs which is causing health issues. It may lead to the outbreak of diseases. There is foul smell all around coming out from the rubbish and dirty drains.
We have been approaching the local Panchayat elected members from the past 3 years but no action has been taken till date from any officials. The present elected members are blaming the earlier elected members stating that, they have not constructed the drains properly. Also, they are saying that, they are not getting funds sanctioned from Panchayat office to rectify the drainage issues.
Please note that, the dirty water from the 2 huge septic tank of the opposite building dug in the middle of the road started continuously overflowing towards our house from one week and it is causing very serious health issues.

There is a chamber leakage in 1st H cross, subanna garden vijayanagar bangalore 40.

When the rain comes chamber will be open at top drainage water comes outside n road will filled with drainage water.

Pls solve it as early as possible

BWSSB recently provided Kaveri Connections to the newly included 110 villages & I am one such recipient. I am yet to receive the Sanction Letter but surprised to receive my 1st Bill with an arrears of ₹915/- with current amount due as ₹1137/-. I am not drawing any water till now from this as yet. Bill dated 15.09.21 was delivered on 24th with due date 30th. May I know what is arrears for. What is minimum for just taking connection?

We are not getting proper water supply from last 2-3weeks if we go and complain to the office they won't even care for the public response in the office they will tell go and speak to the line man but that line man doesn't even response properly they told to collect the number from line man but he is giving a wrong number they are playing with us if we ask when the water will come they will u go it will come and they leave for 2 hrs it will have no force we are suffering lot from this please do take some action about this

Hope you are safe and doing good!

This is to bring to your notice that the Sewerage Water is FLOATING over the road in the entire colony from past 3 weeks.
Their is no outlet for the sewerage Water to go out as the pipeline is been recently closed.

This is causing lot of issue's in the entire colony.
Infection like Cholera and Dengue is speading and kids have already started falling SICK.

We have already given a written Complain at MALLESWARAM and YESHWANTHPUR BWSSB Office but don't see any update or resolution to this.

We request the higher authority of BWSSB to please take necessary actions ASAP before something serious happens as we all know CORONA is already infecting people.

Hi sir I am residng in Andrahalli Group"D" employess layout, 1st "A" block near Karnataka Bank. Since one month sanitray water flows. We complaint to Bharathnagr 1st Phase and Nagarabhavi BWSSB Branch, No one is responding. We are really facing environmental problem, breathing problem, to walking problem near that place and also road is spoiled.

I regret to inform that there is no water supply with force in govindpura main road, AC post Bangalore 560045 for over 4 months, where there is enough water supply with force in neighbours house & we are forced to buy water from private water suppliers, immediate action against this would be helpful & appreciated
Are you hand in glove with water supply tanker services?
Releasing cauvery water for 60-90 mins once in four days in Aug - Sep 2019 is not acceptable, while the other neighbouring areas (300 mts away) not facing this problem.

In past three decades we have never faced this concern.
In Summer, April-July we have accepted the situation and got about 4 tankers per month.
Now it is clearly evident that there is no shortage but deliberately not releasing the water.

Request the concerned department to look into the matter and do the needful.

I am the resident of J P Nagar 4th Phase, Bangalore-78 for the last 30 years. The Rain Water drainage in 8-A main and 2nd Cross Dollars colony is blocked since 2 years and the rain water is not flowing properly, that lead to following issues:

1. There is overflowing of rain water in the drains and this enter in to my car shed where we have our drinking sump. This is in 8-A main,
2. This water contaminate the drinking water in our sump.
3. There is mosquitoes breeding in the 2nd cross Dollars colony rain water drainage canal.
4. Near the HOPCOM in the 2nd Cross, the drainage canal ends abruptly and it becomes a dead canal. There is NO further flow of water.
5. It looks like number of houses are constructed over this canal and obstruct/block the flow of rain water.
I request to inspect the area and arrange a remedial measures.

There is no water supply in our apartment since a week now.we dont know what is the problem. Kindly restore water supply as soon as possible as we are facing a lot of inconvenience.

We residents of S R Nagar 3rd cross, 5th main observing severe water leakage in the cauvery water supply provided in the public tap. please resolve the issue to stop the wastage of precious drinking water.

Hi, we are residing in this address #1294, 6th cross, 29th main, BTM layout 2nd stage, bangalore 560076, from two days drainage is blocked all toilet water is flowing in the house and not able to live in the home, So please do the needful urgently.
