Drainage Blockage since three months there is a over flowing of drain, lot of foul smell, mosquito breeding etc. I kindly request you to rectify at the earliest. Hope you rectify as early as possible.

I am Narendranath Udupa from Sultan Palya. My road is being supplied with contaminated water since 2 supplies (4 days). In spite of multiple requests this has not been sorted out. Please take necessary steps to resolve our grievance. Thanks in advance.

From past 2 days the drainage in front of our house is overflowing and due to this the whole road is stinking. Its been 2 days and nobody has come to repair it. I request you to check and resolve this issue as early as possible . Thank you.

Manhole opposite to Jayamaruthi temple park(opposite to Water point, ) on main road is overflowing on to the main road.
Please set it right as it is a health hazard.

Drainage water is back flowing into our house premises though our drain pipe and overflowing. Need to clear the blockage which would have happened in the main drain for smooth flow.

The water meter installed is faulty and showing excessive consumption of water every month. We are a family of 03 people & the billing shows a consumption varying from 50000 ltrs to 71000 ltrs from past three months. Where as previous consumption was 25000 to 27000 ltrs in a month.
Request you to replace the faulty water meter & adjust the excessive billing towards future bills by taking the average consumption of the past. Thanks

Sir/Madam, From past 4days drainage is getting overflowed.kindly do the needful at the earliest.

The drainage is overflowing in-front my house since 12-Oct-2021 leading to extreme stench, I request BWSSB workers to attend the problem immediately and clear the overflow since this overflow is effecting the entire neighborhood .This problem occurs every monsoon due to bad engineering which has not been attended, however I will be grateful if you could again provide a temporary solution to this .I attach the photographs of this problem .

Sanitary water from the chamber is overflowing and entering houses.

The manhole of 32nd cross, D group Layout, Srigandha naval, Sunkadakatte, has been blocked from past 15days. The water is overflowing and it is very horrible to pass by on the road. Since its raining heavily now a days we are worried about the sewage water entering the home. Please look into the issue and resolve at the earliest.

Knee level rain water is blocking the road. Unable to leave the building or enter it.

We have not been receiving adequate water past several months despite having replaced the faulty meter and are forced to buy tanker water.

There has been no proper water supply since one month in 5th block HBR layout, 1st stage, 1st A Main. We need to buy water tanker for no water every week.

I would like to highlight that the Manhole located on 4th Main sbm colony Anand nagar get blocked frequently and is worse when it rains.
We have raised repeated complaints several time with no permanent solution.
Two days back there was a big Suction Machine called from Cauvery bhavan branch and we were told the line is clear and within 48 hours we see that it is blocked again and water enters to all our houses locted on the road causing sever distress and inconvenience.
These are the comlaint numbers i have raised in the last few days with no permanent solution.
We have also given a written complaint on behalf of all the residents of the road and request your immediate attention to provide a permanent solution by replacing the lines with bigger pipes or any other solution feasible.
