Address: Nr 43, SIRI, 2nd Cross , Teachers colony 1st stage, Kumaraswamy Layout

Sir, MY RRNO:60686, Cons Nr: S[protected].
From past 2 months they are charging Rs 200 as SC for Borewell.
Earlier it was Rs 100 and we have only one Borewell in my premises

Why is this all of a sudden these charges are being levied?

From past 20 days we didn't recive proper water in the lane, no one can survive without water than how can we, we tried calling the valve man but he keeps saying some xyz, just as some corrupt government employee will say.i would like to say water is not our luck that whenever it comes we are lucky, it is our right.
Pls solve the issue fast..

I have a property in B Khata. I built a four floor house as per regulations in 2019. As per regulations BBMP plan approval is not required. All of a sudden BWSSB is charging other charges as OC. Kindly stop this as BBMP approval was not required. E-308003

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a newly constructed house in 2019 on a 900 square feet area. While taking bwssb connection I had applied for same. By mistake your officials updated as 1200 squarefeet in your systems. As my site does not need RWH as per current regulations, I did not do. In jul and August I got other charges for RWH. I paid the bill and also submitted application form. Now they cancelled but they are not reversing rwh charges saying it is fine. But whose fault is this to update system wrongly. Kindly look into this and reverse the charges. E-308003,

There is no sewage system in our road. Whenever it rains the water from the main road flows to our road and creates a lot of problems.

Dear Sir,

Asphalted road was dug deep to install sewer pipe by BWSSB for neighbouring Balaji Apartment at Ward no. 70, 2nd Main, 2nd c cross.., Srigandhanagar, Hegganahalli, near KTG college, once the work was done, the Asphalt was not done by concerned dept., because of this commuting to all 10 houses in the lane is very difficult., residents are falling and getting hurt and it is very problematic situation each day.

In spite of giving so many complaint to concerned department there is no solution. I request you to consider the problem & give the solution at the earliest.

The in charge of water supply in our area (4th 'A' Cross, Shadab Nagar, Near Sayeedia Masjid, Kaval Byrasandra, RT Nagar Post, Bangalore 560032) is not supplying the required amount of bore water for most of the houses and also they supply it late at night which disturbs our healthy sleep. So as a resident of this area, I request the authorities to solve our problems.

I am staying in Nagavarapalya CV Raman Nagar, opposite to Gopalan mall (more megastore). Here in 5th cross, for more than a month, there is this overflowing drainage near to the Murugan hotel and a juice shop. Neither of them took an action on this and the corporation also seems very lethargic on this issue which is ongoing for a while. Kindly look into it and take possible action.

Cauvery water supply is not coming to our house for the past one month, .I already complained two weeks back, but I came to know that problem attended rempororily, unfortunately my house connection I at the dead end, and iam not getting water even for one day, few house people May be using motors to get more water (this should be checked), I was forced to comment like this because iiam the most sufferer since more than one month.
So I request your goodness to do favourable action to solve the same.
Sir one suggestion or request for separate connection as it will be suitable and nearer to main road.Then the houses which are not getting will get the water.

we have been seeing the water bill is coming nearly 3000/- even if the house is empty. house was empty for july and aug they have charged 3000 both the month which is 6K - cant even think so much to pay in this covid.

my RR no - S-212227.

I doubt readings are right or they are purposely charging high. for an independent house, you are charging so much.

We are not getting proper water supply from last 4 supplies, all these days we didn't had any issues. we complained here in local BWWSB water but they have not taken any action. This is in mount joy extension, near kumaraswamy temple, Water supply quarters down street. Since we don't have any other sources we are severely suffereing from water shortages . requesting to take immediate action.
