issue : the complaint regarding non generation of receipt in portal/ website towards payment of 775Rupees for BWSSB Application FORM.
i, Lakshmamma.S, residing in the above said address, and complaint regarding non generation ofreceipt in portal/ website towards payment of 775 for BWSSB Application FORM.
1. I made payment on Saturday evening 4/9/2021 of rupees 775 through SBI bank, the bank hasdeducted the payment and the BWSSB was not provided and also not generated payment receipt.
2. The BWSSB website did not updated any payment of rupees 775 which was made on 4-9-2021.
3. now i request to the BWSSB to clear the issue and to upload the receipt which was notgenerated due to technical error from your side.
4. the BWSSB office persons are asking documents also they were demanding huge amount forconnection nearly 40, 000 to 50, 000.
5. we buited half site out 1200 sq feet, ground floor and 1st floor and half of site is vacant.
6. i am uploaded all the documents are sale deed, b Katha document, photos, etc.
7. i requested higher authority of bwssb and CM office Govt of Karnataka to take action on the above said issue and to provide the payment receipt for rupees 775as soon as possible and to provide water connection to us.
8. the state governemtn and BWSSB was not taken any action on above said issue till date.

Updated by yuce the BWSSB was not picking phone calls and not providing proper response for technical issue of new application to get water connection from BWSSB, we made the payment towards for new connection and the bank was detected the amount but the receipt was not generated and we complained to the higher authority to BWSSB through EMAIL but till to day no action from the BWSSB. we made the phone calls to BWSSB but they were not picking phone calls and not responding properly to our problems.
