I have been trying to call the bwssb people frm past 3 days have lodged a complaint earlier tht bwssb people had come near our house and cleared the blockage but they have dumped the waste mear our home and now its causing a lot of problems so i would ask them tht they immediately come and clean the waste tht they have dumped near our house and clean it asap

    I have already submitted a complaint regarding the previousmonth's bill. Rs500 is found charged for the first time in over 14 years for borewell. There is no borewell at the site. LAst bill was paid by me deducting this Rs500. But this time that is added and another Rs500 for the month is added. I checked with the BWSSB office at Domlur about the reason and the basis of this charge. There was no satisafctory explanation. Though I have paid the full amount this time, I request you to resolve this issue and give me credit for the additionl Rs1000 paid so far and adjust in the next bill. Mob no [protected]

        issue : the complaint regarding not provided proper water line conncetion from BWSSB near our house most of the houses getting water connection to them, but our house we not getting water through piple line to our house and the pipeline or pipes are not fixed properly to our house by BWSSB contractors they collected money from us to fix the piple line to our house, but still we not cleared the pipe line problem from the department.

        many times i approached the department but we not getting proper response from them, their is much problem if we clear the problem then the BBMP will make objection for digging in the road, so the bwssb is to clear our problem without any delay

        issue : the complaint regarding not provided proper water line connection from BWSSB to my house. in our area most of the houses getting water connection to them, but our house we not getting water through pipe line to our house and the pipeline or pipes are not fixed properly to our house by BWSSB contractors they collected money from us to fix the pipe line to our house, but still we not cleared the pipe line problem from the department.
        if we ask them to provide the proper connection or to correct the pipe line they are asking huge amount to fix the pipe line correctly.
        the department should take strict action towards contractors for non maintenance of pipe line connection to houses.

          Hi, we have received double the amount of bill that we usually get, the other charges shows 180 I don't know why ? I have paid the bills always before time and now we get this of extra 180 rupees in bills saying extra charges, please fix this soon.

            issue : the complaint regarding non generation of receipt in portal/ website towards payment of 775Rupees for BWSSB Application FORM.

            i, Lakshmamma.S, residing in the above said address, and complaint regarding non generation ofreceipt in portal/ website towards payment of 775 for BWSSB Application FORM.
            1. I made payment on Saturday evening 4/9/2021 of rupees 775 through SBI bank, the bank hasdeducted the payment and the BWSSB was not provided and also not generated payment receipt.
            2. The BWSSB website did not updated any payment of rupees 775 which was made on 4-9-2021.
            3. now i request to the BWSSB to clear the issue and to upload the receipt which was notgenerated due to technical error from your side.
            4. the BWSSB office persons are asking documents also they were demanding huge amount forconnection nearly 40, 000 to 50, 000.
            5. we buited half site out 1200 sq feet, ground floor and 1st floor and half of site is vacant.
            6. i am uploaded all the documents are sale deed, b Katha document, photos, etc.
            7. i requested higher authority of bwssb and CM office Govt of Karnataka to take action on the above said issue and to provide the payment receipt for rupees 775as soon as possible and to provide water connection to us.
            8. the state governemtn and BWSSB was not taken any action on above said issue till date.

            the BWSSB was not picking phone calls and not providing proper response for technical issue of new application to get water connection from BWSSB, we made the payment towards for new connection and the bank was detected the amount but the receipt was not generated and we complained to the higher authority to BWSSB through EMAIL but till to day no action from the BWSSB. we made the phone calls to BWSSB but they were not picking phone calls and not responding properly to our problems.

                  No kaveri water for last 5 days.. Very bad service.. It was announced there will be no water for 2 days it's more than 5 days now no water.. Water wall man should have informed in advance so we could have made some arrangements

                  Very bad service.. This is continuous problem happens twice a month

                  One of worst service and no one is looking into it..

                  No proper info shared the wall man is no useful giving wrong info all the time

                    Water is coming @ very low pressure and not sufficient. We are supplied for only two days and in surrounding places, they are getting three days water supply. Request to kindly supply water with more pressure and also three times a week.

                        I am a consumer of water in viveknagar here we are not getting water properly the water comes an hour or so in that too we get tons of mud please clear the pipeline and make it atleast 3 hours of water

                          My house has Rain water Harvesting since 2004.

                          In Aug 2021 I received BWSSB Bill [ Date 11 AUG 2021]. RR No. S-218853

                          - It contained "Other Charges (for no Rain water Harvesting)" - Rs.2442/-
                          - I submitted proof of Rainwater Harvesting with covering letter and photos AND BESCOM service certificate to show age of house - all by 20 AUG 2021.

                          - BWSSB officer came to my house to verify rain water harvesting. I explained - he saw - he was satisfied - he left.

                          - 11 Sep 2021 I received BWSSB bill AGAIN WITH THIS RS.2442/ - Other Charges. W H Y ??

                          - WHY IS BWSSB CHARGING FINE EVEN AFTER I HAVE SUBMITTED PROOF OF RAIN WATER HARVESTING ? ?

                          I request you to kindly corect the error from your end and reverse the "Other charges" = Rs.2442 x 2 : of two months.

                            Am a resident of Banashankari 2nd stage. Having complained on the above problem on 8th, it is yet to be resolved as of now(15th). The irony is, we stay 1 minute from the BWSSB office!

                            We request the concerned to pl help us getting the issue resolved ASAP.

                              Bwssb department JP nagar 7th phase causing trouble and inconvenience to people like us.

                              Please rectify the bill immediately. Until the bill is rectified I will not make the payment of the incorrect bill amount.

                                The sewage board came and cleared the sewage problem but has thrown the sewage waste in front of our home this is leading to many problems pike mosquito and also a foul smell and also no parking is available due huge heap of sewage waste this has become a problem and i would like the board to clear it out as soon as possible

                                    Hello team, I stay in Pipelane, Malleshwaram and we do not have water supply from 3 days in our area. In media, it was announced that there will be water issue only on 12th and 13th. Even at 8 PM on 14th September, we do not have water in our entire area. All the helpline no and Branches no are either outdated or no response. Even if we try to manage getting in touch to any contact, they are not giving any details on when the issue will be sorted.
                                    This is ridiculous. One person said that we will get water Today and we are ending the day with issues. We just got the news that we will have similar issue tomorrow as well. This is totally not acceptable. 4 days of water supply issue. And we have no clue if anyone is working on fixing this.
                                    Each o[censored]s are getting different response.
                                    Please address this at the earliest.
                                    LET US KNOW WHEN THIS WILL BE FIXED. CANNOT AFFORD ONE MORE DAY OF THE SAME
