There has been no proper water supply since one month in 5th block HBR layout, 1st stage, 1st A Main. We need to buy water tanker for no water every week.

There is no water supply in my area.
The water supply limited to two days for once.
Now that also not providing properly.
Please resolve this issue.

I would like to highlight that the Manhole located on 4th Main sbm colony Anand nagar get blocked frequently and is worse when it rains.
We have raised repeated complaints several time with no permanent solution.
Two days back there was a big Suction Machine called from Cauvery bhavan branch and we were told the line is clear and within 48 hours we see that it is blocked again and water enters to all our houses locted on the road causing sever distress and inconvenience.
These are the comlaint numbers i have raised in the last few days with no permanent solution.
We have also given a written complaint on behalf of all the residents of the road and request your immediate attention to provide a permanent solution by replacing the lines with bigger pipes or any other solution feasible.

My bwssb connection RR no. is W-520708/NB. The latest bill is charged too much almost 10 times my regular bill. Please find the bill copy attached. Kindly register a complaint and resolve at the earliest.

The drinking water is very much polluted. The water after we store it in containers, leaves a oily residue and the water colour is also brownish colour also it leaves brownish residue.

In my home there is a blockage of sewer please look into it as soon as possible.

My house is constructed in 2005, I have submitted the electricity bill and bescom confirmation certificate already, and got updated in bwssb records, again why I am getting this other charges. Of rs 1075 where I bill amount is only 672 rs.
Please look into this issue.
I have been paying them but this amount is non refundable even after we submit the proof. Unnecessary charges has to be paid.

My BWSSB RR number os S-409054. From last one year i am getting incorrect Name on bill printed. It is coming as K L Krishnamurthy instead of Shekar B C. I have visited local BWSSB offices in BTM layout and Kodichikkanahalli multiple times, but the officers there just keep saying that it will be corrected next month. They are just ignorant about the issue.

The sweage water has been flowing on the road in front of house and MG School Bilekahalli. For last 2 weeks. No action taken till now

Due to rain, there is leakage in drainage and the area is flooded. Need your help in resolving this at the earliest

The sewage chamber near our house is filled and overflowing with awful smell please send the bwssb personal to clean it

It is found that sewage chamber is installed between 2 sites and in the centre of the road everywhere. However in our case the tank is installed in front of our house and near our site instead of center of the road. As the commissioning of this is still pending you may kindly remove and reinstall it at the correct location.

Due to heavy rain in Bangalore we are facing lots of drainage issue.
The drainage water from other places is coming out through our pit due to this problem we call the bwssb people they told they can't do it
Today also I faced the same problem
I want the bbmp people to open the drainage chamber which is located near my place and clean the chamber this chamber cannot been opened by the bwssb people
I wanted this issue to be solved by today or tomorrow
Since I am facing lots of issue

Dear team,

Please note that while the BWSSB team has been laying UGD pipes in our locality - ROYAL ENCLAVE, Srirampura, we are now left with slushy roads which have led to major accidents in our layout.
Residents are unable to walk or ride 2-wheelers or even 4-wheelers here due to the bad road conditions. Extremely slippery, slushy mud due to the continuous rain and drizzle has made the roads very slippery and many people have fallen down, while walking, riding 2-wheelers and 4 wheelers have got stuck in the slush.

On behalf of all residents of our locality I request you to please put at least some gravel and level the surface as soon as possible before any more lives are endangered by this.

The contractors of BWSSB recently laid new manholes in 5th main, 6th cross malleswaram. our sewage got recently blocked and bwssb employees who came to check said that they were unable to see our outlet pipe in the manhole. BWSSB is requested to immediately instruct their contractors to lay new sewage pipes from our house to the manhole.

Sanitary Line complete Blocked since three weeks. Needs immediate addressed.

The water line is damaged at Rathan Singh Road on the east station side right next to the construction site.
Kindly attend to the same in urgent basis.
