The supply of corporation water is not given since 3 days (4th, 5th and 6th September 2021-today).

This has created a huge problem for our daily activities.

We have been contacting the line-man and officer of Ashok Nagar Mount Joy extension (560050), but they are not picking up the call. Their not at all responding and services are not at all satisfied.

Please make sure that this problem gets rectified soon

All these days every month I used to login as customer, download the consumer bill, and make the payment online.
I am not able to login this time. A new interface CEG-CMS is not recognising my consumer details. The OTP is never sent to the mobile despite flashing the notification that it is sent.
Kindly rectify the website and make it responsive and active.

We are facing severe water problem. We are not getting water continuously for 15 days now and we are facing this since three months. I have followed with the concerned office but no proper response. What do I do. Pls guide

Problem is overflowing from chamber, which is connect to our house. It is going to drainage only which is overflow, but my neighbors are complaining for chamber which is connect to our house. So please make it solution and my neighbors also Thertnening us closing the chamber and also drain which is connected to house.
Please find a solution and make it clear this issue

I would like to bring to your kind notice that recently the labours who were repairing the bwssb sewage connection to the drainage have damaged our electric cable connection underground which has resulted in failure of power connection to our house from the main poll.
This irresponsible work of the bwssb labours has resulted in power failure to my house and now I’m instructed by the BESCOM authorities to take permission from BBMP to dug up the road and replace the damaged cable.
Hence I request you to instruct your BWSSB workmen to help me in getting the power connection at the earliest and bear the cost of the replacing the damaged cable. And also we request you to advice the contractors to be very careful when repair the underground sewage connection, not to damage other electric connections which causes unnecessary trouble to the public.
It is also to be informed that I’ll be forced to reach the higher authorities if the necessary actions are not taken.

We are from Poorna Pragna Layout 28th Cross, 29th Main, Uttarahalli where the sewage pipes have blocked and water not going properly. Please take immediate action to clear it. We have informed local BWSSB office, but to no avail.

Its been more than a month that the sewage drain chamber repair has been carried out. The debris is not cleared. It is blocking the road & causes difficulties for turning vehicle. I request you to get the debris cleared as soon as possible.

The man hole in front of our house is over flowing for the past 3 day and we are not able to got out because of the contaminated water collected in the front of our house.

Since yesterday 3rd Sept 2021 I'm getting muddy water with bad smell in Kacharakanahalli area. Exact location is 3rd E cross, 3rd block, HRBR Layout, Kacharakanahalli 560042.
I had to empty and clean the sump and water tanks to get rid of the same water.

The pipe connecting to the main drain has blocked, and water seepage in the bathroom. Stormwater is seeping into the house.
