The houses next to our house has blocked the drainage by putting stone and mud into the open drainage. Her name is Prema. They have political background and the bwssb people not asking anything to them. Now the drainage blocked and over flowing on the road. Please show some guts and remove the blockage in the drainage

Dear team,
The drainage blocked infront of the house. As it is filled up by mud and other wastages. The rain water as well drainage water blocked fully and coming out. Due to this so many accident happening. So many people got injuries.please attend immediately.

The sewage water is being overflowing, as a result its stinking and not able to tolerate it . Adding on we have small kids all around the place and its unhygienic to them as they are inhaling it . Furthermore its untidy to walk around having stepped on the dirty water.

In our area every often drainage blocks and overflows, this is been from past one and a half month. We had complained bwssb office Yeshwanthpur a nearly month ago but no response and we had called them but they are not bothering about this.
Most of small children are getting sick due to the drainage water and nobody able to walk on the street because the whole way is filled with dirty water.
Can anybody forward this message to the concerned team so that this issue will be resolved soon.

In past 2-3 months, I can see water bill is coming almost 10 times when we started.

The meter reading is wrong, as I have only 5000 Ltr. capacity of Sump and only Monday water comes for 2 - 3 hours, how can a family of 4 can spend 100, 000 Liters of water in a month when the total sump capacity is around 6000 Liters including over head tank (Consumer no: VS00147)

We donot get water properly. We need to call up and request for water supply. I have raised lots of complaints but no resolution. We don't receive water supply as long as 6- 8 days. The quantity of water supplied after delay is supplied is also less. Timings r indefinite. We want proper water supply. The authorities are not providing us our basic facility of water supply.

It comes alternate days & that too for half an hour, as this is the only source of Water here, it is become very difficult to Manage without water! Also the water bill seems to be not precise as per water received!
