We have been receiving a high bill for our water usage from BWSSB even if the usage is very less. This is happening for more than 3 months. We have closed the Kaveri water inlet and yet we are receiving a bill amount of more than Rs 3000. Below are the details.

My name is Antony Raj resident of Vishwa Priya Layout, Begur Road. II have applied for a Cauvery water connection and also paid the amount Rs.19750 on 04-Oct-2019 under the Demand Draft. Number 996880 dated on 07-Oct-2019. I have received the receipt also the receipt number is 27015 (attached for your reference).

More than 18 Months over but till now I did not receive R. R number, I keep on asking your representative (Mr.Mahesh) who is handling all the Cauvery new connection applications in our area. I did not get a proper response. Meanwhile, your department people disconnected my house water connection two times, bit the time your people behave in-appropriate way. I already sent a mail regarding this on 9th January 2021, but there is no action till now. I have attached the old mail for your reference. Again Today 23-Aug-2021 your department people came and they behaved rash manner and used inappropriate words.
As a citizen why I have to suffer a lot due to this. Is there any mistake from many ends? Your people have given so much mental torture. I have tolerated it till now. Due to your people, I was mentally affected and they hurt me a lot. I asked many times to please take proper action against this. I hope this time, I will get a positive response from your end.

Could you please tell me when I can get the RR Number?

There is no water supply from past four days today they had released but only for an hour .We have spoken to the Assistant Executive Engineer but no help

Defence colony bagalgunte Bangalore 560073 here there is no proper water supply, water is coming for weekly once or twice, if we ask to water supply man he says water pipe is broken so can't able to leave water from how many months its will take to repair I done no but still problem is not sloved and he says if you required take private water tankers for this we need to pay Tax and water bills ? its very deficult to servive we need to take private water tankers the carvery water is not coming please check and helps us thanks you hope as soon as possible our problems will clear

Water clogging because of house construction work and when informed to the building owner their is no proper resolution. Please have this resolved on priority as this is leading to Mosquito breading which may cause illness.

Hi Sir/Mam, Cauvery water not comming properly.. We use to get on thursday & sunday but not comming properly.. Please check and help us to solve the issue..

Since couple of months I noticed there is significant increase in my bill. Though I complained in Sahaya app, but didn't find any resolution so far.

Earlier total amount used be 700₹, now it's 2200₹.

My Water bill is very very high since couple of months, though I raised complaint in Sahaya app, but couldn't get any resolution.

Earlier I used to get 700 per month, now it's 2300 rs per month. Pls escalate and help to resolve at the earliest.

Bill paid twice for the month of July using Paytm. The order is for the transactions are mentioned below in the attachment
