The water pressure of BWSSB water supply is so low, that[protected] litres of water is supplied, which has to be used by 6 people of my family for 3-4 days.
Could BWSSB improve its lackadaisical and inefficient performance ?

I'm a resident of gottigere where in the sewarage water from surrounding buildings including ours The sewarage water is getting stagnant adjacent to my building leading breeding of mosquitos, stinking and open the windows of our residence. If any heavy rain the water from the surrounding gushes to our building basement The parked vehicles has to be cleared if nit the vehicles will be in repair . Regarding this issue n no.of complaints has been lodged uphill now no action from the department side. Our sincere request to you is plz visit the place and take immediate action if not the building will be damaged one fine day. Hope let that not happen

Since 2014 i have given a lot of letters to bwssb requesting them to replace the water meter because the bill i receive every month is about 8000 to 5000 .the reading in the meter is not visible, i got my tank cleaned, cemented again to check any leakage, checked the water levels after switching off the main for leakage but even though everything from my side is correct i am receiving a very huge bill, the bwssb people themselves agree that the meter is at fault but they say they do not have any meters to replace, please let me know the solution for this.

I stay in house no 19 Reshmenagar, Ganigarapalya, Ward 198 - Hemmigapura.
Sewage water is gushing into our borewell from the neighbouring street making our borewell useless.
There is bad smell due to this and we have a tough time to stay in the house.
We request you to please look into this matter on priority and fix it immediately.

W-655292, every month we have charged 500 rupees for S.C for borewell and we are not using any bore water please look into this and please exclude this charges from water bill thanks for understanding.

Hi, there was a new water line laid in our area, HAL 3 rd stage last year. However, the workers left the connection to our house undone without any notice. All other houses in our street have been installed with new water lines. We continued to receive water through the old line we had in our building. But since a week now, there's no water supply in our house. On complaining, we were told the old lines were closed now. Please do the needful at the earliest. Despite complaining, nobody turned up.

We called the line man to come and check, but he didn't come we also visit to office and told the situation still no response from any off them. I raised complaint online still no response.
