Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [BWSSB] Complaints & Reviews

When BWSSB had laid the connection pipe of the sewage line from the home, the connected it to the central sewage pipe line instead of connecting it to the man holes in the streets. Due to this connection the sewage of my home is getting clogged every two weeks.

Called BWSSB couple of times they came once took around 5k then told the connection has to done right and left. Again when we try to book a complain via 1916 they say you have write written complaint and submit to have this solved. Wrote mails as well no response. Really don't know what to do now.

Kavery water flow is very slow in my home where house beside our house is very fast, this slowness we are facing from last more than 3-5 months.

Dear Team, I would like to draw your attention to the scarcity of water supply in our area(puttappa layout, New Thippasandra). We have been facing this type of problem from more than a month. The water supply happens on alternative days but the pressure is very low that we hardly get to hold two-three pots of water by then the supply stops. Request you to kindly take action ASAP.

Ambedkarnagar, Whitefield 2nd cross drainage was blocked and that water is coming in front of the house. Please take necessary action to clean the blocked drainage.

We stay in bhuwaneshwari Nagar, near acharya college, R T nagar post. We have been speaking to local water supply board ( hebbal) about shortage of water supply for last five - six years but of no use. Request your intervention to solve our problem of shortage of water supply.

We are facing shortage of water supply from past 3 months. Today I compalined to the inspector in the water board also. He sent the valve man and he saw that we were not getting water while the rest houses in our area were getting water.
Actually our house is int dead end and it is in the elevated place. We will not get water if there is no pressure. From past 5 years we never had any shortage of water supply even in summer too.. but from last 3 months we are having problem, valve man observed 2 months back that if there is pressure, we get water otherwise we won't. He checked at the meter also and confirmed that there is no problem in the meter.. and there is pressure problem, then after complaint he used to open the valve so that we were gettig water some days when there is pressure and no water when there is no pressure. Even our neighbours said that they are not getting enough water as they used to get earlier
Today even after complaint, He didn't released water, I called the valve man and requested him please leave water with more pressure, he said he will..but NO he didn't..Inspector didn't bothered to call us whether our issue is resolved or not???
WHAT SHOULD WE DO NOW? WHOM SHOULD WE CONTACT?
I HAVE ALL THE BILLS WHERE WE USED TO PAY 1200 ALMOST EVERY MONTH.
PLEASE RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM AND KINDLY OBLIGE

Hi Sir,
The man hole in our road, is completely damaged and it's about to collapse.
It's very dangerous if some heavy vehicles pass over that man hole it might collapse very soon.
Request you to please have a visit and resolve this issue at the earliest.

I am staying at clarks pet C street kamaraj Road cross. Our water board is coles park. Its been 2 days that we have not received water supply

Wrt above subject the newly constructed under pass in sahakarnagar connecting NTI layout is flooding daily with the sewage waste water with foul smell and office goers and all people travelling daily using underpass are facing problems with the drain storm water getting collected in underpass, so kindly do needful

There is no proper water supply in our area pillana garden and there is no proper timing for this plz resolve this issue at earliest

AREA : 4th cross, G G Road 9th main, Ejipura.

In our area water used to supply alternate days at night time between 2 to 3.30 am and day time 2.30 to 3.30pm.

But from past few weeks supplying water at day time completely stopped and very difficult to survive with only night time water.
Could you please take neccessary action and do need full.

In 18th B cross, 12 F main, bandappa gardens, Mutyalanagara. Drainage pipe of a house has been connected to storm water drain charandi. It is posing a health hazard.

I am getting water bill but not Kaveri water from one month for E-372210/KRP

The manhole in front of Brahma Samaj Appavu Pillai School Chinna Swamy Mudaliar Road Tasker Town Shivajinagar is overflowing causing lot of inconvenience to the residents please have the same rectified at the immediate earliest
