Due to internal damage in concert causing mud and stone filling in the drainage and rats and mouse causing more problems and even they r filling more mud, soil and causing more blockage...! Every month the sewerage manhole has been cleaned twice. I request the authorities to repair and make a permanent solution..This issue needs to be resolved on an emergency basis. Being a concerned resident of your supervised locality, I humbly request you to take appropriate steps immediately.

Line man behavior is not good and doesn’t leave water on time
And doesn’t answer our call and tells lie about power cut issue, military issue, no water supply. All are lie.
Request you to check on this.
I think management needs to change all line man every two months.

Please water on time with full pressure

I live in Matadahalli, I would like to inform Bwssb management team. Behavior of line man - Nagraj he does not listen . Doesn’t leave water on time. When ever we check with him he informs I have to leave water to military people or management will remove me from job.
He is rude while talking request you to take action and please leave water on time and with full pressure residence of 3 main road, Matadahalli, behind Radha Krishna theater

I live in 2nd b main Koramangala 8th block.
Sir the pipe system has been blocked and water is now coming backwards into the house. Please help!

Dear Sir,

We are getting irregular water supplied at Anepalya 7th cross, Adugodi post, Neelsandra. Now we have water supplied alternative days only afternoons for 2 hours with less pressure. We are 25 members in one building and we are facing a lot of issues. We don't have water to even cook and even for the children's.

Please arrange to release the water at night hours to meet our domestic needs for the next day. This has been an ongoing problem from two years.

I am writing this letter on behalf of residents of Anepalya 7th Cross, Adugodi post Neelsandra. We are suffering from past two years and saving and adjusting the water coming during the night times. But now we are totally devastated.

Kindly arrange the necessity and request your intervention to instruct concerned personnel to do the needful and release water at night times atleast for some hours.

We reside in Rajajinagar -6th block
We have been requesting Rajajinagar water supply board to kindly supply water twice a week atleast & yet no action taken.

Residents of rajajinagar 6th block are suffering without water.
Not everyone can afford refill by water tank.

Please supply water ASAP.

New Sewerage line and new gutter line

Please ask the Jaga Jeevanram Nagar BWSSB staff to come and clear the man hole inside Sirsi circle police quarters. We went there and complained so many times but no ul.

Hi Sir, I'm Nagendra, 5th cross, Bhuwaneshawari layout, Munnekolala,
Marathahalli. I'm not receiving even a drop of water but the bill is getting generated every month with an amount of[protected]. i went to the BWSSB office near my locality to update the same. They asked us to check with the lineman by providing his number. This person never responds / if he responds he disconnects the call by saying "I will come tomorrow". This is not resolving me the problem. please guide me on how can I resolve the problem.

No proper water supply from last week

I have made transaction online through my login in web site bwssb.gov.in on[protected] to pay my house water bill Rs 20507.
I received message on my mob screen transaction successful. Transaction reference Number 20210322111212800110168721291755234. The receipt No SE[protected]. E-payment detail is not reflecting & receipt is not generated

Cauvery water pressure in my house is very very low. It's a trickle.

No proper water supply and even the line man who is incharge does not care to answer. Please take necessary action and get the person to atleast provide 2 hours alternate days .This is getting very difficult in summer where we have to get tankers which is expensive

Sir outside of our house main sewage line will be blocked offen and we complain to bwssb sewerage service were they come and clean but our problem is that it offen gets blocked so I request to u to change the main line take my request because the whole street house have the same complain so I request to take a step towards my complain thank u

I had paid a water bill amount of Rs. 3410.00 through BWSSB for the RR Number N-232380, Bill No. N[protected]. Amount got debited from our account but receipt not generated. Till we didn't get the payment update nor refund for the same.

Kindly update the status of the refund amount.

[17/03, 8:31 PM] S: Bwssb water supply is not there since 4days in Swyamprabha Kalyan mantap road. Bewssb AEE phone is switched off, kindly look into the matter. Today they have to leave water, still not yet come.

Our water bill is always around 6k every month which is very high compared to those who stay in banglow. We have complained about this a lot of time still no proper help. Please help us to understand why our Bill is so high.
