Today the BWSSB meter reader wrongly read the meter reading as 00345 as against 00325 and billed me for 38000 ltr as against 18000 ltr.I had shown him the meter reading. But he could not issue a revised bill. However he assured that he will issue the revised bill for 18000 ltr after reaching the office.
Pl send the revised bill .RR no :VS300241.

There has been overflow of drainage water for the last 10 days and it's not being noticed by the councillor or an MLA even after multiple intimations. All the sewage pipes were removed which is causing the issue. Due to this, many children are getting affected.

The CMC water borewell pump is not functioning from more than 7 days. since many are solely dependent on this water source for all their day to day activities, I request humbly, The BWSSB department take up the this matter seriously and solve issue soon.

We are having continuous water supply problem in our area, 9th main, 2nd cross. where it is always low pressure or no water supply may be due to line man not turning the valve properly. we are continuous calling the line man on alternate days but even though we are facing same problem.
kindly look at this issue and resolve it.

I had complained about under ground water pipe leakage about 4 weeks back. I was also informed it shall be attended soon. But till date nobody has come. Whenever Calvert water comes it starts leaking.
There is continuous water flow & wastage.
Kindly get it attended on priority.

I had paid the water bill on 27february 2021through Paytm transaction o[censored]PI ID reference number[protected] which is showing successful in Paytm and amount has also been deducted but in BWSSB site it's showing not received after contacting Paytm they are telling to contact BWSSB for checking the account.Kindly check and resolve it.

There is water leakage from St. Teresa's Hospital compound infront of Sri Vani Girls High School, near Aditya car AC adjacent to Dr.Rajkimar Road since 2 days, I called up the hospital contact number & informed about this water leakage 2 days back and they said that they will look into this, but it doesn't seem that they have taken any action to repair the same as today also there is water leakage. Request BWSSB to take immediate action to save water as enormous water is flowing waste.

From past 2 months we are receiving excess bill amount, For a whole month, the water that passes through the meter is hardly 10 to 12 K liters per month. As such, my water bill per month for a family of four was average 300 per month but Dec 2020 bill generated was 1660/- and for Jan month 1154/- which is excess bill charged

In view of the above, I request you to arrange to replace the water meter and update the correct bill amount from Dec to till date

In MLA Layout, 2ns cross, lottegolhalli, RMV II nd stage, Bangalore-560094 the sanitary chamber is always block. The last chamber has not linked to the main line . Since 5 month we r requesting AE Kanakraj and AEE Hari kumar . every time they said it's sanctioned the work but not started since 5 month. Now even they r not taking our call also. It's hazardous to our health because sanitary water not passing it's absorbed in land.so it's requesting to do needful

From past one weeek there is a sanitary line overflow and all the sanitray waste is coming and terminating near polar bear building, due to this we are unable to stay and do any kind of business there, and also due to this diseases are increasing, kindly act on this on priority basis . This is a long pending issue, they solve this temporarily and again it starts during rainy seasons, kindly fix this permanently

There is a scarcity of water supply to my house, there is no proper supply of water... I called many persons who were involved in this water supply work... But it didn't work.. Before it was not like this but from past 3-4 months it has become a very serious issue.. we are paying our bills and taxes as well... But still we are not getting water means its really bothering us so much.. so please consider my request and I would request you to solve my issue as soon as possible..

We are facing trouble everytime there is rainfall the sewage water enter our home tried to complaint nothing as worked so far as this is our only hope
