We r residents of 5 th main, 1 st cross, Vinayaka nagar, Vibhuthipura, banglore, 560037.peviously cauvery water supply to ur area is met our essential needs but not it is very hard to manage as 5-6000 lit per month.it is very difficult to meet ur essential needs.major houses in ur area is only depending on cauvery supply.plz try to increase the supply as previously.

This is very disturbing, I’m in my home town from past 2 month and I have already cleared the bill of previous month, now without using single drop of water I’m getting 2000 two thousand rs bill
This is very disheartening in this COVID time we the people are surviving very difficult and on top of that unnecessary charges,

Hello Sir/Madam,

We are living in this house since 20 years now and there was no concept of Rain Water Harvesting that time. Since about a year we are getting penalized for not having RWH which is against the rules as this house is very old. I request you kind self to help me in removing this extra amount getting charged every month to my Water Bill.

Water meter running even when there is no water flow.Bill amount coming 1400, 1500, 2167 though only 4 people are utilizing, and it is domestic.

This is to inform you that, Due to main sewage pipeline is blocked so the flow of weast water is reversed to all the premises. Please take the immideate action to resolve the problem earliest.

This is regarding a health hazard that my locality people are facing and being endangered by a appartment complex which is not disposing their sewage right. The sewage is left out on the public road and is affecting the localities with bad smell, unhygienic surrounding, breeding ground for diseases and contaminating ground water by this open drainage.

I would like to inform you that there have been several complaints raised on this issue with the BWSSB without succes.

We are urging you to please assist us with this. This issue can escalate as a breeding ground for contagious diseases.

Sewage pipe is broken and water is overflowing in below address

There is leakage in the sewage pipeline between 8th and 9th cross, 5th and 6th main, Malleswaram. Kindly attend to it on an urgent basis.

Sewage pipe or its not flowing and water is coming reverse. Need help to fix the same

The house we own is unoccupied from May 5th 2021 till now. However the bill generated is 15000 ruppess. This is due to a faulty meter. RR NUMBER IS : SE[protected]

We haven’t been receiving water since a week. The tank is almost empty and the stored water will get over today. I request to kindly look into it and start the water supply as soon as possible.

There is excess billing for C-226558
Water usage charges is just Rs. 250, but some additional charge of Rs 2500 has been added to the bill. In this lock down situation it is unnecessary harassment because we are not able to go to nearby BWSSB office and rectify the billing problem and they have added interest for non payment of this excess bill. Requesting you to kindly rectify the problem so I can pay the proper bill amount.

I have just got my house newly painted a few days ago. However, the BWSSB meter reading man wrote my RR numbers with a permanent marker on my newly painted wall adjacent to the main door without consulting me. This has disfigured my house wall. This is unacceptable. He should have spoken to me before writing and I would have suggested a suitable place to write the RR number. Please take action to clean up this disfigure immediately.

Hi Team, I paid (Rs: 2, 785) a water bill twice for the month April 2021 on 26th April once and 16th May once.

Here is the Customer ID / RR no.: N-440291.

Having said that, I am under the impression on that excess amount will be adjusted in the next month but, it's not adjusted as I got bill again with around Rs: 2k.

Already given complaint on 06/04/2021 regarding excess bill still not resolved

There is no basic water supply to the residence of RK Hedge Nager, Thanisandra Main road, 1st cross its been 3 months there is no water,
Water needs to be ordered through tankers. No one has come to check the water connection to repair, causing inconvenience,
When ever we call the responsible person he is asking us to give him money

Note : There is a concerned person from government to the water supply Named Mr, Ganganna, but he has given his authority to a privet plumber Named Nawaz to supply the water through out the 1st cross to Hegdenagar
and now even he is taking money to supply the water
its serious issue we request to solve the problem ASAP

My neighbour's (House no.22/1) sewage line is blocked, chambers are damaged has been overflowing often. They have damaged chambers and pipeline, resulting in flow of sewage into our water tank and well. The owner of house has let out the building to several tenants. And is not bothered to address the issue. We have been arranging to clear the blocked drains from our end as we faced drinking water problem also. The neighbour is not willing to resolve the issue due to which sewage water stagnates in the ground and has found a way into our water well. This is a potential danger to my house which has load-bearing walls. Inspite of repeatedly asking them to attend to this problem and recommending agencies that can handle this problem, no action has been taken by them as yet. Please arrange to get the building surveyed by your officials and instruct my neighbour to attend to this problem to prevent further damage to the buildings and save the other residents from this health hazard.

This is regarding the illegal water connection in our area which is causing a serious issue to our lane
There's a lane man named Muniyappa takes bribe from them and gives permission and refuses to stop it even the head is also refusing to solve this issue we have contacted this person many but give irresponsible answer pls find the number : +[protected]

Then why should we have a meter and pay the bill if anyone can take illegal connection??

Please take action and stop them from taking illegal multiple connection without bwssb meter
