Address: 30-37/D, Hennur cross, opp. Colarado apartments block A

1) RR No. E-157294 Domestic
2) I have received bill for Rs.2113.00 dated 09.05.2021.
3) The previous month the Bill amount was Rs.1214.00 dated 09.04.2021. This has been paid on 15.04.2021
4) The current bill has been charged 1019.00 for Other Charges. When further enquiries were made, I came to know that excess billing was charged as the building did not support rainwater harvesting.
5)The building was approved by the BBMP and constructed in the early 2000s. Since the rainwater harvesting scheme was not made mandatory then, the building does not have a rainwater harvesting system.
Therefore I request you to correct the charged amount on Other Charges.

    There is excess billing to R R number NE316088 for the month 2 May to 22 May 2021 .
    Meter charges are shown rs 339158 and other charges as Rs 680869 consumption in lters is 125.
    We have been paying our bills regularly and there is hardly any water cosumption due to the lock down . We request to look into the matter and correct the error

      RR No:W-143283 Excess billing in the month of March and April. The average bill used to be less than 750 per month till March 2021. But the April bill was for Rs3002 and the May 2021 bill is for Rs4335 with is 4 to 6 times the earlier bills. Request early action and refund of excess amount.

        Please help the
        Sewage leaking on footpath of 2nd B main, 11cross, BEL Layout vidyaranyapura Bangalore 560097.
        This is causing the whole area around to stink with foul smell.

          This message is to inform you that I and the people of our cross are facing severe problems related to drainage. There is severe odour from from the gutter due to which there are lot of mosquitoes in our locality .The water from it is also gushing into our wells, which is polluting our wells and thus we cannot use it.Its been 2-3 years that the gutter of our locality is not cleaned.So it is a kind request to clean the gutter as soon as possible.

                  4) I think the previous Bill's amount of Rs.1, 175.00 has also been added to the current month's Bill dated 13.05.2021 and therefore the current Bill's amount has come to Rs.2, 370.00.
                  5) Thus there is an excess Billing of Rs.1, 175.00
                  Please correct the current Bill's amount from Rs.2, 370.00 be reducing it by Rs.1, 175.00

                    All surrounding people around manhole.are facing problem.bad smell.infection...
