Dear sir,
I make rs.50, 000/- dated on 06.09 2018 imps transaction via mconnectplus app from my account no.[protected] to indian bank account no.[protected] using ifsc code:idib000k260. When i make this transaction status is being timeout... And transaction amount is not transfer to the beneficiary account... But rs.50, 000/- is debited from my account... Here i attached a screenshot for your verification... I need my amount for medical purpose for my family... Please make credit to my account as soon as possible...

A ticket transaction was failed while i was attempting to book a train ticket .. The status shown on irctc website is that the amount is refunded in the bank..but in reality it is not ..kildly help

    I am mrs kiran k, an a/c holder of bank of baroda btm branch. I also have a locker there for which a deposit of ₹10000/- was taken as a security. At the time of making the fdr i was asked whether the interest to be taken at the time of maturity or on a quarterly basis. I had told them that i shall take it on maturity so that i will get a compound interest.
    The deposit matured on 09.09.2018 and i requested the official concerned to credit the interest portion to my sb and renew only the principle amount. But to my shock i was told once it is linked to the locker no amount can be released. Release can only take place at the time of surrender of the locker. I was also told that the system does not allow it to be touched at all!!!
    Suppose i keep the locker till my death that means i am not able to enjoy the interest portion during my life time... What rule is this... I request you to kindly clarify me on this part and suitably advice the department official as i would like to withdraw the interest portion for meeting my necessities in life as i am a retired senior citizen.
    I hope to receive your reply at the earliest.

    I called there nd i got informed that company has been successfully there procedure it’s fault by bank of broda plz check my account nd solve my problem i did many time complain but didn’t response

        Sir i have an complain about thakur complex 90 feet kandivali east bank of baroda atm... The security guard doesnt have manner to speak with the public..
        Sir beside your atm there is an food stall we were not standing at your atm gate he came and suddenly started shouting at us with the high volume and rubbish.. Without any fault i cant take this... Next day some people were standing at your gate some were smoking why he didnt tooked any action? I dont think so he haved behave fair... Plz kindly note my

          I have try to dispence cash 7000 rs. At punjab national bank by bank of baroda atm on 21/8/2018 but no money come & 8553 rs. My bank account no. [protected] in bank of baroda, my aadhar no is[protected].
          I complaint through toll free no. Complaint no. 420764 but no proper response given complaint is closed abruptly.
          Please refund money as soon as possible.

              Hello sir/madam,
              This is dr. Kartik patel from ahmedabad gujarat.. I have my account in bob odhav branch with account number [protected] in which i was about to receive d amount of 10, 000/- by neft from star hospital bapunagar ahmedabad gujarat. But by some mistake it has been transferred to [protected]. I have ask d concern bank (Saraswat bank) for my refund... And d manager have mailed bob many times and also put a reminder for d same... And it's been a long time since my money is been trapped in someone's else's account.. And we r getting no response from bob neft dept.
              Hence i kindly request u to do d needfull as soon as possible...

                Credit card no [protected] lost around 10 year back. Informed by me that time in 2007 but no response. On enquiry i got a mail saying that i need to pay rs4600 to get final settlement certificate from bank of baroda card dept within 20 days time. I have paid that amount 4600 on 31st july. More that one month passed neither got any certificate nor any response. They are no response either on phone. Please treat this as urgent and get the clearance certificate and updaion

                        Link addhar in npci for gas subcide but bank karamchari not link in addhar npci .and bank karamchari behaviour is not good .thay said that we cannot do this work and said that karna ho jo karlo or i try to met in many time.But their response is same.i try to met with bank manager. I can not get subsidi from month june.

                          I am doing ticket for train no. 12932./ mmct double decker express for dated[protected] from vadodara jn. To surat.
                          I was booking 2 passenger ticket which total cost of ticket is 611.32. The payment of rs. 611.32 was debited from my bank account but status on website is showing "pending from bank end".

                          Will i get the ticket or i have to do a new transaction.

                            A refund has been made by amazon on 18 june regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                              Respected sir
                              I siddhant jaun have opened my account nearly 2 to 3 months ago in bank of borada and at present it has been freeze due to which i am not able to withdraw the cash form my account. I also haven't got the atm card due to which i also don not have an internet banking for digital payment. There by i request the bank manager to take strick action as fast as possible to unfreez my account.

                              I have done transection through bhim baroda pay of 3700 on 30/7/2018 the money have been debited from my account but havent yet received to the customer of boi i have gone in bank but no reply i have call to customer care but no reply i have given mail since 2 week and to bank but no reply take the strict action towards it and make my payment back because of this inproper payment i need to pay the penalty of 450 who is responsible for that if i dont get my payment back i will take officially action of law

                                Dear sir i live in delhi. I have bob ac [protected], 27th aug 18 i went to bank of baroda hewett road branch lucknow to deposit my cash and i deposited 500 in ur cash deposit machine at 2.40 pm but as i kept the sum of 500 in ur machine the machine got sever error and then ur machine got stuck and my money not came back or nor it had been credited in my account so sir i humbly request u to resolve my problem as soon as possible because i had urgent need of money for some issues, but to paper issue machine not print deposit receipt also...

                                  I mrs. Bharti shetty acknowledge u that i had done online payment rs.728/- on 2nd july to bharat gas. The money is cut from my a/c but this transaction is failed. I had complaint this to bank but no response is there. Since 2 months this money didn't transfer in my a/c. My bank of baroda a/c no. Is [protected].in other bank money will transferred automatic within 7 days. Its too long procedure.

                                    Sub: PPF account transfer-Reg.
                                    Ref: Complaint No. [protected] dated June 15, 2018

                                    Kind Attn: Latha Harihan

                                    As per your mail message on 24/8/2018, this my reply. Please go through the below points:

                                    1. Transfer of PPF account from Bank to Post Office takes only one week time.
                                    2. It is only five minutes time required to send a message to the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch regarding the transfer of my PPF account to Post Office on that day. That time is not available to the Ombudsman and their Office Staff? It is very shameful to the Banking Ombudsman, because our country President and Prime Minister Schedules are very busy, even though they are attending additional meetings of adjusting their timings, but Banking Ombudsman is escaping from the duties.
                                    3. Unnecessarily Banking Ombudsman allotted time period to Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch for 30 days. Even though after 30 days the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch takes another two weeks additional time.
                                    4. This shows that Banking Ombudsman inefficiency giving more strength to Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff to postpone their work.
                                    5 As per the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch staff irrational behaviour, it takes 6 weeks for the transfer of my PPF account to Post Office. It happens because the negligence, inefficiency, inexperience, laziness, irresponsibility, adamant nature of Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch staff and also it applies to Banking Ombudsman, otherwise it doesn’t happens.
                                    6. It shows that Banking Ombudsman also doesn’t know the priority of the daily banking services.
                                    7. Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer doesn’t know his duties. He contacted me before going to training and also collected my data, but taking no action. He escapes from the work without giving instructions to his branch staff regarding my PPF account transfer. It shows his negligence, inefficiency, inexperience, laziness, irresponsibility, adamant nature. It also applies to Banking Ombudsman frankly.
                                    8. This is shows our country’s nationalised bank staff irrational behaviour. That is why in our country day by day arising more banking scams with the inefficiency of Banking Ombudsman.
                                    9. In between one of the Banking Ombudsman Office staff Ms. Sarojini/Saroja contacted me hurriedly and asking me to close my complaint against Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch regarding my PPF account transfer. She also told me that over phone Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff fault is there. I already indicated to her that I am not interested to close the complaint against Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff.
                                    10. I am not satisfied with the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch staff behaviour and also dissatisfied the delay of my PPF account transfer.
                                    11. I want to publish this reply message in Internet also.
                                    12. Unnecessarily Banking Ombudsman spoiled Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff.
                                    13. I have sent this complaint on that day to the GM Operations, DGM(Legal) of Bank of Baroda, Head Office. They are also negligent, inefficient, inexperienced, laziness, irresponsibility, adamant nature like Banking Ombudsman.
                                    14. First I have contacted the Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch, but they refused to do so.That is why I have contacted Banking Ombudsman.
                                    15. In this way Banking Ombudsman showing partiality against the Account holders and also unnecessarily supporting Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their lazy staff.
                                    16. Unnecessarily you want to blame me to cover your faults and your inefficiency.
                                    17. What is the action you are taking immediately against Mr.Venkatesh, Bank of Baroda, Tilak Nagar branch Officer and their staff failing after your permitted time?
