Myself deepak tomer and my partner dinesh dutt, we have partnership account with the name dreamwell architects (Account no.- [protected]) in bank of baroda maujpur with this ifsc code - barbomaujpu. The amount of rs. 738 is deducted in our account on 29 june 2018 without any reason.in this matter we have complaint to manager of maujpur branch on 7 july 2018, he checked online for this deduction amount but the manager no reason found for amount deduction because our balance is sufficient. He advised us for submitting the requested application for deduction amount and we have submitted application on same day with all over account details, email id and partner details. He told your problem will solved out in 10-15 days maximum. But today is 11 august no action is taken by home branch maujpur. We have visited many times for this matter in maujpur branch.
Please solved this deduction matter and refund the amount in our account as soon as possible.

    Missing amount from my account

    Dear Sir,

    I Mrs. Asiya Mazhar Siddique Having an account with BOB

    A/c no # [protected], Vasai West Branch Since last 2 years.

    The Reason Being Mailed is to inform you that on 19/04/2017 i wanted to withdraw Rs. of 24, 000/- and the bank staff said that already 10, 000 has been withdrew from this account. As per government rule you cannot withdrew more than 24, 000/- so you are illegible to withdrew only Rs. 14, 000/-. And i agreed and took Rs. 14, 000/-. When we updated the passbook after couple of days

    we found that they deducted Rs. 10, 000/- plus, Rs. 24, 000 Total of Rs. 34, 000/- from my account, BOB Vasai (W) Branch.

    After this incident i I ask them for my remaining amount but

    they told me that we are right we cannot be do any mistake. then i gave him a letter request for CCTV footage. But Branch Manager excuse me that footage is not clear, then said footage person is on leave, audit is going on they took approximate one and half month now they are saying that CCTV is not recorded more than two months.

    not giving the footage to me, please find the attachment of the CCTV footage request letter and passbook updated copy.

    I think Branch Manager is Involved this cheating case and taken personally my Rs. 10, 000/-.

    Now i want a strong action should be taken on the branch manager and also my Rs. 10, 000/- back with interest and penalty from the branch manager as they cheated on me, wastage my time. i have visited this particular branch 5 to 7 times and called more than 20 times.

    Also i have filed a complain on consumer forum against branch manager with docket no. 246803(Complain no ). If you don't take this matter as at serious matter then i will go to the court and take a legal action against branch manager, branch head, bank manager and also the bank.

      Regrding refund issued that wa done by amazon on 30 july2018 in my Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Grameen Bank
      Amazon said that refund was successfully initiated and the provide refund transaction id
      But my refund canot be creadited into my brkgb account
      Till now i have not found of rupees 5735 refund in my bank account.
      I also contact branch manager but the did not reaolve my problem.please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I talk to amazon executive officer about my refund status... And he said your refund has been initiated by us on 26 july. Amazon has been initiated my refund but still i don't get my money back. I don't get any refund information from bob. Before of this transaction i placed another order and i got refund of that within 4 days.
        Why it's being so late now...
        Now bob customer service call not connected. And saying your refund has been credited to your account.. But i don't have any transaction like this with my account.

          I have an issue in ac : [protected] of some amount which is always showing as ledger amount which from more than 1 year and there is no response from my bank branch and its make weaker my cibil score. But please make it clear or else i have no option to complaint a case against the bank and i hope that this thing will get clear or else i too have no options.

            Please read carefully...

            On 29th of June, 2018, I was ordering a refrigerator with one more item of total amount of Rs[protected] as there was a discount of Rs 1000 if I'd online) on flipkart. I was making a payment of Rs 26198 through my debit card but what happened is that, order was not placed but money was deducted from my account and the order number was 1) OD[protected], 2) OD[protected], 3) OD[protected] because I attempted 3 times and all the transaction was failed as said by flipkart customer care executives.. I contacted flipkart, they told me to wait for 8 business days for resolution.
            I waited, No resolution.

            I called them again, they said to contact to bank. Okay no problem, I contacted. Btw I already had contacted my bank at branch as well as registered a complaint on 30th of June itself on phone call and the complaint number was[protected]. They told me that you would get resolution by 3rd of August, 2018. This time it was going beyond my patience limit. Somehow I managed to wait till 3rd of August.

            No resolution. Again I contacted my bank, this time they said that your complaint has been closed as "TRANSACTION WAS DONE SUCCESSFULLY. CONTACT TO FLIPKART AND ASK MONEY FROM THEM".

            Now flipkart is again saying that the seller has not got any money from your side and the transaction was failed and bank is saying that transaction was successful and I don't know where my money has gone.

            It is a big harassment by these companies. I have stucked in an infinite loop. I don't know who is the culprit here either my bank or flipkart but I just want my money back.

                I, hafija begam, permanent resident of paschimpara, bankra, p. S - domjur, dist - howrah would like to draw your kind attention that i have a savings account in bank of baroda, santragachi branch, howrah west bengal 711112, ifsccode barb0sanhow, email - [protected]@bankofbaroda.com. I am very poor man and our family income is very low. So i am unable to deposit money regularly. I have received some amount from west bengal government in the scheme of gitanjali house jojona.

                On 03/08/2018, i am going to the above referred branch to withdraw the some amount, but the bank manager did not permission to withdraw the money, although my kyc is fulfilled as required by the bank, i always maintain the minimum balance as per bank rules. The manager said that as i unable to deposit or withdraw money from the account regularly, so he did not give me the permission to withdraw the money. He used very rude behaviour with me and told me “get out from the bank”.

                As such, your honour, is requested to please look into the matter and take action against the bank manager.

                  I have 2 cuurent a/c in bank of baroda macroniya sagar branch and central bank also.
                  My profesion is tea business. I am working sagar division in mp. We collect funds against supply of tea from so many retailers. Bank is not accept coins while approx 20000/- per day reciving coins against sales.
                  Sir you suggest me what to do. This type of problem we are facing last 18 months now it is over from head thatswhy we are sending complaint you.
                  Sir i recived best tax payers award from finance ministry.
                  Bankers are saying my waalet is full and reserve bank are not taking coind so i eill not take.

                    I want to know about my last IMPS transaction of Rs.500 which was timed out on 03/08/18 at about 7:30 p.m. through M-connect +. The amount is didacted from my account but my beneficiary didn't receive the money. 72 hours already gone but the amount didn't get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded to my account. I want to know who is responsible for it?

                      On 1st august of 2018 at 7:53 PM . I was sending money from my BOB account to a SBI account holder via phonepay app by debit card, but the transaction got failed and money got deducted from my account ... Please do help me

                        I am holding nri account in bob naroda branch since last 7 years. I have requested for a cheque book and atm card from sydney branch to naroda branch in writing as well as by email and have paid required amount for that in navember 2017. I am writing this post on 5 august 2018. Still waiting for reply. I will never reccomand any nri to open account in this bank. Naroda branch bank manager is very disrespectful towards the customer.

                                  On 12 june 2018, i order iphone se 32gb, space grey from my account on amazon with email [protected]@gmail.com, during payment due to technical issue order has been cancelled, so there is a limit of 1 order per account, so i order it again from my mother's account and got my order successfully but yesterday when i got update my passbook from bank there is deduction of two same amount from the bank with name of amazon they deduct amount from bank account instead o[censored]nsuccessful transaction and when i contacted amazon for the same they said that we did not receive any payment from bank regarding order #[protected], they said to contact to your bank and file a dispute against bank, i submitted application regarding the same issue. Please help us in regard,

                                    At the time of Account opening, RD interest Rate was 6.90% and interest Amount was Rs. 2, 277.00, But at the time of maturity of RD Account on dated 03.07.2018 interest Amount has been credited of Rs. 691.00 only in my SB Account with principal Amount of Rs. 60, 000.00

                                    So please clarify that why less interest Amount credited of Rs 691.00 instead of 2277.00 in SB Account.

                                      On 12 july i am ordering mobil on Flipkart due to same error order has not been proceed but 10999 has been debited from my ac . my ac no [protected] i had complained about it on 13 july on bob help desk my complain no is[protected]
                                      Now they are saying amout has been refunded to me but no amount has been refunded . I has aslo gone to my branch ratan lal nagar Kanpur but they are not also helpful to me ..
                                      Please fix my problem as soon ..
