    When I went to deposit amount of Rs. 5100 in my home branch the bank's staff did not deposit money because I had a mark in my 500 rupees.

      I sent email to branch manager, and submitted written letter at branch to cancel SMS service to avoid fees, but I have been getting charged every month for more than 3 months now as seen in my statements.

      I have submitted request to change my account phone number in letter to branch also, but account phone number is also not updated.

      The SMS slerts that they charge me for goes to the wrong phone number.
      Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Went to ATM to reset forgotten debit card PIN - system asks for acc number and phone number and sends OTP to phone but denies resetting password after saying the phone number does not match with system.

      Branch officials say phone number in system updated.

      My debit card is useless after being charged ₹177 for it.

      Waiting for issue to be sorted out.
      Myntra cancelled my product.. amount they had credited bt still its not reflected in my account..
      I didn't get my money, which is refunded by Amazon . They said, it is stucked in the bank only.

        मेने अपने अकाउंट में से अपने अमेज़न पे बैलेंस अकाउंट में ऑनलाइन पेमेंट transaction किया . मेरे बैंक अकाउंट में से पेमेंट दो बार 500/- कट गया पर अमेज़न पे बैलेंस में केवल एक बार ही 500/- गया . और बाकि के अभी अटके 500/- रूपया नहीं बैंक अकाउंट में आये और नहीं अमेज़न पे अकाउंट में गया.

              A refund has been made by amazon on 19th of june regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                  Complainant most humbly submits as under:-
                  1. On 02 May 18, I open a website i.e nictcsp.org and registered for a new NICT CSP Kiosk banking agency near my village. After 7-8 days I got a call from Mr. Chakravarti, NICT Regional office, Kolkata he asked me are you really interest for Kiosk banking if yes, and then you have to submit some documents & also have to pay Rs 15, 600/- as registration fees. On 27 Apr I got their first mail they were asking for docu and they had sent me application format, I filled up an application and forwarded to mail id : [protected]@nictcsp.co Next day Mr. Chakravarti send me a User id & Password through my mail i.e User Id: SBI036, Password:00036 and told me that you have been successfully registered with NICT, you can log in nictcsp.org and check for any mistake include your photo. On 16 May 18 he told me over phone that I have to pay 15, 600 today to their SBI Bank account number but same day I deposited Rs 5000/- to SBI, Mr Subham Kumar Singh’s, A/c no: [protected]. Before depositing an amount I asked for NICT Conpany’s a/c no but he told me that our office is “2 days off” so instead of NICT you can pay our Boss account no, if you’re any doubt call our web page phone no for account confirmation, I called and confirmed ok, than after I paid.

                  Again on 01 Jun 18 I transferred remaining amount Rs 10, 500/- to the same above account number. Payment deposited receipt has been attached.

                  2. On 01 Jun 18, I got another mail consist of “Settlement account form” (See settlement account form which has been attached) same had been filled by me and forwarded to [protected]@nictcsp.co and again On 06 Jun 18, I got a mail from [protected]@nictcsp.co and asked for OD account opening fees Rs 20, 000/-. Mr. Chakravarti was saying me that the daily transaction limit will be Rs. 1Lac of your Kiosk banking as you have to pay 20% of amount i.e Rs. 20, 000/- and remaining 80% being paid by NICT Company. An according to Mr. Chakravarti’s mail and over tele-conversation I transferred through my shaving act net banking 2 transactions of 10, 000/- that means 20, 000/- to their Bank of Baroda account number: [protected], Account holder name: Mr. Dinesh Munda, IFSC Code: BARB0KANKEE (But account holder name instead of Dinesh Munda, he gave NICT PVT LTD and during the transfer I could not see the actual act holder name and I finally transferred to his account). Payment tfr receipt has been attached.

                  3. On 11 Jun 18 i received a mail consist of “Agreement form” same day I filled up the form and forwarded to [protected]@nictcsp.co (See Agreement form which has been attached) and also asked for Rs. 7500/- for agreement. 15 th Jun 18 I transferred Rs. 7500/- through my shaving act to their Bank of Baroda account number: [protected], Account holder name: Mr. Dinesh Munda, IFSC Code: BARB0KANKEE (But account holder name instead of Dinesh Munda, he gave NICT PVT LTD and during the transfer I could not see the actual act holder name and I finally transferred to his account). Payment tfr receipt has been attached.

                  4. On 11th Jun 18 I had received a mail consist of “Undertaking form” I filled up the same form and forwarded to [protected]@nictcsp.co in the mail a little msg was I have to finally pay Rs 11, 200/- undertaking charge, after this payment you need not to pay even 1 rupee. And within 2 days our technical staff will reach to your shop for the purpose of software installation and also will bring biometric, fingerprint, web camera devices and Banner.

                  5. On 3rd Jul 18, I went to Bank of Baroda (Mancherial Branch) and deposited Rs. 11, 200/- to their Bank of Baroda account number : [protected], Account holder name: Mr. Dinesh Munda, IFSC Code: BARB0KANKEE (But account holder name instead of Dinesh Munda, he gave NICT PVT LTD and account). When I gave Rs. 11, 200/- with deposit form to bank cashier he told me that the account holder name is incorrect, this shaving account is not of the name of NICT PVT LTD, the real account holder name is Mr. Dinesh Munda. An account address came to know through bank official i.e:-

                  6. Into this controversy Mr. Chakravarti (said name I don’t know what is his real name) who is fraudulently and frequently taken money i.e total Rs. 54, 200 from me, he is the main accused deceived and misled me to provide NICT CSP Kisok Banking agency permission.
                  It is, therefore, prayed that FIR may very kindly be registered against the accused persons and they may be sent behind bars and the interest of justice.

I tried inquire more about him and he said he may help to resolve on the call itself. Further he dropped a message on my mobile number later which i came proxy posting in 50000/- in my a/c no .[protected] money liyan in my account curent balance 30700. He gained my trust in name of bank manger and officer of bank of baroda.colaba branch to mumbai .

                    Rahul Chand of Bank of Baroda Raipur working on PO post has got this job by using false caste certificate. His father is also a govt. employee and if inquired they don't have records of past 50 years to prove .

                        As per the commitment till date the actions are not initiated - no actions are initiated- - regarding agri loan account with your panetha branch, - laljibhai desai - till date the state subsidy of since last years is not credited - grant the credit immly as per commitment given by your r m office - bharuch

                        the crop loan taken from bank of baroda panetha branch dist bharuch and it is running since 2011 and as per the regulation the state govt interest subsidy of 3% p.a.is not credit till date it is very small issue for the small farmer of democratic country

                                      Hello team, I had used Bank of Baroda ATM, Money was deducted from ATM at petrol pump in Tathawade, Pune but cash wasn't received and immediately after that machine gave notice of ATM under maintenance.Input amount was Rs.5000.Kindly clear this ATM dispute.This happened on 4th July, 2018 in evening near about 6.45pm.I was using the card of HDFC bank.

                                        Kindly inform you that when we are going to hapur (U. P) branch for deposit to money but brach employee does not deposit to my cash. I want
                                        To deposit 1.8 lacks with adhar card for identity proof. Branch employee deposit only 40, 000/. After that we went to branch mangaer for request to deposit my cash but chief branch manager misbehave with me. Branch manager says to me just get out from my cabin. I am waiting to deposit my cash approx 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm after cashier says that window closed 02:00pm to 2:45 pm. Cashier deposit only 40, 000/. Kindly seen the branch cctv footage for proof.
                                        So, kindly request to you take right action against with branch employee.
