Sir, my money has been debited from my account as i was transferring 1500rs to my friends account via Phonepe application on 12 July and that too my friend didn't received the money. And the transaction was failed but amount has been debited.

Transaction number is P1807121240162699008499.

I complaient to Phonepe also but they replied that the bank is responsible for that.
UTR is[protected].

A refund has been made by amazon on 13th of FEB 2018 regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action....

My atm card is blocked without knowing me and when i done transactions through it it is showing as blocked i called consumer care several times but there is no response by them so plz unblock it as soon as possible as i have urgent work out of it . I have booked an online rail ticket from IRCTC on 10/07/2018 but transaction has been failed and amount of Rs 1950.00 has deducted from my account. IRCTC has refunded my amount on the very same day but it has not been credited to my account till now. I also ask to the BOB customer care executives but they told me to wait for 45 days. I need it on urgent basis so kindly make it faster.

Please refund my amount ASAP.

I sent email to branch manager, and submitted written letter at branch to cancel SMS service to avoid fees, but I have been getting charged every month for more than 3 months now as seen in my statements.

I have submitted request to change my account phone number in letter to branch also, but account phone number is also not updated.

Sir, 19/06/2018 this daate 9998rs shoping from amazon on line transtion. Transcation sucess but my order cancel on amazon. But money not refund my account then i complaint to amazon coustmer care he said after 5days money refund in your account. 19/06/2018 to 2/07/2018 deducted 9998 rs not refuned my account.
Please slove my problem immediately.
