Sir, we have proceed to open bank account in bob murlipura branch on dt 25.07.2018 in the name of pushpa jain w/o sushil jain with all documents. At last pushpa jain has not told her name to officer and account has not been opened. This account has been necessary for bhamashah card to be issued by rajasthan government. Sh sushil jain is a handicapped and pension has been given by rajasthan government to him monthly. Now bhamashah card is necessary for this pension. Pl help him. Pushpa jain is a llleterate lady and house wife only. [protected]

      Dear sir/madam,

      I think your communication is totaly senseless.
      And you have not anny kindy of communication skill to how to communicate on email.
      First of all you have to go for a school and learn how to behave because 1st standard students very well donly know that think.
      So lear and communicate... I joined bob card through you.. You did not tell me here is field work.. And so much stress.

        Please see below details:

        I have a saving account with the bank and fixed deposits. I am 77 years old. I have checked my account statement where bank has deducted in 2016 & 2017 tds which they are not suppose to deduct. I had submitted form h in the month of april on time.

        I have been going to bank and asking for credit they say i have to claim from the government and its not my mistake its the error done by the bank. So its bank duty to credit my account with all the wrongly deducted interest amount asking refund from the government.

        Todate no action taken i am old i have to spend money for transportation always. The government offices also dont help on my tds. They say bank has to do.

        Its really difficult to get my money from the bank where i have my account and fd's. It was bank error and now the reply is that i have to go to income tax department to claim. Thats not correct to reply by the bank officials.

        I lost my interest by deducting tax and also interest of the amount on my saving account. Who is responsible for that and with other additional expenses.

        I am really tired its two years now. If i have no reply or any action taken i will have no choice but to write to reserve bank of india.

          A refund has been made by amazon on 16/7/2018 regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The amount of the product is 2947.

          Amazon initiated my refund on 11 july but not recieved at my bank account. I visit to my branch vidhya nagar bhopal (M.P) .. they said that we have no information about this. And we dont know about this process. They behave very rudely . So when i get my refund that is of 17400 Rs. ?

            सर मेरा बच्चा जिसका नाम आदर्श राजपूत है वह फ़र्टिलाइज़र नगर स्कूल gsfc में क्लास 4 में पढ़ता है उसकी स्कूल ने बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा में अकाउंट खोलने के लिए कहा है मैं जब बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा के chhani branch में अपने बेटे का सेविंग अकाउंट खोलने के लिए गया तो उनोहने कहा कि पहले आप अपना अकाउंट bob में खुलवाये फिर आपके बेटे का अकाउंट खुलेगा।
            क्या सर एक स्टूडेंट का अकॉउंट खुलवाने के लिए उसके gurdian का account होना जरुरी है?

              On 21 march 2012 i was withdrawing 10000 rupee from punjab national bank atm at badarpur new delhi and i got only 2000 rupee. But from my account 10000 rupee had deducted.
              At that time i immediately complaind on this number [protected] but they only given me a complain number and no further process. I again complaind at my bank in which my account is (Sahebganj branch) and again no futher process.

                  I haven't received the refund from the bank even though amazon has processed it. I've attached the image of email correspondence from amazon regarding the refund.

                  I just checked my balance and the money has been credited after 16 days. I didn't get any email or SMS, I just checked the monthly bank statement and there it was! The transaction date was the 7th of July and Amazon said I'll get the refund in a week's time but the money was credited to my account on the 23rd of July. Just regularly check your monthly statements/balance so you'll know if any action has been taken.

Through bhimbaroda pay i make transaction of 25000 on 20 july but there is no option of raise dispute, while this option is available for other transaction. I called ur customer care but they not satisfy me. And also i mailed on ur mail id but there is also no any response.
                    As i called ur customer care today and type my mail id it shows that i m not inserted valid mail id.

                      Sir, my money has been debited from my account as i was transferring 1500rs to my friends account via Phonepe application on 12 July and that too my friend didn't received the money. And the transaction was failed but amount has been debited.

                      Transaction number is P1807121240162699008499.

                      I complaient to Phonepe also but they replied that the bank is responsible for that.
                      UTR is[protected].
                      So i request Bank of Baroda to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          Respected sir,

                          I am writing this to inform you that on 12/07/18 my transaction o[censored]s 10800 from phone pay was failed due to some technical difficulties via Bank of Baroda. I got to know that it is due to some issues from bank of baroda.

                          I have been informed that it will be credited back to my account in 5 working days. They has stated the date also that is 17/07 to 19/07. I have attached the screenshot of PhonePay ticket too. Yet I have not been refunded any amount.

                          I respect you to credit the failure amount to my account.

                            My name is Pradeep kumar Shukla living at Sultanpur Kala, Motigarpur Sultanpur (UP) . I had submitted all the authentic documents on 21 June 2018 for a KCC Loan along with NOC from nearby branches but the branch manager of BOB Motigarpur (IFSC Code BARB0MOTIGR) has been mentally torturing me since last month and deliberately not passing me my KCC loan and demanding me rupees 10000 for passing my loan as bribe.
                            Therefore I would like to request you to take a legal action against above said authorities to resolve my problem.

                                    I have booked an online rail ticket from IRCTC on 10/07/2018 but transaction has been failed and amount of Rs 1950.00 has deducted from my account. IRCTC has refunded my amount on the very same day but it has not been credited to my account till now. I also ask to the BOB customer care executives but they told me to wait for 45 days. I need it on urgent basis so kindly make it faster.

                                      On 28/6/2018 at 20:53:24. I swiped my BANK OF BARODA RUPAY DEBIT CARD in my name HARNEET KAUR AHLUWALIA for Rs. 10, 003/- at HAVMOR RESTAURANT, VADODARA.

                                      The amount was mistakenly put as 10, 003 instead of 1, 003. The restaurant manager void the transcation at 20:56:20 at the samee place
                                      .
                                      The amount was debited from my account but was not credited into the restaurant's account by the time of the void transaction (TID no.[protected]
                                      I called the bank of baroda consumer helpline and informed of this incident, to which they said that if the restaurant has void the transaction the money would be refunded within 4 working days.
                                      As the amount had not been refunded after the 4 working days I called the consumer helpline again to recieve another advice of waiting for 14 days.

                                      Due to this i lodged a complaint with them regarding this matter.(COMPLAINT ID :[protected]
                                      Since then i neither received any corresspondence from the bank regarding this matter nor any refund of the VOID AMOUNT.

                                      The amount was transferred back to my account about 20 days after the complain, fairly under the limit prescribed by the bank. It is important to :- 1) To understand the concerns of the customer by the restaurants, before voiding transaction on a debit card, as it takes much longer for the money to be re-deposited as compared to the Credit card void transaction. As in our case the restaurant was in a different city, it caused us trouble. 2) For the bank (Bank of Baroda) to speed up this process of Void transaction. Thank you.

                                        I am vishal suthar. I credited 1000rs. In my amazon pay balance at 28th may 2018. I requested them to refund my mony in my bank account. They refunded at 1st june 2018. Bt it does not credit in my bank account.
