Mr. Aswani kumar and mr. R. K. Khattar sr. Br. Manger (Both are working in bank of baroda tilak nagar new delhi 18 branch) is not interested for making of work of other non home branch of same bank.
On 11.01.2018 i was go to tilak nagar branch for making of rtgs from my a/c to rana motors but they both are not interested to make of rtgs. He told me that the non home branch is not eligible for making of this facility.in this regard we have face very difficulty and then i was go to my home branch and take a facility of rtgs.

    सेवा मे श्री मान जी से निवेदन है की पयागपुर बैंक मे जब प्राथी हेमंत कुमार ने अपना खाता खोलया बीसी के पास उसने अपने खाता मे रुपया निकलने जाता था तो बीसी कहते थे की बैंक मे जाके अपना खाता ओपेन करो फिर मैं रुपया निकाल लूँगा जब मैं बैंक मे जाता था तो बैंक मे कहा जाता था की बैंक मे शुद को आना सक्त मन्ना है बैंक क्या जात वाद पे चलता है बार बार बैंक मे इक ही बात बैंक मे लिखा रहता है की ग्राहक बैंक केई संपाती है तो शुद क्या
    बैंक का दुसमान है आमरे मेनेजर जी का कहेना है की किसी भी शुद का खाता नही खोला जता है बैंक ऑफ baroda साखा पयागपुर मे ओर मैं इक बार अप्लीकेशन दिया था उस पर कोई करव्ही नही वोई ओर बैंक से आमे धमकी दिया जाता था की आप को मैं चोरी मे फसा दूंगा जात वाद से हको लगता है हम शुद को मर जना था हमारे खाता मे लगभग तीन हजार रुपया है मेरा रुपया निकल्व्ने की कृपा की जय खाता नंबर [protected] है

        lots of problem create in specially your bank because of all are branches either not powerful staff or not proper guideline.please see this issue carefully.

          Did not receive an amount of rs 6000 after i tried many times but the amount was still debited... Time of transaction around 8:52 pm... At branch santoshi nagar raipur atm... I tried to get the amount for 2 to 3 times and received slips that "transaction declined unable to dispense" so i left the atm... After some time i received the message that my account has been debited with rs 6000... So i rushed back to the atm picked up the atm slips from the dustbin...

            I withdrew rs. 5000 from through my visa debit card no. [protected] o[censored]bi on 05/01/2018 at 9.25 p. M. Bob atm shivani complex, 6 no. Bus stop bhopal. I got the message about that transaction. Which is right.
            But on 9.28 p. M. I got again rs. 5000 debited message on mobile and amount deducted from account no. [protected] union bank of india again.
            I did only one transaction of rs. 5000 and amount deducted rs. 10000 from the account.
            Please do the needful immediately and refund my 5000 rupees immediately.

              Mycontect no.[protected]. I went to the bank today to collect coins... My money was not deposited there... I have not been treated well... I'm very upset with the bank's staff... I also have four contractual accounts in this branch. Bank office manager (Arpit kamal) only works for his personal men and very third class person and the attitude of p. O (Hitesh) is also not well with its customers. I am so sad and want to close accounts of my or her eight family members who are in this branch.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am komal u dhuri, my account is in bandra west branch mumbai.

                My account number ending with 25383.

                On 7th august 2017 time 8.13 pm and 8.25 pm.

                Some one withdraw rs. 10000 and 10000 and 10000 also next day morning rs. 400 from my account, without my card. Total amount is 30400/-

                I got transaction sms. Without card koi kaise mere account se money withdraw kar sakta hai.

                Hum banks pe trust rakh ke apna paise bank mein deposit karte hau but agar ye sab bank mein hoga to hum kya karenge.

                Its my humble request you to check the status and return my money immediately, this is not my fault, this fault is done by bank side.

                I already given complaint to the manager but he is not good person he actually d'ont know how to treat with customer.

                I follow up everyday but not hear any thing from bank.

                    My trasaction was hard declined by amazon on 04th of october 2017 regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. (Order no.

                    Amount was 268/-

                    Later i have chosen cod option and paid the same.. So i should get the online transferred money..

                    But the refund has not been received yet. Bank customer care is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    Amazon given the clear statenent also that trasaction was declined by them so amount was stucked in bob payment gateway

                    Many times i asked to bank persons personally, but getting poor response

                            Dear sir/mam,

                            With reference to above mentioned subject that i am having current account no. [protected] in the name of sharmila mehta with hiran magri udaipur branch. I am also running e-mitra kiosk (K[protected] with this account only. As per government of rajasthan’s order charges should be waived for emitra kiosk’s and in continuous of bank of baroda circular also. Reference number mentioned above.

                            Regarding this i have approached to branch employee mr. Mahendra jain in july 2017. Submitted all the necessary documents regarding waiver of the charges as per government policy. I have not received any response from the employee side and almost 1 and half month has gone then after i lounge an online complaint on bob portal. On date of 31st august 2017, complaint status was showing that problem resolved. Then again i approached to mr. Mahendra jain regarding this. He assured me that no charges will debit in my account in quarter end.

                            But on 28th december 2017, rs. 738/- has been charged in my bank account towards ledger folio charges.

                            Whereas in govt order it is clearly mentioned that cash collected through emitra kiosk, charges should be waive off. But bob is charging this in other way i. E. Ledger folio charges.
                            It is very common sense that ledger (No. Of pages) is increasing because of emitra kiosk cash only. Hence it should not be charged.

                            But the employee is denying this and not giving waiver.

                            Please look into the matter and waive the charges as per government order on immediate effect and also ensure that no charges will debit in my bank account further.

                              I have my fixed deposit in bank of baroda (Janghai branch) where branch manager is prashant jha, and they are not giving my fixed deposit money back since last several years, as they are saying that we are not getting any record whereas i have original fixed deposit receipt with me and i renewed it some years back but now they dont want to give my money back.

                              Kindly do the needful as this is cheating and fraud on face of customer by such bankers who dont want to give customer money back, if i have done fixed deposit in bank of baroda i thought its nationalise bank and very safe but i am highly disappointed that they are big cheaters compare to private banks, so would suggest others also kindly dont trust this bank of baroda as they will eat your money and will make u harass for same so that finally u forget your money.

                                My sms alert in a/c no [protected] is deactivated since last two months and it is essential for me to know my balance in the account / any credit and debit from my account. Due to lack of sms alert, i have to go your branch and stand thereat for long time only for knowing my balance/any query regarding any withdrawal and credit.
                                As i am 54 years old, it is very difficult task for me. Please look my complaint seriously and reactivate my sms alert as early as possible. My mob no. As given in bank is -[protected]. Thanking for the same

                                  I go to my home branch paonta sahib to close my bank account they don't accept my request to close account my current balance account is rs 18.50. I have another account with state bank of india in my home village. I can not have time to maintain balance in bank of baroda account which is inactive in balance from side or transaction from 2013.

                                      I have accidentally remitted rs. 4, 300 through neft from axis bank ltd, hyderabad a/c no.[protected] on 17/12/2016 to bank of baroda, hyderabad, manikonda branch a/c [protected] instead of another bank account number.

                                      My funds are blocked with bank of baroda bank a/c [protected].

                                      I have raised a complaint thrice with axis stating that i have done remittance to wrong account.
                                      Axis bank has sent the request to boa thrice, but there is no response from boa.

                                      Boa manager of manikonda is helpful, but she says they cannot help on this, as it is done backend neft team.

                                      Who will help on this. How can i get my money back

                                      Its been more than year still issue is pending.

                                        I have carporate a/c with your bank no [protected] and its a very unfortunate that from last 23rd nov 2017 my request for cheque book is not getting solved and even local branch is not serious and this issue i discussed with branch manager but he is also not giving importance and its my carporate account and my all transactions was been declined with your bank. So, let me know shall i raise this complaint in customer forum or raise a complaint either to reserve bank or pmo.
                                        Kindly do needful at earliest.
