Recently on 07/12/2017i tried to transfer amount of rs.9000 through imps transaction and it was timed out but the amount was debited my account and still the money has not been credited to my account...

Today, i. E.06.12.2017, i went around 1.30 p. M. To withdraw cash from atm near jeevan bharati building, cannaught place, new delhi. I have withdrawn rs. 15000 at first. Thereafter i inserted the card again for drawing of rs. 5000. But no cash came out. Then i drew rs. 1500 twice. That came out successfully. Since the atm was full of rs. 2000 denomination so i had to draw repeatedly to get rs. 500 notes. No receipt was available from atm....

But the transaction status is "transaction timeout" still my account was debited with rs. 6500/- and the amount has not been deposited in my account yet.

This is w r t our a/c no bearing no [protected] in the name of jaxx vitrified pvt ltd in morbi.

Bank has wrongly charged rs 57297.66 as as gst tran for 00265287/[protected] on 11.09.2017 without our knowledge. No supporting documents has been provided by the bank insipite of our rearrest but no such documents is being provided by the bank till date.

I had come to viregaon branch many times but they always said me come tomorrow come tomorrow i had gone continuously fifteen days but they did not give me any responsible response that's why i am complaining about this issue
