Iam complaining about my unnecessary deduction in my account everymonth nearly rs.500 past 2years without my knowledge. I have inquired the bank. But they are saying some insurance plan activated in your account we can cancel the plan but it will not refund the deducted amount. Without my permission how can they deduct my money. I need proper explanation and refund my money 100% with my money and penalty rs10000 with in couple of days if my money not refunded means. Ill move for further step or file a case complaint against bank of baroda to consumer court for charging in my account unnecessary. I have mentioned the details below for your attention.

Our neft request at ballard estate branch from our c/a n0 [protected] on 24/11/2017at 2pm rejected at 4.30pm as NEFT no. of beneficiary not updated in your system and this issue was pending for longback and nobody has taken action on it and due to this we incurred loss of Rs. 4, 18, 161/-. we hereby demanding refund of same.
My PPF account number is of 5 digit, whereas while linking it to my saving account, 20 digit account number is required.How can I get my 20 digits PPF account Number Online?

    We are old customer of bob, industrial area, bazpur road, kashipur since 1994.
    As a policy branch was also converted to computerized one. Staff is also computer literate.
    But what about hardware up gradation. Mobile working satisfactorily. All of sudden message start coming no. Not register with bank.
    Branch is not able to generate m pin since three days. Repeatedly telling connectivity failure.
    Reiterate what is fun of computerization in modern digital world?
    Please look into it & get thing set righted.

        We have booked tickets from red bus on 25 sep 2017 but redbus send mail of transaction failur. We also make complaint to bank but the say money transfer to merchant account. We again contact redbus but they send mail that they didnot received money. We forward mail of redbus to bank of baroda but no reply received. Please check the problem and solve as early as possible

          I am account holder of bob muzaffarpur branch. I received a call from phone no. +91 [protected] numerous times, asking my debit card details along with pin, claiming themselves to be employees of muzaffarpur branch (Ifsc barb0muzaff) and intimidating to block account and card if details not provided. Please take necessary action against such malpractice and trying to defraud consumer.

            Respected sir/madam,
            There is to inform you that i've been facing the problem of 'account not found' everytime when i try to access my account through mobile banking applications or upi and because of this i am faving difficulties. I have had visited the branch office many times but they don't even showed any interest. The head branch said that my account is not linked but even after so many visits no concern is shown.
            I am so disappointed with your customer care services. Kindly show some concern or i have to close my account in your bank.

                Sir i have complain before 7 months also that my 500 rs was debit from debit card twice and i get credit one time but not solve this complain and my 500 rs was gone... Now i have also complain on 25 november that my 2000rs was debit via online transfor but not credit in which i have transfer not custumer care is doing solution nor bank so now i am going in grahak suraksha for complaining

                    Dear sir our mudra loan in nandani branch sou vijaya sanjay bubane as ac no...1106. From september this ac installment not properly. Reason that we manufacture of camphor tablet from september the raw material rate are increase three times so we need finance more. So i request the branch increase limit of my loan. But branch refuse this. After nov business is slower because of gst we told br mnger about this difficulties but bank going in lokadalt to compromise. But we told that we are all pay dues in bank no lokadalat because bank support from 1st day our business. So we request told your bank employs give time to pay due otherwise your one decision to close our business and it is responsible only your branch... Thank you

                          BOB branch Gallamandi samiti, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh is not updating my account as well as not update me debit card to use it.
                          I have gone approx. 50 times to Bank and When I go to Bank, employees says this is not my work & when I go to Bank Manager, the same reply has given to me. This is almost 1 year has passed but not updated my account.

                              Today, i. E.06.12.2017, i went around 1.30 p. M. To withdraw cash from atm near jeevan bharati building, cannaught place, new delhi. I have withdrawn rs. 15000 at first. Thereafter i inserted the card again for drawing of rs. 5000. But no cash came out. Then i drew rs. 1500 twice. That came out successfully. Since the atm was full of rs. 2000 denomination so i had to draw repeatedly to get rs. 500 notes. No receipt was available from atm. Thereafter though i did not get any debit information of rs. 15000 in sms but the debit of rs.1500 twice was mentioned. From the 1st balance before 1500 debit, it appears that rs. 20000 has been debited today instead of rs. 15000, thus excess debit of rs. 5000 has been made though no cash came out from the machine. The correct amount should be shown enhancing the balance by rs. 5000.

                                    Dear customer service manager,

                                    I am an nri holding capital gains, nre & nro accounts with your bank.in march 2017, i deposited inr: 1.20 crores in my capital gains account whereas the concession certificate issued by the income tax authorities reflected inr: 58, 27, 448.00 as the capital gains amount to be deposited in my cg account.

                                    In august i decided to withdraw the excess amount deposited into the capital gains account and have it transferred to my nro account. However the bank refused to release the excess funds stating that i needed to obtain approval from the income tax authorities to withdraw the excess amount from the cg account to my nro account.

                                    On contacting the income tax authorities, i was told by the ito that it is in the bank’s capacity to reverse the excess funds deposited in the capital gains account and there was no approval required from the income tax authorities for the transfer of the excess funds from the capital gains account.

                                    However, the bank has refused to transfer the funds into my nro account and has been insisting the approval from the income tax authorities, whereas the it authorities decline to issue any approvals for the release of excess funds as they have issued the concession certificate clearly indicating the capital gains amount to be deposited.

                                    It’s been over 3 months now going back and forth with the bank on the subject issue but without any success?? I have now specially flown in to mumbai from overseas to try and have the issue resolved so i can have the excess funds released at the earliest without any further delays...

                                    Appreciate your help and support on resolving the matter at the earliest so i can have my hands on the excess funds.

                                        India 1st atm i m used to withdraw in 4000+4500 in two transcatiion but all transactions was failed not successful
                                        Amounts was dr in my account. I have lunch so many complaint in but nothing response to bob. My complaint track i'd 292741&290782. So i request to pls solve to my problem. As soon as possible.

                                        Dear sir, mera a/c no [protected] hai.aur mera ecs bounce hua tha aur 295rs lock kiya huaa tha usk bad 17-10-17 ko 295ra debit hone ka bad bhi lock amnt ko unlock nahi kiya aur uski complaint branch mai krne k bad bhi koi solution hua nahi...plzzz sir i requsted solved this problem...
