This credit card showing in my account of cibil [protected] which is not belongs to me. That is add-on card of my father and they have also settled the dues on 2012 then why this bank of baroda is given false data to cibil. First of all i am not the main card holder then why they have given my false details to cibil. I am not responsible for that. This is effecting my credit health and it's serious issue for me. I want resolution for the same on imidiate basis.

    Sir, i am having saving bank account in bank of baroda, jamnipur branch, bhadohi, i sanction a house loan from sbi, mandideep, bhopal branch and get a ecs system link to the salary a/c for emi deduction, its running smoothly from oct, 2016 to june, 2017, but unfortunately emi stop deduction and every month ecs charges deducted from a/c on 20th of each month without deduction of emi, so i have to pay the emi of the house from other sources, in this regards i requested to all the authorities of bank of baroda, my concern branch, bhopal branch but still date no solution come out of my problem, i also requested to sbi from which i got a loan, they said no problem from their end, its a problem of bank of baroda. What can i do sir, to smooth debited the emi loan amount from my salary a/c, pls suggest.

      Good morning sir,

      I have sold my flat and the purchaser have borrowed a home loan from jetalpur branch vadodara gujarat.

      After all the queries and submission we have submit a sale deed on 10/11/17 but till now i have not got my loan amount.

      Every day i goes to bank and all the procedure is done by my surender who is the in charge of loan department of that branch.

      I do not understand that why he is refusing to disburse me the loan amount as i have submitted the original sale deed to them.

      Sir i kindly request you to ask him that why he is doing this to all the clients
      All the loan clients are not happy with him.

      When we go to him he never see at us or nor talk us upto 45 minutes. We just have to wait for him for 45 minutes ever time when we go.

      I just feel he is making worst and for that the bank is also responsible as no body is there to make him right.

      but my problem was not solved.

        I'm holder of said sb account and i have required update passbook for filing it return and i was submit /deposit my passbook on dated 18/11/17 at my home branch naigaon east but he returned my passbook after 3 days without update and concern officer say that server not working from many days. And therfore
        I'm facing very difficulties for so many late filing it return fy[protected].

            I had applied for atm card at the time of account opening in oct 2015. Then after i have received only atm pin on my address even for two times, first document dated by 06-01-16 and the second dated by 09-09-16.
            In these periods consecutively i have received only atm pin but not the atm card. Both time card didn't reached my address perhaps atm pin reached and these two times probably card would be returned to the bank. But for the confirmation about the card i also went to the branch but card was not there it means it was returned to the mumbai office.
            Now i didn't got atm card after these two attempts and that was known to the bank, then why they are charging me the card maintainance charge or"debit card fee"even i had never received my atm card.. So i want compensastion along with those charges which were charged to me as maintance charges for the atm which i had never used. Related pictures are attached below.

              I have done 3 recharges on 24 and 25/10/2017 but were unsuccessful. But money was debited from my bank account. I have contacted airtel about this. I have been informed that money is refunded but i haven't received any amount. Please resolve this issue asap.

                I subham chettri having a account at the bank of baroda darjeeling branch would like to complain that i went on the bank of baroda darjeeling branch on 20/11/17 to seek help regarding the aadhar link. I asked
                About is to one of the staffs present there. But that staff replied to me so rudely that as if he is doing a favour helping me. He hesitated to talk and i felt very unpleasant. I dont think that would be a way to deal with a customer.

                              Sir with due respect i would like to inform you atm machine in alwar branch rajasthan while withdrawal show enable to process but leaving atm machine withdraw 14500/- no footage provided by bank more than year has been passed. Bank manager has no words for this i have a slip of atm machine please do the needful. I report this to police station and complaint handed to bank manager by police man. Manager told me forwarding this issue to many bank authorities but no reply.

                                I m holding saving account with bob since last 15 years, and it has been now every time that i have to face problem or waste my time by following these useless people working in bob.

                                Coming to my problem, since last few days whenever i login to net banking my account summary says there is a lien balance of rs 295 out of my balance account, since i dont have enough knowledge on this lien balance i called to customer care no. [protected] and i spoke to a executive mr karan (
                                On call this executive was rude, no knowledge at all about the banking service).

                                When i enquired about this lien balance, his answer was please contact your bank to know about this, if this is answer you people give then we will call to you (Customer care). I believe every employee in bob has gone through same set of policies, rules & regulations as per rbi.

                                Now my main concern is about lien balance which bank has hold without any intimation or clarification. Either release the funds under lien balance or provide proper explanation.

                                Bank of baroda is worst bank of our nation, feel ashamed to be customer of this bank.

                                      Hi team

                                      I would like to know what kind of service you guys are serving to us.

                                      Last nigh i have not found a single atm working from shatstripark, brhampuri, bhanjpura and yamuna vihar atm are closed.

                                      As your bank says 24 hrs atm than why atm are not in good condition.

                                      I request stop harassing customer, you have done four us to open an account, we did four on you to put our money in your bank.

                                      I suggest if you can't run the bank shutdown. We have other option too.

                                      I will feel like to complaint to rbi about this. But its are mistakes not your who trusted you. Sometime server down, same bank cheque takes 3 days to clear.
