I recharge my mtnl-trump mobile through my above atm card on dated 17/08/2017 rs. 300/- & rs. 43/-. Amount debited my a/c immediately but balance not received on mobile. So please look in to the matter and revert my a/c balance or transfer balance on my mobile as early as possible

I have not shared my bank credentials with any one and also not received any call for asking the same. Please respond as soon as possible...

      Sir, on dt. 14-08-17 from chandigarh sector 43 bus stand i use my atm card for withdrawal rs.2000/- but i not received money from atm then i try again, i try then we hace received money rs.2000/- what we have not received rs. 2000/-. I have complaint in customer care.
      But till date i have not received at all.

      Please do needful as soon as possible.

        It is nt reflecting in account yet
        So many complaint i registered in amazon as well as i raised complaint on bob complaint portal also.
        Today i talked on customer care of bob they were nt ready to help i am telling every detail regarding my account after that they provided me authorized person number ([protected]).
        He talked so offensive i request sir please tell me about charge back prociger he denied and hangup the calls and said don't call on this number.
        Plz sir/mam help me to get my money back in my account.

            Hello

            With a view to withdraw an amount of rs.4000/ -, on[protected] at about 7.00 am i used my bank of baroda debit (Visa) card at andhra bank atm situated at the t - junction of sivam road and osmania university road in hyderabad. Instead of getting money i got a slip stating "... Transaction declined". So i tore the slip, thrown the slip in the garbage bin there itself and had left the atm cabin.

            Within less than 1/2 hour, to my utter dismay, i received an sms on my mobile registered with bank of baroda stating that an amount of rs.4000/- was debited to my account (A/c no.[protected] @ bank of baroda, mallipudi branch, west godavari dt. Ap 534124).

            I immediately called customer care no[protected] after trying in vain the toll free number[protected] indicated in the sms. The person that responded on behalf of the customer care assured me that the debit entry would be reversed within 24 hours and to wait 24 hours. Though more than 24 hours elapsed i received no outcome as promised. There upon i called the customer care to day once again and told the person at the helm that my money was not recovered. But she told me to wait for another 48 hours saying that my complaint could not be recorded as the computer was not allowing such recording before the lapse of the time of another 48 hours and ultimately asked me to call again after 48 hours. This is really disgusting. I request the bank to redress my grievance without any further delay.

            "Hello

            Disappointing ! Though 3 days elapsed there is no response from the Bank of Baroda. For no fault of mine I lost Rs. 4000/- thanks to erratic ATM and indifference on the part of Bank authorities. HOW TO GET MY GREIVANCE REDRESSED?

            Hello

            Though 12 days elapsed my grievance remained un-reddressed. For no fault of mine I lost Rs. 4000/- thanks to erratic ATM. The Bank of Baroda could have addressed the ATM bank (Andhra Bank ATM situated at the T - Junction of SIVAM ROAD and OSMANIA UNIVERSITY ROAD in Hyderabad) to ascertain the payments made by that particular ATM on that day and hour to figure out that no amount was paid to me at that time (on[protected] at about 7.00 AM) and reversed the wrong debit entry robbing me of Rs.4000/-. I request this website to send them a reminder.

              Lien chargerespected sir
              I have saving account of my daughter with vadnagar branch
              In this account balance is zero. Few day ago i have deposited
              300/rs and bank passbook lien of 700/ indicated. Then she
              Send clearing cheque in the other bank amounting to rs 100
              And bank returned the cheque with insufficent balance.
              As per the rbi rules dormant a/c will not debited any charge
              In spite of the bank has shown lien amount in this account. If
              She not deposited the amount how bank recover lien charge
              In behalf of my daughter i request you to credit lien amount

                  I have a account in upleta bank of baroda branch in rajkot district, gujarat.
                  I need to open joint account with my husband in same bank but my individual account is giving error as two account with different name it will be, so i have sent a request to close my account with scanned copy of required documents and my sign, as per discussion with branch person.
                  But, after sending so many reminders, branch person is not responding and my father visited bank, but bank is saying it can not be done. I am staying in mumbai and cannot go home as it is urgent requirement.

                    On 12/8/17 i had transferred rs-11, 000/= by net banking from my s/a ([protected]) towards part payment of my bob card bill, whose cycle ends on 20th of each month. Till now the amount has not been transferred and kept in lien account. Its being shown in operative balance, but not actual balance. Tried in vain to ring their customer care several times today. Pl help.

                      I am a resident of valsad and approached bank of baroda main branch (Bulsar) for my education loan. They told me that your loan will be sanctioned in 1 week and today after 1 month still no loan sanctions ed. Everyday they are making excuses about system and they are making our life difficult. Please look into this matter. This is the worst bank experience i have had in years and i will surely spread in all my hometown about your bad services to people.in this modern age of effective banking service, customers are made to suffer is not acceptable at all.

                          To open a current account i have summitted all doccuments like drug licence, food licence, aadhar card, pan card, GST, tin certificate, labour registration, voter id ...but ten days passed i didnt get information of account opening.I HV DEPOSITED AMOUNT OF RUPEES 12000.IN BOB BARA BAZAR BRANCH BAREILLY.Can u tell me .Does it takes so long time to open a account in your bank where as in other banks it takes a few days to open a current account.yOU, THEREFOR, ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ABOUT MY MATTER.

                          I proceed to withdraw Rs 3000 from canara bank atm, sikandarpur, but after processing no money come out of atm. I got receipt and money was debited. I waited there for 10 min but no money come. I filed complain 2 times but not satisfied with the resolution as they are saying the transaction was successful. But i didn't collect any money.

                            I have a an account in bank of Baroda vansundhara enclave branch since 2009. I had a very good relationship with all the staff mambers in branch. But suddenly all the staff haa changed including the chief manager as well as senior manager in the branch. I had a home loan as well as AAA loan in the branch. I wanted to finish the existing AAA loan for another AAA loan of higher amount. For that i visited several time in thw brach. Also I mailled several time . But the respone of chief manager as well as senior manager was very rediculous .As they dis not reply to my mail single time even putting so much reminder. After that i wasy forced to approach PNB for my loan. Banks are for Customer services but i am not able to understand why they were behaving in such a shameful manner. They behaves like they were giving me money from there personal account.

                              I have canceled honor8 lite mobile and back cover on amazon.in but i have not get my refund till now customer service of amazon gave me last date of refund 16/08/2017

                                  In spite of making many internation calls to mr. Sandeep in bank of baroda, borivali east branch, i have received false promises from him, but never received computation of my fds worth nearly 50 lakhs with them which i have liquidated due to bad services provided by bob.

                                  They have never been supportive being nri clients. They are worthless, irresponsible staff with no customers respect. Lazy and loath staff, getting angry at customer for no reason though they are at fault.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I have been a customer of bank of baroda bank for more than 10 years. On 14th of august 2017 i have done a transaction through my debit card no 40298502xxxxx7580. Acc no : xxxxxxxxx1876. Time around : 17:10:25 ist. Location : bank of baroda atm (R. N. Guha road, nagerbazar kolkata.) of 1500inr but however due to some reason the transaction was decline in that atm and i have not received any cash as the transaction was decline giving us an error code : 072 *unable to process. So what exactly had happen is my bank account was debited with 1500inr. Now i have contacted 100 times to the customer services executive to refund the money back to my bank account by i haven't got any successful response from them. They even refused to take my complaint. I have to spend amnhours and hours with them on the phone to get this sorted but i havenot got any resolution for the same. I want to get this matter sorted out asap or i have take furthure action for the same.
