I visited today for withdrawal from savings a/c. The transfer from other bank already took place but was not showing credit to the savings a/c with bank of baroda, kharach, branch. Ifsc: barb0kharac

I requested to locate the transaction and provided them the ref. No. From other bank who sent the funds. But the staff at the bank was not willing to pay any attention towards my problem as well as to other customers.

They had only one sentence to say to its customers that systems is down, come after 3 days. As if, they know that only after 3 days system will be up and work properly. They were very irresponsible in their work and service.

They are spoiling bank of baroda's name and prestige.

    Sir i had fund transferred through aeps to the sbi account but tranx is failed but the amount of money 10000/ is debited my ac [protected] and i had complained to the bc point and online complaint portal but not any response about fund transfer. So please back or refund my debited amount in my account. I also meet the sbi branch and said that we have not any remitted amount to the other bank in your account. Plsssssr help me

          I applied for net banking activation on 2/2/2013 and till date i am not able to use it.

          I three times complaint to baroda connect via complaint no. 5147084, 5141296, 230740 and more than ten times ask for solution for activation on [protected].

          I visit 3 times service branch and they always tells to generate new request for new password.

          When i gives information telephonically conformation bob database denies its own printed informations.
          Kindly give a punishment to service branch and penalty to bank of baroda it system

            On 26 april 2017, transaction of rs. 4049 and rs 200 failed on paytm but money deducted from my bank account.
            Due to failed payment i tried same transactions on 27 april 2017 that were successful. Money again deducted for these successful transactions.
            Now its more than 3 months but i didnt got my money refunded for failed transactions.
            Paytm has said that money didnt recieved at there end for failed transactions, its with in bank only.
            So please help me in this.

              Bank of Baroda providing pathetic services to its customers, I have lodged multiple complaints in Bank of Baroda Branch in writing, on phone banking and online, but Bank did not refund the amount even after one month. INR 10000 was excess debited from account. I withdrew INR 20000 on 08.07.17, but INR 30000 debited from my account. My maximum cash withdrawal limit in a day is INR 25000 only.

              Complaint No.[protected],[protected], 227774, 229612.

              Every time while following up with Branch and Phone Banking was given update that amount will be reversed in to account in 2-3 days, Every time they accepted fault is at Bank end but complaint is closed without resolution.

                Amount Blocked by branch on[protected]
                My above account is in your sadul ganj branch Dist. Bikaner Rajasthan.
                As above IPO have completed all procedure like allotment of shares/refund/listing of shares etc. I have not been allotted any shares of above IPO and my application money is still outstanding in my above account.
                Above ASBA Blocked amount Rs. 12330/- is still blocked i.e. Lien marked in above account for above amount. Lien on account is still existing for above application money.Kindly Unlien/unblock the above amount in my account.

                I Kindly request you to unblock/unlien my above application money, as I have not allotted any shares in above IPO.
                Kindly look into the matter. And advice your branch to release lien in my above account as early as possible.

                  I have a saving account in Bank of Baroda sion branch. As I am working in a private company, so I get only Saturday to complete my banking works. Most of the time when I go to update my passbook, the machine there is always in not working condition.
                  And same with the ATM machine where you will always find a board written "Machine is not working/ No cash". Fed up with all these.

                    This branch located in Jogeshwari west is a headache for everbody here, out of 6 days in a week 3 days this people say that is server is down. This problem is regular. No one is helpfull. Branch open at 9.30 and for doing single transaction it takes 45 min due to the said reason " server problem". The bank with such a huge placement in the market and they provide with such services is a big loop hole.

                    How to get m pin number.
                    M using m connect + first time For transfer the money to other bank but I forgot my m pin number . And there is no option to get it. Please help me . I m using two accounts in bank of Baroda . And I was call on these ( [protected], [protected] ) two numbers but they told me I have to go to the bank branch and collect the m pin number .
                    I have received cheque book .. but I am not able to access the account. Bank manager is also not responding properly I have open the account in maliya hatina branch gujarat. Please help me

                      I tried taking out money from the kailash colony market atm of bob four times and no cash was dispenses. Each time i put in 15000 rupees. The fifth time 15000 rupees were dispensed. But to my horror 75000 rupees have been debited from my account when it should be just 15000 as the first 4 times no cash was dispensed. This is a big panic situation and the bank needs to solve this problem immediately. The first 4 slips also said access denied only on the 5th slip did the transaction rectification come and 60, 000 extra debited cash which i never withdrew or the machine dint dispense. Please solve this problem immediately

                              Dear sir / madam,
                              I had applied for a loan against mortgage of land, from bank of baroda, maradu branch, kundanoor, ernakulam.
                              The price as per the document deed was rs. 2.90 lakhs, and the branch manager had told that upto 60 % of land value will be issued as loan after loan approval. But the loan request is rejected the reason is “loan amount below 2 lakh is not issuing from the bank”.
                              Is there any possibility of getting the loan amount.

                                Following error is occurring while fund transfer by other bank to BOB saving account no:- [protected].

                                Error is showing as account is blocked or frozen.

                                But, status of bob saving account is showing as account is Active. But at the time of fund transfer from another bank to bob saving account it shows error as account is blocked or frozen.

                                I’ve already resubmitted Aadhar Card photocopy and pancard photocopy in Silvassa branch on 19.07.17.
                                Account opening date is 20.05.17.But till date account is not fully activated.Error is occurring while fund transfer by other bank to BOB saving account .

                                  On 1/8/2017 i have withdrawn Rs. 1500 from BOB ATM near BOB Khali, Sidhpur Branch in which i found Teared & Sellotaped Rs. 500 note, immediately i have informed the Bank staff but they are denying. Please help by refunding the same in my BOB account - [protected]. BOB Bank employee has also advise me to go RBI to change 500 note which is impossible as it is 120 km far from our town and to change Rs. 500 note i m unable to bear 1200 Rs as an expense. Please help to clear matter as soon as possible.

                                    My A/C.no.[protected].Ec.No.18736-Ex-Staff retired from bank.Our Subhabpura branch- Mr.Vijay Shah refused to reverse the charges for SIP given for MF of Rs.118 decutced on 4th Aug.17.I am having my penson a/c. as well as FDR amounting more than Rs.52 lacs with the br.not only that i am also after retirieing canvassed gold bond for the br.80gms.recently., i also worked during demonetisation at the branch.So I request you to favour and instruct accordingly to the branch manager.Thanks...Vinod M Rana

                                      I am ashutosh sarna, recently i have taken housing loan of rs 30 lacs from bank of baroda, with that they have opened a saving account as well bearing no.[protected]. From the time it has opened the branch (Jalandhar gt road 144001) makes unauthorized transactions in my saving account promoting their insurance products or uninformed charges of advocate without any intimation. Neither i get any intimation from any one nor i get any message for that transaction to my mobile no. Rest messages i always get but how come for such transactions i never get any message from them. I now request you to take appropriate action against the branch or else i would shift my loan to some other bank.
